Went looking today on our motorcycle! Employees watched us for about 20 minutes without saying anything to us! Then after almost bumping into a store employee, he asked us if we needed any help, we said we were looking at refrigerators, he said, let me know if I can help you and walked off! They had lots of appliances, refrigerators, both new and slightly damaged! They had another young couple They were helping and walked all around us! We left after looking at several refrigerators! They do have good prices! We live in Georgia but have bought a LG washer & Dryer, and a refrigerator during biketoberfeast a few years ago! My wife wanted to shop here again! We may drive our truck over to look again later this week! This is the refrigerator we were interested in!

Best service EVER! I couldnt be happier with my purchase. I absolutely love my new washer and dryer. The delivery driver was amazing and the set up was perfect. They even looked at my dishwasher that was not working properly when I purchased the home. I will definitely be heading back in to purchase a new dishwasher from them. The sales man was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain different products. I did everything online and over the phone. I felt safe and the delivery personal had masks on.

I live in Deltona, they delivered for a reasonable fee and took very good care of our appliances. The gentlemen that delivered was knowledgeable and professional. They were prompt to their time window and communicated well on the day of delivery... PLUS my washer and dryer were hugely discounted from. Buying from other stores!
If there was a 0 star that would be my rating. I purchased a Maytag, less than 30 days old it no longer filled with water. I called for repair and 1 week later repair man shows up ran diagnostics said he fixed it the next day only 1 wash worked then back to original problems called to reschedule appointment they said it would be 2 weeks but the repair company, Fields worked with me to come a little quicker (thank you) the man explained problems and parts were on back order it would be a month before the parts come in. I called Appliance Direct who stated there was nothing they would do to assist me in anything I just had to wait and get it fixed. I dont typically do reviews but I work for a living, my money is valuable and taking multiple days off to wait for repair technician is not productive, point is Appliance Direct sold me a washer that doesnt work and they dont care and will do nothing about it. Do NOT purchase items from this store.

Don was real easy to work with. No pressure at all took about 15 min over the phone to complete purchase and was not pushy one bit. He was also able to arrange delivery quicker then any other store. Delivery team was quick and fast as well.
Bought samsung washer and dryer in jan, needed service recently. Was told by their service that they dont send tech for the problem. Had to call samsung directly. Will be having tech from orlando coming. Appliance direct employees act like they are doing you a favor! Rude!!

HORRIBLE experience! Purchased a dryer on a Saturday, salesman said they had it in their stockroom and delivery scheduled the following Wednesday. Our dryer was not delivered, we were told the delivery service had a Covid outbreak, and it would be delivered the following week. The following week, no dryer again. Spoke to the manager who confirmed they never had the dryer in their stockroom and it would be several weeks before they had it in stock. Needless to say I requested a refund, which was processed very timely. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
My experience with Appliance Direct wxxx zrras a pleasant one. From the very knowledgeable staff in the store to the slightly. problematic the delivery. Although the washer wasnt hooked up correctly upon calling Appliance Direct they promptly sent someone with the proper hose and reinstalled my washer, then everything was great. I think part of finding out how good a company is, is seeing how well they deal with problems theres was excellent. so I am giving them. an excellent review

