I was just hung up on by Joanne in customer service!!! I ordered thousands of dollars of furniture. This was in February. I am trying to get a delivery date. I understand that there are issues especially this year, but there is never a reason to be rude. I shopped at the store in Bridgewater NJ and Ashkan the manager was just as rude. They are extremely disorganized and cannot seem to get their act together. I had to go back several times because the fabric samples they showed me were all discontinued. I had to spend more time going back and making new choices. Furniture i chose was no longer available.....The store was mostly empty and that should have been a sign. I have ordered lots of furniture in the past and have never had issues like this. Again, it has been a difficult and challenging year for all of us. Delays, understandable, rudeness not.
Horrible customer service ! Very disorganized and liars !They lied about delivery and are Rude over the phone.
The customer service is horrible at the Paramus location. I have ordered furniture since January 2021. I still haven’t received my furniture. I have contacted the store manager multiple times but no follow up. The same furniture items are available online & ready to ship with 10-14 days.I called the corporate office & they transferred me to the Paramus store. Very poor experience.
This company is the worst they sell rugs not to size and then push the issue off on their distributors. Customer service is the worst DO NOT BUY
I have to say that Nancy Caruso is hands down one of the best salespersons I have worked with in a long time. She has excellent taste and works with you to achieve your needs. I will most definitely continue to purchase from Nancy and highly recommend her to anyone who has decorating needs and is in search of an industry pro.
Steve Haimowitz in the Port Washington location was very helpful. Within a week he met twice with the manufacturer’s representative to get us the specifications and fabric samples we needed. He stayed in contact with us; I never felt I was chasing him down for an answer.
This non-essential business has chosen to remain open, putting lives at risk, despite the pandemic. Their response has been and continues to be pitifully weak. A family run business that doesnt care about others, go figure
Its a super packed tight spaced outlet location of Safavieh. Most of the items are traditional pieces or regency. Good for victorian / super traditional homes. Not the place to shop if you are into transitional, glam, luxe or contemporary/modern pieces. The man who works in sales there is a very nice guy. Not easy to look through stuff as things seem to be on top of each other, but thats what a real furniture outlet is like
Literally the most awful family I have ever had the displeasure to work for. Management (the family) is inefficient, ineffective, condescending, and disrespectful towards staff. Run, dont walk away from this company.
Stay away unless you want to support a company that discriminates against women. Disgusting owners dont deserve anyones business.
Does not care about the health and well-being of staff.
