Bad service can barley go anywhere that u get service at but store is nice employee sevice is great

Worst service. Hours say 12 to 5 pm and here I am looking at a person inside at 2:00 pm saying it’s closed when obviously it says thier open and are now ignoring calls. Worst employers I’ve seen
Very helpful. One of the only boist stores that is open when they say they are. Unlike the boost store in portales. The people in portales are idiits. I will never visit that store again.
They ripped everyone off all around the world. Fraud imbezelment extortion etc.. After its taking over by honest people more people around the world would be more likely to use the Boost Mobile again...Larry Thomas in portales NM 88130......
Boost needs to interview more carefully and see how the applicants are towards customers or send undercover customers to the locations and see how customers are treated after all customers are what keep a company going or camera work as well !! The customer service is terrible very rude employees ! Not helpful at all ! So I left Boost as well as 6 other people that felt the same way !! Due to rude employees! The only good thing is the phone service was OK would of stayed had the situation with rude employees hadnt existed
The people who run the store are extremely rude unhelpful I decided not to go with the because of this. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone boost has pretty good service they should be more careful who they allow to use their logo they lost my business due to this one.store

I would definitely not recommend boost. Let me start at the befinning. Last year I bought a boost hotspot device. Not sure what it was called, but it needed activation just like the phones. No problem until I got multiple error messages saying my sim was locked, that I needed to install original sim sim not compatible etc. I called the help line in the manual, struggling to reach a live person, which I did eventually, who told me I simply needed to take it to a boost store, where THEY told me I needed to buy a new SIM card. Thats ridiculous because the sim that should have been provided was defective. So whatever. I left, miserable and frustrated. Now I bought a phone from boost which was also a hassle to activate but it got done. I bought the unlimited everything plan only to find out about multiple hidden fees for tethering or if I want additional hotspot data which should be unlimited like the plan says. Now I have to spend an additional $50 just for a few extra gigs I thought I paid for. Additionally, the internet connection is choppy at best and phone service is patchy and often times non existent when travelling. I regret switching to boost and feel like Im stuck with them now. Do not use Boost Services.
Ladies were very nice and helpfully. Mobile service is horrible once 5 mi out of town.
