Today my husband and I had the best experience in a very long time with AT&T. The Retail Sales Consultant was the most helpful and patient person we’ve had the pleasure of meeting in a very long time.Mac Ver Steegt, understands what customer service means and went above and beyond to assist us. If you are looking for someone who can assist you with any of your AT&T products or services this is the man you want to deal with. So many customer consultants could learn a great deal from this man. We will be sure to return to the store in Port Orange, FL for all of our future products as this has been the best service EVER!

The associate that helped us (Mac) was incredible. Talked us through everything, double checked with us on all of the pricing, offered us all the deals and was very nice when we didn’t want some of the extras, wasn’t pushy at all. The manager was a little pushy with the insurance but the overall experience with Mac was incredible and made it all worth while.

If it was possible to leave a zero star, that would be my rating. I have been to this location 3 separate times and each time I have been here, Shantina has been a incredibly impersonal and incredibly rude. Each time I was encountered by her she was careless and did not want to help anyone. The amount of disrespect I have encountered from ATT and there employees is absolutely ridiculous. If I do not hear from someone from corporate ASAP I have multiple accounts that will be cancelled.

Went to this store to get a new sim card at&t sent me to work in my phone. The salesman tried for about 15 minutes but couldnt do it.He said it would not work because it was a 5G sim card and the phone was not.Meanwhile he had disabled my old card that was working. He said they dont carry 4G cards. Now I have no phone. Called another at&t store and they said come in and they could fix it. Was there ten minutes and he put a 5G sim in and it works fine!

After my iPhone was run over by a car I brought my phone to AT&T at the Pavilion in Port Orange. Mac greeted me at the door and hooked me up with a new iPhone. Mac got me some discounts, got everything transferred to my new phone. Mac was great all around.

It is unfortunate that AT&T has allowed their corporate locations to be so sales focused. Theyre only interested in the next sale and they do not demonstrate good customer service. The reps are not helpful. And, the manager Israel is arrogant and rude. Ill be returning my lines and going back to Verizon because of this location.

Great customer service!!! The manager Austin and associate Kristina went above and beyond to help me recently. The Apple Watch I wanted wasn’t in their inventory just before closing one night so the manager Austin came back in to try to help, unfortunately I wasn’t able to leave with the watch that night but he made a special trip to the Daytona AT&T the next day to get the one I wanted. When I showed back up the next day Kristina help get everything set up and I was good to go. I would highly recommend going to this store for your needs!

Had a technical issue which prevented me from obtaining (2) specific billing period statements, while accessing my AT&T account. After several phone calls over a week long time frame and a “work order” ticket being initiated with technical support that was not resolved in the time frame stated, I was able to get the call log information I needed from the Port Orange AT&T corporate store. Shantina, the location manager, promptly greeted me as I entered the store and she was very professional and courteous. Shantina made several calls to assist me with obtaining the call logs I needed. After a painstaking process, she was successful in receiving the information that I needed. The customer service exhibited by her was “Incredible”. There are no words I can say to express how grateful we are and how much we appreciate her tenacity in working to resolve this issue. THANK YOU SHANTINA !!!!!Respectfully,Greg Miles

I called in to the store to see if they had a phone. It was the last one. The man said they normally are unable to hold phones but he did for me. When I got there Dwayne greeted me at the door. The store was very busy. I wanted help setting up my phone and Dwayne explained that the phones transfer the info on their own rather than them having to do it for me. I didn’t understand what this meant because they always had the machines that moved my info, so the nice salesperson walked me through this. It took 5 minutes and the phone had all of my contacts and pictures on it. Even though my phone was broken they were still there. I always come to this store and will continue to. Thanks Dwayne. Amazing staff here! I couldn’t use my new Iphone 12 Pro Max after a week of trying to troubleshoot cellular data problems. All it would ever do was make phone calls and take pictures. I couldn’t text or use apps or the internet. I tried everything I could and had all, but given up on it ever working properly. Thankfully after trying everything he figured resetting the serial number and it fixed everything! Full bars and 5G with fully working cellular data! I’m happier than when I picked up the phone in the first place! Thank you so much, mate! You are A#1 at your job!!!

Our sales representative was a tremendous help for my partner and I last night with upgrading both of our phones. We winded up waiting about 20 minutes or so before a consultant was available to assist us. Once we were situated, the process was pretty fast and had us in and out in about an hour. This is the second time I have upgraded my phone at this location and I will continue to do so. All of the staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable when it comes to their products. I would definitely recommend this location over some others in the surrounding area.

