Never Ever answers the pharmacy phone I get disconnected without fail every single time and then over course they have an attitude with me when I come to pick up my elderly mothers prescriptions because she cant drive. We are switching pharmacy and you better believe the next one we choose wint be a wallgreens. Ive reported everything to corporate including the recorded phone calls I went out of the way to record. This problem has been going on for over a year. SICK OF IT.
What a great place, I all ways get my stuff on time… that poor staff having to put up with some of things I hear from the customers, very unchristian like. They deserve more for what they put up with…..
Call pharmacy 2 times and was on phone 25 minutes each and was disconnected. Made a special trip to pharmacy to take care of the issue and they still didnt resolve it.
What a joke, avoid this pharmacy at all cost. Not sure why the Walgreens corporation doesnt step in and fix this God awful place. My record for waiting on hold is 1 hour and 3 minutes to get disconnected. The whole time 1 caller was ahead of me. When you do get through, they arent helpful which then I either get hung up on or disconnected. I didnt choose this place my script got moved from Montague Shoprite and all I need is for them to transfer it because I refuse to deal with this any longer. Weird situation there.
Totally shabby and atrocious store.. rarely has certain scripts in stock worse yet they dont bother to inform you.. call the store for pharmacy and you will be on hold forever and when its finally your turn it hangs up on you..I Live in Huguenot and am willing to drive all the way to Middletown to CVS cause This Walgreens Stinks Big Time...😠
They will close for lunch with no warning. Even if you were waiting for over 20 minutes in line instead of waiting to serve me and one other customer. When I asked to speak with a manager she comes out giggling to her coworker like a 10 year old saying why are you doing this to me im on my lunch how she is a manager is absolutely beyond me. I would never recommend.
Ive never seen a pharmacy that cant handle not only the insurance and medication, but the customers. Why am I sitting on line around the building for the drive-thru? Why is the pharmacy closed on the inside? Why cant you handle Shoprites customers? If this is how we all of the area shall be treated, then rip the building down and put in a park for the kids or at least a business that cares.Ive never seen a ground-level floor (building and employees included) present themselves as poorly as corporate and 2/3 of them are from Eckards. We need to stand up against this establishment. Port Jervis deserves better.

When this was rite aid I used their pharmacy. But apparently Walgreens dont have a contract with my insurance company... Smh... This place is a joke now.

Ive never had a problem with the staff here, before or after the switch from Rite Aid. I do often get stuck behind someone who doesnt understand their insurance benefits and take up time at the counter. I wish they would have a separate window for insurance issues that take up so much time.
I wouldnt recommend anyone use walgreens pharmacy! Terrible service. Everyone is rude. And there is always an issue with something! Every single time I go in.. just terrible.
On hold with pharmacy for 52 minutes. I then receive a msg that they have gone on lunch break but I am welcome to hold during that half hour. Gee, thanks. Will transfer my prescriptions when I finally get someone, anyone, to pick up the phone.
The pharmacy department workers are wonderful a s helpful as for the pharmacist the women pharmacist is extremely rude doesnt call the doctor or the patient if their is an issue with their medication this is the third time i have had an issue and my medication was not ready.or the doctor was not called. And the order was called in hours ago and seven hours later your just starting to fill my medicineI want to speak with the pharmacist supervisor immediately. Doctor ordered two prescriptions around 3:30 yesterday. Went to Walgreens to pick them up 3 hours later to be told they didnt have the one script I needed asap. Told to come back today. Went back at at 5:30 today to drive through to be told I was in the wrong lane for pickup do went inside. Waited 10 mins on line and was told they still didnt have the medication. They never bothered to call me ahead of time. Im now on day two without my much needed medication. They could care less about me or my medical needs. Not the first time this has happened either. I will never get my scripts there again and will now only go to Port Jervis Pharmacy. Only gave them one star because no stars not an option.
Theyve been a nightmare to get a hold of. I needed to get a small refill to hold me over my new full month refill was available. Their phone was disconnected every time I called. I then had to go in person to see if they could refill it for me. The one Pharmacist was able to help me out which is why they got 2 stars.I then had to transfer my prescription over to a CVS location due to insurance purposes. CVS put in a request to have my information faxed over, Walgreens has not faxed over my information and its been going on three days now. They wont pick up the phone calls from CVS and they keep hanging up when they do get someone on the line.
Dr. called in script in error. A week later pharmacy is still playing games holding prescription in limbo trying to force create a customer rather than honor the Dr correction & the other pharmacy who is waiting for the script to be released. Twice Walgreen’s has stated that the script is cancelled & released but what they really did was fill the prescription. This is professionally unacceptable and a complete violation of medical freedom. No company or corporation has the legal right to withhold the release of a script or to deny medication until the person in need of the medication submits to the forced extortion of the holder. After a week of multiple calls from the patient, the Doctor, & the patients insurance company this cannot be claimed to be an ‘accident’. Shop elsewhere.
Worse pharmacy ever!!!!!! Rudest people ever as well!!!!!!!! Brian is horrible!!! He treats people so rudely it’s sick!!!!! He shouldn’t have this type of job!!! He should work somewhere other than dealing with customers and people!!!!!
This place is so bad the pharmacy saying they need pre-authorization for my med witch it’s under no fault . Had to give them the bid # for them to bill it and it went though if they don’t know what there doing they shouldn’t be working there . I had to keep telling them i don’t need pre-authorization for my meds and one lady there keep telling me yes u do . I never ever had a problem with rite aide . I will be looking for another pharmacy. Theses people suck
So disorganized, such a problem to fill my prescriptions. The staff is never able to answer my questions. I have an issue refilling scrips every month, but this particular month, I ordered it days early. Was told it would be in the next day. I waited 3 days to come pick it up....still not ready. Staff had no idea about the refill, they didn’t seem to care. I asked questions about it. They were clueless. They still have no idea when it’s going to be in. Only one that’s EVER been able to help me any of the other times was a guy named Kasi. He deserves a raise.

Awful.If they dont have the medicine in stock and arent getting more for a week, they wont tell you for days.If they get prescriptions from doctors, they tell you they didnt get it even if you watch the nurse fax it over from the other end.They were bad before covid-19, now theyre completely unusable and untrustworthy.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy to try and deal with. I was hopeful when they changed from Rite Aid to Walgreens but, sad to say nothing has changed.
A week later and I’m still waiting for my same day order to be ready.
I went there looking for mothers day card from my son i thought i reluctly found something cause wasnt a card it was a stand that gets thrown out but instead of being nice lady givi g to me she couldnt give a throw out thankyou for kindness from that store, thankyou
