As a tourist on vacation I found myself in a predicament as one of my rubber hearing aid dome tips covering the speaker ripped and I did not have a spare with me…..I called the office of Hearing Connect in Port Orange and spoke with Lea. Not only did she offer to wait to take her lunch hour but she had a smile on her face when I arrived and immediately replaced that small but important rubber tip….AT NO CHARGE!! Now back to vacation thanks to Lea!! If I ever moved here, I know where I would go for my hearing care, Connect Hearing.

I never expected to be as pleased with hearing aids as I am with my new aids from connect hearing. Karen and Leah are so pleasant to work with. They go out of there way to make sure your hearing aids work perfectly, my warranty was out on my aids and Karen helped me so I would not have to pay for my right hearing aid not working. I would highly recommend you going to see them if you need hearing aids. They also helped my 90 year old father with his hearing aids also and he is so satisfied. And it’s so great that I don’t have to keep repeating myself to him when we’re talking.😃 thank you so much Karen.😎

I am a Connect Hearing client from out of state. I walked in to ask to buy a power dome and was greeted warmly. Lea immediately took my hearing aids and cleaned both domes and replaced the torn dome plus gave me extra. No charge. Great help. Plus, Lea has a daughter, Sarah, in the DeLand office who treated me graciously on the phone when I was looking for assistance.

Over 1000 miles from home on vacation and hearing aids needed service. They provided a loaner set while mine were sent in for factory warranty repair. My hearing aids were repaired quickly. I cannot say enough about this very professional Connect Hearing office and staff.

I have been going to this location for about 8 years. I just updated to my third set of hearing aids. I have always found the staff to be professional and responsive to my needs. I would and have highly recommended them to friends.

I recently treated myself to new Phonak Audeo M90-R Hearing Aids, replacing my five year old ones. A great decision; I find a big improvement in my hearing ability. Also, I purchased a 4.0 TV Connector and enjoy hearing news broadcasts from the TV in my living room while having breakfast at my dining table. The sound goes directly to my hearing aids and I hear every word. When I told Karen I was having difficulty installing the device she came to my condo and installed it properly. Thank you, Karen, you went above and beyond!

I had a hearing Test done and a week later had my New Hearing Aids in my Ears. The sweetest People, they did the foot work to get my health Insurance on board to pay for the Hearing Aids, NO WAIT, I truly would recommend Connect Hearingto anyone looking for hearing aids. I am from Michigan and needed some help unplugging one of my hearing aides. Karen James was very helpful in assisting me (and instructing me) on how to clean and replace parts. She was very professional.

Well i went there because i have a problem with my hearing its been bad for 2 or more years now and with no health insurance i finally found this place on social media and I qualified for tje free trial meaning I wouldnt have to pay for the visit the test amd get to wear a hearing aid for 2 weeks at no cost i waa so excited to maybe finally hear well i know there is a medical issue with my ears otherwise i would be able to hear well i have significant loss of hearing in one ear and moderate in the other well they referred me to go see an E.N.T specialist and left very disappointed and no hearing aids well i camt afford a specialist or else id of seen one already other than that they were wonderful

I have tried several audiologist in the Daytona area. None of them have come close to the service that Karen provides. Another audiologist messed up my phonak hearing aids. Karen was able to restore my aids to the proper settings.....my hearing is back again.