I returned a free G4 phone as instructed by AT&T (611) and when i left the store I was attacked by an employee as he threw the phone at my windshield. I have it back to him inside the store and AGAIN he ran out to my car and threw it again at my car! I am a senior and this is how they treat customers that have been with them for over 20 years! I will NEVER STEP FOOT in this store again! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED OF THEIR BEHAVIOR!

Sorry for the long review: but I wanted to paint the right picture. I started the process of getting my husband a new phone with customer service (611). After 1 hour I was scheduled for the phone to be shipped. It arrived 2 days later, and it was the wrong phone. On Saturday I contacted customer service again, between being transferred several times and my call being dropped, it took 3 hours, I was assured I was all set and the correct phone would be delivered in person by a Ready to go Expert through Enjoy on Sunday. After waiting for the man Lou to get there, he was not nice, and said the order was not completed over the phone, so he took the phone and left. I was so upset, but called 611 again. I was transferred again multiple times, and when they dropped my call, I decided to see if the local AT&T could help.When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Jacob P, when I started to explain the situation, he indicated that they do not have managers on Sunday, but Megan Q was good with fixing issues, so he asked her to join us. I was so surprised with the vast difference with the level of intelligence, and kindness as opposed to customer service (611). Both Megan Q and Jacob P took their time with me, even with it being time for the both of them to take their lunch breaks. They did not rush me, we did multiple transactions to our account. I know they both had to be quite hungry, as they waited at least an hour to go to late lunch. But both insisted they did not mind staying to help me.I will NEVER try to do anything over the phone with customer service (611) again. Megan Q was able to fix the problem, if Lou would have told me what needed to be done, I could have fixed it in less than 60 seconds. Instead, he was not willing to stay, he did not tell me anything, and he left with the product I had purchased. Causing stocking and restocking which were not necessary. Not to mention 2 employees at the local store quite a while to fix the 4 hour calls I had with customer service previously.I would highly recommend both Megan Q and Jacob P to help with any of your AT&T needs.To AT&T: your employees like Jacob P and Megan Q are what have kept us loyal customers for over 20 years. And Experts like Lou, that could have made us leave after being loyal 20 years to your company.I understand that there are not managers in the stores on Sundays, Megan Q was amazing and should be a manager!!! AT&T should be smart and promote employees like Megan, and reconsider this expert delivery option.

This location is awesome! The store associates actually know what they are talking about :) The association that helped me spent a lot of time with me. She didnt rush me at all. She spent time reviewing my cell phone account and seeing what changed we could make to save me money on my bill. She was able to make some changes that will save me almost $70 a month on my bill!!

I went in because I needed a new phone. No one told me anything about a promotion for the iPhone 7, they just allowed me to pay 400 and when I seen the sign leaving the store, I went back in and asked why no one mentioned the deal. They stated because you wanted to keep your number and I would have to pay a restock fee because the phone was opened... they opened the phone in the store WITHOUT my permission and then handed it to me. I will definitely be reaching out to Corp as well as the BBB. We are in a pandemic so for them to actually be okay with doing that IS NOT OKAY with me when I wouldve saved $150 ON VACATION. Social media will also be hearing about this. That store as well as AT&T should be ashamedYou only have a star because I had to give you one.

What a truly remarkable, wonderful experience with the AT&T store on Williamson (Pavilion at Port Orange) and representative, Mac. Yay, Mac! I went to the store in tears because due to an error my account was being discontinued. I was losing all service. A nightmare! Mac worked wonders - got me re-instated, got me on the internet, DirectTV, cell phones and more at an even lower price than I had. But it was his true and real compassionate, concern and dedication to solving my situation that struck me. He was just REMARKABLE! He worked wonders and now I am back in business! All connected. Without him I would have been in a real mess. Because of him, I am smiling. He made the sun come out for me today. I walked into the store a stranger and walked out of the store a friend. I know this place can be busy at times and there can be a long wait but sometimes you get lucky and walk right in and theres a couple guys available. Theyre always really attentive and everybody seems to know their way around the software so they can get you in and out pretty quick. I go there all the time and never had a bad experience

She wanted to speak to a manager about it but was getting upset and doesn’t want to stay in stores arguing due to covid. I could understand if it were opened. My family and I came in today to upgrade our devices where we were met by Kristina. We wanted to trade in my sons device and upgrade to the iPhone 11 and also purchase a apple watch for my daughter. She then greeted another customer who told her she wanted to purchase another device because hers was broken. Once she told her this, she basically was trying to rush our purchase, had a very unpleasant attitude and didnt even complete the transaction as a trade. We were charged $90, and once I asked her why she didnt add the phone as a trade towards our purchase as she already knew from the beginning, she told us it would have to be done on our next phone upgrade and will then be credited to our bill. I am very unsatisfied with this service and will not be returning to this location.!

