Every staff member I have met has been amazing, the owner is fantastic and is the sweetest, my daughter loves looking at the jewelry while I shop the clothes

I just recently bought a few sweaters and some other items that Im absolutely in love with! I love Ruboo and I love all of the adorable fashion they offer and I love that I get to support a local badass lady! 🥰 Ive followed Ruboo since it first opened and Ive loved watching every minute of their journey! Ill be shopping at Ruboo for a long time.

The place was clean and organized. Staff friendly. Bargains on shoes u cant pass up. Ill definitely go there again. Christmas shopping made easier.

Oh my goodness! I visited the store for the first time yesterday and was very blown away by the environment, the clothes, and how GREAT the owner was! I am SO excited to go back and shop! Picked up a pair of cute pants, but they had a HUGE variety of tops, pants, accessories, dresses.... all unique and all well priced! Such an awesome experience all the way around!

This store is not plus size friendly. Hell I wear a XL and they only had a handful of styles that came in that size. They offer the clothes in a bigger size online which made me feel very unwelcomed in the store. Would be nice to try stuff on and buy clothes that day.

Horrible customer service. Owner doesnt respond to messages and will not work with me on a refund after 2 hours of purchase. I would not recommend this store!
