I gave him a 2002 BMW X5 and I got back what looked like a 2022 BMW X5 not just ex/interior but under the hood as well. My engine sparkles! The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I hit a deer with my jeep did some nice damage to my bumper David at did an amazing job the day they received my car through east hills Jeep David called me personally to let me know he was taking care of my care and texted me constantly with updates. Dropped off my car Monday evening, which was great considering I work till 5 and got there around 530 and waited till 5:55 to be picked up. Most auto body shops close at 5 so the fact that they let me sit there till 6 was amazing and extremely convenient for me. They said my service will be done in 2 days and by the end of the second day david texted me that theyre throwing in a complimentary wax and wash and will let me know when my car will be ready. The job was done very well and my car looks good as new! David is extremely nice, professional, and excellent at communication. There truly is no better word to describe the experience I had with Perfection Auto then the word “perfection”. Living in Boston, and visiting Long Island to spend time with my fiancé and her family for Christmas, I was hit on the parkway. I wish I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 100 STARS!!!!!!!!! The WHOLE entire staff is AMAZING!! They did a wonderful job on my car!! They even fixed a chop job that was done before my car got to the shop. They were available to help me EVERY step of the way no matter what time it was. The staff is VERY professional. David is AMAZING!! He works VERY hard and makes sure his customers are satisfied. Sam is the coolest most friendly chick on the planet, she will make sure u have ANYTHING u need. If theres a way Sam will make it happen!! Patrick stays on top of everything and is so sweet. I will bring my car here for all of its repairs, inspections and detailing. I recommend this place to EVERYONE!! 100 STARS great job my car looks and smells brand new