Great experience. Came in to purchase a washer and dryer. Craig was very helpful. Upon delivery we realized that we have a side vent not a rear one. So I had to reschedule for them to come back out to finish installation once I got the kit. Don was amazing helping me out with what I needed to order and was very patient with me. Once I got the kit I called the store and as promised they came back the that next day. Sebastian, Edwin and Joshua were amazing. They did a great job and were very respectful of the property. My aging mom needed some appliances from a flood in the garage from a broken washer. We needed 3 appliances. With some research I saw Appliance Direct was the most reasonable. She always bought Sears. Since it closed in Daytona we decided to shop at Appliance Direct. We got the best deals plus warranty at affordable prices. Whacky whacky Nu Nu just like Sam says on TV if you bought it somewhere else you paid too much. I got a wonderful new refrigerator freezer for $800 less then Lowes regular price and $200 less than Lowes sale price. Also the salesman Raymond was top-notch delivering the product in the manner I specified and so were the actual delivery people. I should have been doing business with Appliance Direct years ago. I will never buy any Appliance from any one other than Appliance Direct in the future.
I initially purchased a whirlpool stove and washer machine from appliance direct in Port Orange. I was unhappy when the stove was delivered to me ...the bottom drawer was warped and it never did slide into the space under the oven. I returned it the stove because it just looked cheap to me. After two weeks I noticed that the washing machine was not spinning properly and I wanted to return it as well but they would not let me because I had already used it. So three weeks into my BRAND NEW washing machine, I am waiting on a repairman. I will NEVER buy anything else from this store.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! OUR EXPERIENCE...When we first saw their commercial on TV, we were really excited and hopeful that we had found the right company. We needed to buy a washer, dryer and refrigerator for our new house. Little did we know that it was going to be a nightmare to do business with them. The only good thing we can say about them is their prices. Everything else was a disappointment. The owner in the TV commercial says you can get the appliances the same day, this is not the case. We had to wait 10 days to get ours and this was after many phone calls with the manager and sales person. They initially told us one date then wanted it to change it to a longer date. Once we bought and paid for our appliances the same day, the customer service changed completely.It was as if they no longer cared for us as a customer. Of course, they had had our business and money. Why should they care? My husband had to be stern and to the point with them in order for them to do what was reasonably expected.Be aware delivery is separate, $70 cash upon delivery to the drivers. Once we received our appliances, they forgot the vent dryer kit and the REP blamed it on the delivery drivers. We had to wait days for that kit then to top it off one of the refrigerators door was taller than the other. When we asked the drivers about it, we were told there was nothing they could do. Fixing it was not part of their job, just delivery and set up.We were so done with them that we decided to leave it as it was. Never again will I buy anything from them. I rather pay more than do business with them again..
I knew which washer I wanted. The salesman showed me a few other similar models. I made the purchase, they helped me load it into my vehicle. I was out of the store in 20 minutes. I called the store to pick up the machine which was new and in the box. Very simple transaction. I got the machine I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Especially noteworthy is the staff. I was happy with the Purchase, But they had LIED TO ME on Multiple Occasions and about multiple things.1. They were charging me the SAME DAY DELIVERY CHARGE for a delivery the Following Day, which even got pushed back an additional day. I had to complain about this more than once.2. In the store they tell you the delivery fee is for the delivery people, and the delivery people were telling me the money goes back to the store.3. They told me that NO DELIVERIES were being made the day I was originally suppose to get my delivery, and the drivers confirmed to me that they were making deliveries on that day. This was the reason for pushing my delivery back another day.4. I was suppose to receive a call 30 minutes prior to my delivery, so i would NOT have to sit around the house all day, but I received a call and they were there when i was not - so my delivery had to wait for a few more deliveries before they would get back to mine (1 1/2 Hours later).5. The delivery People were trying to persuade me into NOT changing the water line ( Which I Purchased) and leaving the old one in place saying the old line is perfectly fine, and not even attempting to offer money back if I had opted to do it.My Final Opinion is: I would rather take my business elsewhere instead of having to deal with all of the B.S. and LiesUnfortunate for them as I am Building a new House and will Need All New Appliances for this new Home .

The people at the Port Orange Branch are professional and curtius. We had no idea what we wanted just knew we needed a new washer. They asked us questions and came up with a product they had in stock. Then had their guys bring it to us and take our old one away. Their guys let us know we had plumbing problems and they could not hookup the washer. We got the plumbing fixed and are loving this new machine. Our water bill even went down. THANKS DIRECT.

I can not even give this store a 1 star as my experience was so poor. I bought a refrigerator after showing the salesman specific dimensions. (Fritz), They delivered the refrigerator and they not only had incorrect connectors but, it DID NOT FIT! They reimbursed the price of refrigerator but, had the audacity to still charge me the $60 delivery fee!Also, I live on the 17th floor WITH elevator access and they told me DAY OF delivery, it would be and additional $170 ($10 per floor convenience fee)! They reimbursed my money minus $60 delivery fee for THEIR mistake. BUYER BEWARE! I had next day delivery from Lowes for the same product!

Too expensive and they were not very helpful we asked about a refrigerator that was on their TV screen and they said they had it feel like it was like 23 2,900 and it was on sale for 100 I mean 1,100 and they said it would take a very very long time to get it like they didnt want us to buy the sale scratching dent which was cost more than the brand new one with no dents for the one without the scratch and dents and the one with the scratch and dent transmission parts and he said he couldnt be ordered I mean come on in this day and age you cant get a drawer

We bought a floor model washer and dryer. We were told it was last years model. After delivery, we were told it was scratch and dent. This set was only $20 less than the new model. We called the store and asked about money off for scratches and they said no additional money off. We also bought a microwave for over the stove. We won’t purchase anything there again. Buyer beware.

Purchased a brand new Maytag washer out of the box and when it was delivered we set it up to start using it and was only able to get one load done. The washer would not complete a cycle.. just kept starting over and never completing the cycle. THANKFULLY, we purchased a warranty and called Appliance Direct immediately. They sent a technician out the next day. It was diagnosed as needing all new major parts (factory defect). They wanted us to wait for parts to come in and this would take at least a week. This was not an acceptable solution as we had 6 family members in town and had just moved and were WAY behind on laundry. As well as the fact that we had just purchased a brand new washer and having most of the components replaced after owning it for one day just did not seem like a proper solution. We called and asked to speak with someone in upper level management and was directed to GUY. He was AWESOME and took care of our conflict the next day by swapping out a new washer with the defective one and he even scheduled us for free delivery. We would recommend Appliance Direct for others.. just be sure to get a full warranty ( as defects can happen from the manufacturer) and if you dont like the resolution offered.. asked for GUY. He is pure awesomeness!Thank you GUY! You turned around a super upsetting situation into a very positive resolution and quickly!

