I have worn hearing aids for years. I thought of them as a pain and felt they really didn’t help much. I have had several paid and felt the same about all of them. To be honest I left them in the box most of the time. My family would get really aggravated with me but I continued to maintain they didn’t work. Well, the best day of my life in a long time was the day I walked into Ear to Hear in Port Orange. I worked with Joe who was more than happy to service my old hearing aids for free but also warned me they likely wouldn’t help much due to the amount and type of my hearing loss. Yes, I had to purchase new hearing aids but it was the best thing I could have done. He had worked with me to tweak them so that I am comfortable in them and YES, I CAN HEAR! I don’t leave my bedroom without them. Thank you Joe and Bob for a job well done. I would highly recommend you to anyone! Thanks again.

I am very pleased with my new hearing aids. Joe Gallagher has been my main contact and serviced my old hearing aids. He answered all of my questions even before I purchased the new ones. Corrine is pleasant and efficient. I just returned from a follow-up appointment after a week of wearing the new ones, and Joe took care of any concerns or questions I had. Just had my free hearing test. I do have some hearing loss and so after having Joe Gallagher explain that ones hearing could get worse not better, I decided to get the hearing aids. Within the first week of having them, I found myself turning down the volume on my TV and radio.adio, and can now use my phone without putting everyone on speakerphone. I am very satisfied with the aids and knowing that, if something goes wrong, Joe Gallagher and Ear to Hear will take care of it for me.
