Had just what I wanted. Friendly people and as low of prices as any place you can find. Easy shopping.

It was very clean very nice very helpful way better than heb in El Campo tx.

Pharmacy was a nightmare, drive through and walk in was alot of waiting in line and pharmacists rude as well as slow. Store always has construction issues going on which causes alot of confusion and items are hard to find.

Its good only thing is need new or better carts and more for disabled people

Curbside helper was kind. Quick. Efficient. Did excellent job organizing my groceries and putting things in my freezer bag like I asked! I’m so happy you’ll do this; as my walking the whole store is difficult for me now! You’ll are a lifesaver for this whole pandemic. We’re proud to use and have HEB in our community! So glad you’ll require masks still today too!

2 of my friends are Directors at different locations for H.E.B. and they take pride in their stores because they have the best customer service from all aspects of the stores.Port Lavaca needs to be retrained.Alex(female) cashier has the worst customer service I have ever come across there. Don’t worry about the customers time when talking non-stop with the other employees. No greeting or care of customer needs.The manager with black hair working around 2pm came by and kept on and on as well. Didn’t acknowledge customer was waiting to be checked out.No worries. Won’t be back to that store ever.

A more than adequate selection of food stuffs in addition to things I would not expect to see in a grocery store. Giving Wal- Mart a run for their money. Be sure and check out/ utilize the yellow coupons hanging along the shelves.

It was so nice and seemed way bigger than the H.E.B. in Rockport.

I would rather shop for my groceries at a local HEB than other grocery stores. The meat & vegetables at the HEB stores are always top of the line. If youre shopping for can goods or wine or paper products I recommend the HEB grocery stores.

Ran into HEBs this morning to grab a Valentines day gift for my mom. The store is hopping this morning with a DJ, an abundance of flower arrangements, and chocolate treats that were being made in a booth. Everything looked great and fresh.

Had what I needed in a pinch. Always a go to place. Gotta love HEB. It speaks Texas a friendly state with friendly people. Howdy Texas.

It has mostly everything I need for the house, so I love shopping here and better manufacturer and heb coupons I get great deals.

Right now, HEB is the only store open! HEB has better vegetables, fruits, and meats than Walmart. Walmart isnt open at all right now.

Our HEB is picking up the slack lately. Theyre making breakfast (in the heater/warmer near the bakery) and keeping the shelves stocked, plus they require a mask and make it safe for everyone to shop

They have been improving with customers service and the length of time we stand in lines to get checked out.

Not too big like Victoria, not too small like Edna. There are stuff here that I sometimes cant find at other heb stores. Never had a problem with the cashiers, always goes by fast partly bc as I am putting the stuff on the conveyor in order, frozen meat first, can goods, beauty supplies, snacks and finally the stuff that shouldnt be smashed like bread. Employees have always been friendly with me. Some have a nice conversation while they are scanning my items. The lines are only long at certain times, which I believe is when everyone gets out of work.

Busy and very helpful this time of the year people can be rude. This was a pleasant experience.

Has plenty of groceries and you will definitely find the nesesities here. However, if you are looking for something more specific Id definitely reach out to a near by HEB plus. But Im short this had a wide range of meats, veggies, and all the snacks to suit our inner food baby.

HEB is always ahead of the curve but I was disappointed this time as they didnt offer a hot bar.

The produce selection is basic and often on its last leg, if not already showing signs of rotting. I cant tell you how many packages of berries Ive brought home to open and find molding fruit in the middle. I often find digital coupons on the HEB app for items they dont and probably wont ever carry. Its worth the drive to Victoria with a cooler and some ice for better products and selection.

Clerks who fill online orders are always blocking the aisles with their large racks and are rude to shoppers. Stockers also block aisles with no apology or attempt to side step customers

I love H E B!I took a friend in there shopping this morning and he was riding on one of their battery operated carts. There was two employees ( separate times) that walk right across in front of him without even looking where they was going! He barely stopped in time without hitting them! I feel they, as employees should be more respectful of customers than what I seen them display this morning.

Great store for decent price groceries. Meat department puts walmart to shame. Every worker weve talked to was very friendly and polite.

Not the best place to buy fruit for sure. Been sold rotten pomegranates twice . Excuse given was that we were approaching the end of the pomegranates season, well okay then stop selling pomegranates lol idk how else to say fraud and theft dont fall far from the tree. Night crew is pretty good here I prefer to do my shopping at night simply because during the day managers are walking around reading over my shoulder and are close enough to step on my boots if I stop to browse something .

This store is wonderful. We love it. Everyone is nice and polite. An employee even helped me with the cases of water. Nice.

The only store i by my food....

Shelves are not well stocked. Overall appearance is worn, old, not real clean. Only 2 cashiers during a time when customers are coming in. Had to wait in line longer than stores in Victoria. My cashier was helpful and pleasant. Had help getting to car and I did not have to load groceries. I am a disabled veteran, so I really appreciated the help.

A satisfactory grocery store with all the common necessities. It is kept clean and orderly. The employees are friendly are ready to help. The baked goodes are tasty and made fresh daily.

Everytime I go to cash a check they never are able to. Such a shame since I got errands to run the same evening but cant since Im unable to cash my check. I would go to my bank (no brainer) but unfortunately I get out to late. Other than that the shopping and interior is great.

Since this HEB is the only one near Palacios, Port Lavaca, and all of the other small towns, capes, and bergs, its SO busy. The customers are nicer than the employees though. I think they may be overworked and overwhelmed. Good selection for a small HEB.

Store is looking a little run down lately. Could use a little touching up. Other than that a great place to get what you need.

Love this heb, its clean and not crowded. Their pharmacy is great too. The only thing I noticed was theyre missing a fresh seafood section... Most hebs will have it.

Pharmacy is super. Service is way beyond great. Always nice. Pharmacist is very careful about prescriptions and making sure they are absolutely correct.

Its a well assorted, clean aisle, friendly staff I meet on my first experience in a H-E-B grocery store. There is a couple of options on brands on every item and even a decent amount of american grown organic fruits and vegetables selection.
