Tom and the entire staff deserve way more than 5 stars! They offer some of the BEST customer service I have ever come across in any industry. When I walk in, they address me by name, know what I am in for, ask about my dogs and always seem happy to chat.While we did not get my engagement ring from them, we bought my two wedding bands and my husbands ring here. I was very picky in what I wanted and they took the time to show me different options and go over customizations. In addition, I had my parents/grandparents old wedding set plus an older ring that they helped me design into one ring I can wear daily. My husband and I are Sharbuno customers for life!

Sharbuno’s is a exceptional jeweler. We’ve been going there for years. Most recently, I’ve added a diamond anniversary band. They were of great assistance when choosing the band. I dropped off my wedding band on a Friday, and it came back by Wednesday, with the rings all soddered. I couldn’t believe it came back that quick! I had asked Tom for a new appraisal, and within a few short hours, I had a detailed email of my new ring, along with a new appraisal on my past, present, future ring as well. Extraordinary customer service!

One of my earrings got sucked up in the vacuum, every stone came out and it was all bent up. Sharbuno Port Washington, WI reset the stones and shaped the broken earring. They look more beautiful now than they did the day I got them! They put in the same amount of care and effort for any type of stone real or fake. Mine are CZ and glass but they made them shine like real diamonds! Our family has been going here for years and we will continue for many more, they always surpass all expectations.

The folks here couldnt be kinder. I purchased a smart watch on the internet but needed a longer watch band switched with the stock band. Every though I bought the band and watch off the internet they had no problem doing the work for me. Not big jewelry guy but when I need something I know where Im going.

I had no idea how much natural wear there had been on my engagement ring until Lyla looked it. My prongs were almost gone! I had them repaired at Sharbuno’s, and wow! Both my ring and wedding band look like new. What a huge difference it made! I’m very happy with it.

I drop off my father watch after July 4 and I have not heard from them. Today is July 27, I finally got an answer, but it still not fix yet. Maybe, because Im Asian.‐------------------------------------------------Answer to your response:This is the only text I got from Tom on the 8th after I dropped by that morning. You claimed that someone left me a voicemail on the 10th, if thats the case, why did your salesperson not tell me when I dropped by the week of the 12th. He says that they still waiting for the watchmaker to get back to them. I only get a straight answer from your salesperson when I called on the morning of the 27th. She says they were waiting for my return call, that was the first time I heard off it. Why do I have to call and drop by to get an update?‐------------------------------------------------Hi So! This is Tom at Sharbuno Jewelers. I just got off the phone with my watchmaker, he said he will have an estimate to me on Friday. Very nice and I respect them for that but I came in to scrap some gold and sterling, theu told me they pay good prices, well I took it in and they offered me $138, and told me that sterling silver isnt as expensive as it use to be, when ik it just went up a few dollars. So I took it in somewhere else and got almost $600