Would never recommend purchasing any appliance from them. I bought a washer on Saturday and after being told it would be delivered Monday they never called. When I called them he said it would be a late afternoon which turned into 7-9 pm. Then at 10 pm they called saying they can deliver at 11! I said no and they stated they would be at my house first thing in the morning between 8-10am. So at 10 am after no call again I called the store and they stated it’s going to be delivered between 11-1. But they did call me to make sure I would have their $50 delivery fee in cash....so yet again 1 o’clock rolls around and no call. I had to call the store 4 separate times before someone answered and with no response and being left on hold I hung up and waited. At 215 they finally showed up. With nothing from the store or any response in regards to the lack of communication or even care I’m extremely disappointed and I will not be a returning customer

I purchased a new washing machine on November 29th. The deal was a little better than Lowe’s, but then they sprung the $50 delivery fee on me. That made the deal worse than Lowe’s but then the salesman said they would haul away additional appliances for no additional charge. I have a non-working upright freezer that I would like to have hauled away so I figured what the heck, that might be worth a little more so I completed the transaction. When they delivered the new washer, they took the old washer away but said they didn’t have room on the truck to take the freezer. Plus they wanted an additional $15 to take the freezer. I asked them to come back later in the day once they made room by making some deliveries. They said they would but didn’t. So I had to call the store to ask them to reschedule the delivery people to come get the freezer. The manager argued with me and said I would need to pay another $50 fee. I left a message for the salesman to call me but he never returned my calls (four times over the next month.) But with persistence, I called him back and each time he said he would take care of it. He never did. Today is January 14th and they still haven’t come to get the freezer.I will never do business with this company again and I strongly recommend you avoid them as well. If you choose to ignore my advice, at least be sure to add in the cost of delivery when comparing deals. For example, Lowe’s doesn’t charge for delivery for many of their appliances and when they do, it’s only $30 and that includes new metal hoses for the washing machine. And don’t trust anything employees of Appliance Direct tell you.

I bought 2 appliances that never came in. I cancelled my order. Now I can’t get my money back. It’s been 8 weeks since I cancelled the order, countless phone calls. They owe me $1440. Every time I call the check is in the mail.Owner said I got my check, well that’s not totally right. I got a check made out to my name spelled incorrectly so I can’t cash it. It’s worthless. When I called, now 2 weeks in a row, I am told it will be another week. How long does it take one person to type a check? This is so absurd. I have been patient and polite, could that be my problem? It has been 10 weeks now that I have been waiting for a simple refund check. Bad bad bad business.
Let me start by saying a one star rating is the minimum allowed and is far from accurate. I purchased a washer and dryer set and on the second use had an issue. The washer continuously filled with water cycling in the drain/spin cycle until I manually reset the unit. Otherwise it would continued to do so for an indefinite amount of time using thousands of gallons of water. The dryer on its second use ran for 10hrs and would have stayed running had my sons neighbor not called me worried that something was wrong and could cause a fire. I immediately called the Port Orange location where I purchased from and was dismissed.The only person (who may or may not ever answer your call) that answered was unwilling to replace these hazardous units even though they had just been delivered a few days earlier. He refused to get me to anyone who may be above him and further encouraged me to write any reviews I liked on any sites I wanted stating this has been done before! I reached out to the owner by email, as no one will give a phone number to speak with anyone beyond the already helpless salesperson level. I got canned responses back from a no named virtual person with a continued unwillingness to switch the units out for properly working units.These were new, in the box units that had been used 3-4 times. All I was asking was to bring me new ones or refund the purchase. I never received a single phone call nor received the name of the mystery person responding to my emails. I would highly recommend anyone considering their cheapest on the planet pricing to be aware that this will come at a greater cost down the road. These units are a danger to my disabled son and the entire apartment building where he lives. This company has already filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy once and looks like with business practices like this they will soon be filing again.
If anything goes wrong with an appliance which my brand new out of the box washer did not even turn on, it took over 2 weeks and a billion unhelpful phone calls to get any type of answers. I am still waiting on an exchange they will not refund. absolutely terrible experience unfortunately.
When at the store, we were initially very pleased with the service. Its unfortunate that at the time of delivery, the delivery professionals realized that the store never sold us parts for the new dryer, and they had nothing on their truck. They said they wouldnt wait for my husband to purchase missing parts at the hardware store across the street and still asked for the full 50$ delivery and installation fee, even though they just left my husband finish the job.
