I would give zero stars if I could!!! I purchased my dad a new higher toilet when we moved to Florida. I paid the outrageous charges for installation from The Home Depot. It hasnt even been a year yet and the toilet started leaking. We called a plumber that our condo building uses and they came out. The seal was never replaced when they put the new toilet in. They said it is a wonder our whole house wasnt flooded!!! PLEASE DO NOT PAY FOR INSTALLATION FROM HOME DEPOT!!! GO FIND YOUR OWN PLUMBER THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR YOU MAY BE SORRY!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN!!

Without a doubt, one of your better big box DIY stores. More often than not, they always have what youre looking for. What I really like is they dont have sales associates hounding me asking me if I need help every 5 minutes. On the same token, if I do need help or have a question, associates are easy to find and most are easy to find. Cant argue with or find fault in that.

Good store, however the prices of many things have gone way up. I ended up buying most of what I came for from online vendors at better prices.

I came to compliment Home Depot because lately I love everything about this store. My husband and I always have this thing that he would love Home Depot and I would love Lowe’s but not anymore. Home Depot keep up the good work. We just bought our bathroom cabinet, and bathtub online and they delivered everything on time and so well wrapped. I am also glad they are hiring more people who speak Spanish. I specially want to compliment Victor in the flooring department, he was very helpful and treated us very nicely yesterday while buying our bathroom flooring. I will continue to buy here for sure.

An employee outside the store told me they do cut wood, and I brought inside the big peace, but inside they said they do not, they must give the accurate info.

Need to hire people that actually know home improvement. Hate coming here and no one has any idea what Im talking about. Might as well hire card board cut outs. At least they dont look dumb trying to answer a question they have no clue what they are talking about. But I love home depot

Customer service at this Port Orange location is Wonderful...! The Management and staff, are knowledgeable, always friendly, also, go above and beyond to make certain that customers are satisfied. Purchased new exterior doors from Home Depot. Their installer was great. However, every few months one of the doors would not latch properly. The installer came back out and adjusted it, and it was great. 6 months later, same thing happened again - would not latch properly. Need two hands to lock or unlock the door. Now the install warranty is expired and Home Depot and the installer want nothing to do with us. Caveat emptor.

2 seperate times in the past 2 months Ive ordered or attempted to order items through them and get a run around and told theyd contact me with updates and never do. I had attempted to get them to order a replacement shower door for me, for the past 2 weeks... multiple calls, trips, and email to get it placed, not a single call or update about the status in which they simply ignored... went to lowes 2 minutes away and placed the order right there while I stood there. Had an special order of tile where one case was cracked so they ordered another case, just for it to be unavailable ( wasnt informed till I went to the store to pick it up), was told they will contact supplier and let me know I they can get another case... never contacted and my order was canceled without ever talking to me.

They Take care of Veterans ! Joe was very helpful in the lumber Department ! He made sure I had the right boards for my decking project ! Will be using Home Depot for the job

There are many hard working people in this store but equally as many who zero clue. Maybe they should think about training some of these people.

Bought a small freezer there, got it home to discover it had warnings about the risk of fire and explosion! It also said it used a flammable refrigerant! Another instance of hazardous products being shipped to this country from China putting American citizens at great risk! Home Depot is complicit in this for not Vetting the foriegn products they sell, BEWARE!!!

Joey and Kash are amazing!! We walked in right before closing time with a huge issue. I had been to 4 other hardware stores looking for a solution for a missing part for my kitchen faucet... Joey went out of his way to make thing happen for us and gave us a solution. In other stores employees would be bothered that we walked in right before store closing but not at home depot. We received great service that helped us save a bunch of money. Home depot will be my first choice going forward.

Found a guy to walk around and help us find a we needed. The he found another worker to explain how things worked. Very helpful staff. Plus they carried everything out to the car and put the heavy things into the car for us.

I will never do business with Home Depot again. This is our second bad experience with them. First 15 years ago, and again now. I bought 3400.00 in kitchen cabinets, they were late coming in, in fact they could not even locate them. The late was understandable as everything is lately because if COVID. But the rude “upper management” personnel, was awful. I will not go into detail but if you do not have the people skills to work with the public you don’t need to be in a customer service role.

Online says you have the item Im looking for but I get there and you dont have it. I ask an associate for help, she takes the SKU number and it says you have 3 in stock but she says there are none to be found. Not impressed. There needs to be a better system to try and prevent theft if these items are high theft items.

The customer service representative, Janet, was so kind and helpful. I called before going to the store and informed Janet that I am disabled and was being cautious of covid-19. I asked if the products I wanted were in stock at the store. I wanted 2 of the American Standard Cadet 3 Toilets. She confirmed for me that they were and agreed to have them waiting for me at the front of store pickup. I showed up and she was at my car within 1 minute to take payment and expedited loading. The transaction was very fast and safe! Bravo Home Depot!!!

Spent a lot of time at Home Depot Purchasing Home Improvement items. They usually have everything I need.

Said they had 2 mirrors in stock both were cracked wanted to have a piece of plywood cut to size saw was broke needed to bath sinks says 4 in stock only had 1 come on guys I walked out

I went looking to purchase a dishwasher, it took 15 minutes to find anyone to help then everything I looked at, including the units labeled in stocks was out of stock and could only be ordered... Very frustrating

Great selection of construction materials and home goods. Most team members are friendly but a few of the floor associates have an attitude specially when assisting you in finding a particular item.

How can you have employees that dont know what they are doing? A customer asked a question about a product you sold them, and employees in that dept. Didnt know anything about it.

I give it five stars because they always surprise me. For such a big-name store at times when I go in there the associate will really work with you. When I had bought wood they cut it for free for you there if they have the time. Also I was trying to fence in my screen room so my dog wouldnt break through if he gets over-excited from dogs passerby. She could have sold me the most expensive heavy stuff but she realized that she should just suggest what I actually needed a light to medium weight roll out fence we worked on all the extras and I was really happy

Would like it if the products were where the site said they were. I have spent hours with assistance and still couldnt locate products that the app said were in store.

I purchased 3 seed packets and the man who checked me out in the garden center put them in a bag, but when I checked out he failed to give them to me. I also purchased 4 plants, 2 pots and 2 long floor tiles, which were in my cart. I have to get transportation and Im not able to go back tonight. Im very upset that he didnt give them to me. Now Im going to have to get transportation to go back tomorrow.
