Had an excellent experience. Needed a tow due to a failed serpentine belt tensioner on a Friday night. Was given a loaner while repairs were done so that our weekend plans would not be ruined. Had the car done in time for us to return home and at an amazing price. If you are in the area and need auto repair.. This is the place to go!

Worked with me, not against me, was kind and professional. Pretty smart group of mehanics who know how to fix things and will tell you how it is. Recommended especially for slightly older, but not really old, cars.

I never worry about any repairs made to my vehicle because after working with them for several years I am totally confident in their services, and unlike most auto repair shops I have been too. I dont feel like they are trying to make money off me but help me fix my problem as quickly and thoroughly as possible. This shop is one of my favorites here in Port Washington. They’re a shop of integrity. They perform great work on your vehicle and at a very reasonable price. They have performed multiple repairs on my 2 vehicles for an amazing price, and the repairs have been flawless. I would recommend anyone who needs repairs to come here to get their vehicles worked on.

Today (July 20, 2018) I had my oil and filter replaced at Lighthouse Auto. The estimate they gave me that it would take was 20 minutes but it was completed in about 10-15 minutes.Im glad I just bought a house in Port Washington because not only am I now close to them but they are very helpful and friendly. I was very sad to see other reviews posted by some family who wrote multiple reviews to bring their scores and reviews down. They deserve nothing but 5 stars from me and everyone else. They not only gave me a great price ($20 including taxes and labor) but also made the experience very easy for someone who just moved here. I used to go to a Ford dealership and they charged me $35 just for the oil not including labor and taxes! Ill be going here for all of my other car needs.*Disclaimer: Im not someone who normally writes reviews but I feel so strongly that they deserve better reviews online. I was worried when I say they had 3.7 stars.

Have bought 3 used cars from chuck great service people leave bad reviews but they will be honest if there is a problem and take care of it. Remember it is used car they are not fortune tellers they cant predict a problom. But are always willing to help!!

Ive had an awesome experience with this company so far. Brought my car in suddenly with a broken strut because I couldnt afford getting a even a used one in at another repair shop. They were super understanding and answered any questions I had. The replacement strut was a significantly lower price, even though it was new and had an extra repair tacked on. If I wasnt living in Port Washington temporarily, I would absolutely frequent this business.

Extremely Shady and crooked. First tried to sell me a bunch of stuff my car doesnt need then tried to Swindle me out of my car. I guess I should have left the minute I realized I was the only customer in the place and obviously for good reason. They seem in desperate need of money they have no choice but to sell you things you dont need or try to sell you one of their cars outside that are held together with duct tape and bubble gum . This place gives you a bad feeling the minute you walk in the door I would never buy a car for my son or daughter here or ever let them work on any of my families vehicles.

I was looking for a car to replace my daughters car that was totaled. Bought a Rav 4 from the lot and couldnt be more pleased. The entire experience was pleasant the owner was easy to deal with,price was good after several months the car has been a perfect fit. I highly recommend Light house cars. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Told me I needed a new transmission and I went to get a second opionion and they told me my transmission was in great shape they are liars and scam artist. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

They are related to lighthouse auto sales. At lighthouse auto sales they do not safety inspected their cars. I bought one and i had it inspected a couple days later three to be exact and it had bad ball joint tie rods and low on coolant. When I bought it he promised me there was nothing wrong !!

I suggest any future car buyers avoid this Lighthouse Cars Sales. What terrible decision working with Charles (Andy). The vehicles inspections are altered as we had vehicle inspected by a dealership showing many discrepancies . We are definitely taking him to the State. He fulfills the stereotype of the used car salesman.The owners response is a total lie. Just.think what a good owner would do in a situation like this. Ask other car dealers in the area and see what they think of him and his business practices.

Day and a half before deer hunting my heater core started leaking and I brought it in. They were already busy but snuck me in for a quick fix to temporarily take care of the problem so I could get up north as planned. Great price friendly owner and manager that will work with customers... Ill continue taking my business there
