Bradley is the most helpful representative. He always takes his time and he never rushes you or try’s to sell you more then you want or need. I won’t talk to or deal with anyone else anytime there’s a problem he goes above and beyond to fix them. I recommend him if you have to go to At&t.

Bradley was a HUGE help. We came in because of a billing mishap that was unrelated to this location and to be honest we were ready to cancel our service entirely. Bradley was able to not only lower our bill using my workplace discount but also provided two new phones at pretty close to ZERO cost to us, and all we had to do was trade our phones. Thank you again Bradley, and the AT&T team for the impeccable service and restoring our faith In AT&T

I’ve been a customer since I bought my IPhone 3GS way back in the day, then upgraded to a 6+, my wife and I considered switching carriers, we shopped around at T mobile and Verizon here in Port Washington, but found Jacob’s customer service the most welcoming. Jacob was absolutely professional friendly and exuded cool confidence. It was a great experience for start to finish!

Bradley was very patient with my issue today. We switched over my account to Firstnet and for some reason the phone wouldn’t connect to the network. Bradley spent over two hours personally helping me out with my issue. Very grateful for his above and beyond effort.

I recently just got a new phone at this location, and the process was so great! Irma helped me, and she was the sweetest most compassionate girl! She knows exactly what she’s doing, and she does it amazingly! I usually dread getting a new phone, because it takes awhile, but she made it so easy and fun! If you ever do go here, ask for her!! She is awesome!! Thank you for making my experience here such a great one Irma!! :)

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Beware with this store the girl that works there commit illicit transactions, the owner should be careful of the people he hires to work there my account was accessed without my permission and stole private information. BEWARE!! the police is looking into this matter.

Terrible, horrible customer service. Rude employees with little to no regard for customer relations or satisfaction.Riddled with misinformation or no information.I am a long time customer who will be patronizing another ATT store. So sad considering I prefer to support local businesses, but not here.Store manager was of zero help in remediation of unresolved issues such as lost phone (in their possession but just can’t locate it), inaccurate charges and other technical issues.I would welcome a call from the store manager or owner to discuss.NEVER had such a disappointing experience before when Prince and others still worked there.

Worked with Irma today to get 3 phones set up. She did a great job, plus running the store, as she assisted others who walked in and on the phone. Her multi-tasking was fantastic. I highly recommend working with Irma if you ever have the need.

I went to pick up my very first iPhone ever. I was helped by Jose who was very friendly, patient & informative, explaining everything very clearly. He was undeniably knowledgeable about what he does (I’ve had reps from other service providers that had little knowledge about how to transfer all my data from my old phone). I would highly recommend this AT&T store for your mobile experience.

Irma was phenomenal. She was the quickest representative ever. I was in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes with a new phone. She also assisted in the transfer of data between two older phones, also in less than 20 minutes. Irma was remarkable and her amazing customer service was greatly appreciated.

The folks wh run this place or who work there are professional and speak well to non-tech folks.They were patient..thorough and informative.This ATT@T store even has a customer bathroom...which is VERY rare. Ive had a great experience with the folks that work here. After ordering two upgrades on phones for my parents from Best Buy, I was stuck with two phones which only had phone capability and no data. The ATT 800 customer service failed to keep my data plans. Ricardo and his colleague helped me fix both phones as they were apparently in DFU mode.You do have to have time to go to this store but all your problems will be solved. They also work with you find good deals to help save money.

I went into the store late in the afternoon with a dead S9. I was on a trip and was, basically stranded. The phone was stuck in a loop and I was told by AT&T that I had to go to one of their stores for it to be fixed. Luckily, there was an AT&T Fusion Wireless store close to me.I went into the store and the rep said that he could not help me. I would have to take it up with Samsung, directly. This Bixby Loop had happened to my phone 2 times before. Both times, I went into the AT&T store and with a few maneuvers, my phone was fixed. Less than 5 minutes. Well, this rep wanted no part of it. I asked him to call someone and ask them, and he said there was no one he could call. He didnt have a clue what was wrong with the phone. I should get in touch with Samsung. When I asked him to call my local store to see how they fixed it, he got an attitude and told me that if I didnt like his answer, I could get out of his store. I asked to see the manager and he said it was himself. I asked his name and he said Michael, but I think he was lying.I am an 18 year customer of AT&T and have never been treated badly until now. He treated me REALLY badly. The employee next to him couldnt even look at me.I left the store and paid a $31.00 cab ride to the next nearest store since I didnt have a working phone to Uber it, where they fixed the phone in less than 5 minutes. I spent the entire afternoon getting my new and wonderful S9 fixed. ... and BTW, the phone broke again today (3 days later) and I had to AGAIN go to the AT&T store!! Thankfully, this one near my home.

Took us 4 store visits each time more than 1 hour and numerous phone calls. And after more than 6 weeks, we got the message saying the order was cancelled without any explanation or apology.We ordered 2 iPhones and decided to change the order for another model. Thats when the nightmares started. After numerous calls and promises to call us back, 1) I had to wait inline for more than one hour before we could talk to the representative. The guy said he had issue with the computer but promised me that he would change the order first thing the next morning and call me back. Nobody ever called us back. 2) I had to visit the store the second time, they said for some reason they changed one order and the other remained the same. And they had issue with the computer so another promise to fix the order. 3) After more than 1 week, no call back and had to walk in. Same promise. 4) My wife walked in and go the same false promise to fix the issue. 5) Call them numerous times and today a text message saying the order was cancelled several weeks ago and no new order was placed.They wasted us more than 8 hours trying to fix this issue.