Ugh... This store and customer service is -1 in my books. Manger has no manners, when I say that I mean I get a Yo whats going on over here rather then a professional way of greeting. They have no real training and dont seem to know there store number, how to call their own headquarters or how to tell their customers the correct info. Overall very rude people that work here and if you read the reviews youll see its an overall issue with AT&T. So Im done giving them my business after 10 or so years. Its a nice store inside and looks very appealing from the outside, however the service received was terrible the employee that greeted us(we went to buy an iPhone) was of no help. We told him we were looking to buy a new iPhone5 and he simply told us nobody has them in stock. We asked if he could maybe help us out by looking it up or something and he told us no they couldnt help because they dont know when it will be in stock. Worst customer service of anywhere I’ve ever been. Even the D.M.V. has been better. Made an appt., and arrived on time. They only had 2 employees, and though we were greeted, that’s where it ended. Their on wall que showed us, and our appt. time. When one of the employees finished with a customer she immediately ignored us, and went to a walk-in customer. I politely interrupted her, stating we had an appt.. The other customer apologized, and stated that since she didn’t make an appt. the employee should take us. The employee stated she would come right over, then continued to serve the walk-in. Because we waited so long without being acknowledged we disappeared from the que on the wall. The other employee then ignored us, and helped another walk-in. We waited 45 minutes before being seen for our appt., and employees attitudes, and tx. of customers was horrendous. If you can avoid it, don’t go to this store.

After spending 45 minutes on the phone to cancel a deceased family members account, I was told to go to the store. It took 30 minutes for the store to tell me they needed additional paperwork that was not mentioned on the phone. AT&T has given nothing but issues for my own personal account as well. Nearby Edgewater has no service.

This A&T store does not answer their phone. Any questions I have, I have to drive 15 minutes to the store to get answers. Even if I leave the store and call 5 minutes later after I leave to ask a question I forgot to ask, the message always says all store representatives are helping other costumers. There are representatives standing around when when I left. I do not know why they do not answer the phone. There is no issues when Im in the store. Costumer service is good in the store.

What a nightmare! It started out fine. We went in just to get a new SIM card for my husbands phone. No problem until we left the store and got home. First, his phone wasnt making or receiving calls, so after a couple of hours and a few calls to AT&T, it was back to the store, and then once IN the store and realized all the ph numbers were gone from the SIM card that I specifically asked would be retained and told they couldnt be recovered. My husbands phone still isnt working properly. Ugh!!!🙄😡

The employees at this location except for Christian were much more interested in the movie that was on the very loud TV than they were about the customers that were there to transact a purchase. The employees were loud and obnoxious and kept talking to the movie in reaction to the scene. Very disappointed with this locations manager not controlling the employees. There was a customer that walked in looking around and after over one minute turned around and left the store. Not one employee noticed the lady because of the movie. Christian was very busy with a customer and couldnt approach the lady.

Based on the other reviews I was a little unsure about using this store to sign up for internet service; but from start to finish it was an easy, pleasant experience. Id expected to wait a considerable amount of time to be waited on - even brought reading material. Mac waited on me within a minute or so and was able to quickly help me set up a package that was just what I needed - with no sales pressure to buy any extras. Today Jeremy came to install the internet service. He called a few minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and worked quickly and efficiently, set up the service, made sure I had access and was on his way. I wouldnt hesitate to rely on this facility for future communications needs.

Totally got screwed by this store and ATT and no one cares. They got my money thats where loyalty stops with them. Went in to get my 4G upgraded. Got a new iPhone 8. THE STORE CLERK DID NOT TELL ME OF ANY BOGO PLANS FOR THE IPHONE 8. I found out about 2 weeks later a BOGO existed. So went back with wife to take advantage of it, was then told 17 days went by since I purchased the upgrade, 14 days was the limit? How is that my fault, we were never told in the first place. Purchase another 8 and opened a 3rd line for mother in law to have. Now my bill has skyrocketed. Been with ATT for almost 20 years and because of a clerks error I now pay the price for that mistake. I called 3 carriers around here and asked them all what they would have done, ALL WOULD HAVE HONORED THE BOGO BECAUSE OF THE MISTAKE AND SINCE IT WAS ONLY 3 DAYS AFTER IT EXPIRED. Bottom line: Shop around because once ATT gets your money thats where it ends it seems. I have been with ATT since 2000, wont be much longer now and I can switch to a company that truly values its customer base...
