I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the service and prices are great. Tony has helped me with a printer repair, changed the battery of an IPhone and today repaired my shattered IPhone screen at a fraction of the cost of what Apple wanted to charge me and with no wait time. This store is such a wonderful asset to our neighborhood. I hope everyone in our community will support this honest, excellent business.

Nice prepare job

I went in on Monday to inquire about changing my screen on my LG phone. I dropped it the day before and it cracked. The gentleman at the store had to order my screen but told me by Wednesday it’ll arrive, and he’d be able to fix it. He charged me $99 for my LG screen. Today, I returned and after an hour my phone was brand new and looks like nothing ever happened.

I got my phone screen replaced here and I have gotten very poor quality screens. You’re lucky if they last you a couple months at most before they stop working. My screen would die after a few weeks with there screen this happened about 3 times during the summer months and we have now decided to just get a new iPhone altogether. We have wasted a lot of money here, I recommend going to bestbuy.

Replaced IPhone screen and battery. Friendly, professional services at great rates. Since repair, my phone has fallen occasionally on concrete sidewalk and indoor hardwood flooring. Not a crack or scratch. I will definitely recommend “I Fix Screens” of Port Washington to family and friends.

Great quick service, cheaper prices than apple and same quality, plus only $10 for a screen protectorUpdate: after about 2 months my screen cracked, I did not go back until recently to take advantage of their returning customer deal of 50% off, my screen cracked after about TWO days from such a low drop I was convinced they would apologize and replace it so close to the date it was fixed. But nope, best they could do was 50% off, which is what I JUST paid. I’m convinced they use lesser quality glass when they charge less so they do not lose more money seeing that they care about it so much.

This guy does a superb job. He repacked my I phone screen in a couple of hours and threw in a screen protector. Very nice. They also have a nice selection of accessories. I also appreciate being able to park right out front rather than trapes across a mall parking lot.

I had my MacBook Pro screen display completely damaged (at my own fault), but luckily I was able to get it repaired fast at iFixScreens. There was a small delay during the process, but Tony, who is absolutely kind, friendly and trustworthy, had my device repaired fast looking like it never broke. Tony is a life saver! After spending hours on the phone with Apple they directed me to their Genius Bar. I spent another hour there and they determined that my hard drive was compromised and I needed to take it to a third party. I took to another authorized repair center who said they repair for a 2012 Mac would be nearly $1k. Not only did Tony diagnose the issue right in front of me, his repair was a third of the cost! He saved my beloved MacBook Pro. I highly recommend Tony and his team as they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and keep promises! Thank you Tony!

Tony in the Port Washington store was helpful. He told me he was really busy that it might take longer than a day, but he was going to do his best. He was able to fix my laptop LCD screen same day which was awesome!

My iPhone screen was shattered beyond belief. The team here @ iFixScreens fixed my LCD screen within 1 hour for a good price and brought it back to mint condition. Amazing workmanship!The same fix from the manufacturer would have cost me double, not to mention a lot more time than an hour without my iphone or having to get a new phone all together and having to spend more time reloading all apps etc. on the new phone.I would recommend this location to anyone that needs fixes to their electronic devices. My third time coming here; first was an iPhone 6s, second time was for my new iPhone 8 and just now my iPad battery also stopped working. Very reasonable prices for quality repairs and a super short turn around time!! Usually 20mins - 1 hour in and out. Tony is very pleasant and informative also and a pleasure to deal with!! I have taken all of my family iPhones to be repaired here. Great customer service and fast turnaround. I recently brought my iPad here to be fixed after my 7 year old dropped it. Reasonably priced and able to fix quickly.

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I WOULD. Worst experience EVER. I have the IPhone X and first off they were going to charge me $350 to repair the cracked screen. They said to come back later that day to get it, and when I went back they said to come back tomorrow, because the part they needed had to be ordered. Next day, and the part that they ordered came, but it was BROKEN. They said that the new phone part would come Monday, so to come back after the weekend. I came back Monday, and they said they needed to wait for the manager to fix it, and they would call me tomorrow around 3pm when it was ready. I called at 4pm to see if it was ready, and I was informed that not only was my phone NOT FIXED, but i was lied to. The part had NOT come, and wouldnt be here until Saturday. Absolutely ridiculous that a phone (which was supposed to be fixed a few hours later) would take almost a week and a half to get fixed. I am completely shocked and infuriated. I put down a $280 deposit, so now Im not even sure what to do. I guess we will see what happens! Im expecting a HUGE discount or refund if I even decide to keep my phone there for another 5 days. Overall a horrible place. DO NOT EVER GO THERE. EVER.

I brought my iMac in here to have its hard drive replaced. Tony was very friendly, helpful, and affordable compared to the other local options. Do not be fooled by the name, they will fix mostly anything wrong with your computer as well. Would come back if future service is needed.

The staff was very friendly and straightforward about providing estimates of repairs. Ive had two cracked iPhones ($90 each) and an iPad ($100) repaired there, and they finished the jobs within an hour. I also had motherboard chips on an iPad replaced (which took a day or two and cost $150), but its as good as new!

This place is a life saver...we all know Apple is a total ripoff, and going to any other iPhone repair shop is like setting your money on fire compared to iFixScreens. Port Washington location has bailed me out so many times...its the ONLY place to go for iPhone problems!
