Adriana is fantastic. Im less than a little techie answer paid my bill, setting me back up for auto pay for the 9th time. People somehow get my card number, forcing me to get a new card. All the clerks there are very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Metro by T-Mobile is a grate store to go if you want to save yourself $1,200 a year of your regular monthly phone bill and thats not all if you get auto pay from your bank account to pay you bill auto pay will help save $70 a year and now add that $1,200+70= 1,270 on saving on just my phone bill. TELL ME WHO DOESNT LIKE TO SAVE ON THERE PHONE BILL?

I went in on Thursday i believe and as i was waiting a mexican man walks in yelling at the skinny black hair manager he tried to grab her phone she starts yelling and screaming in spanish they take off running outside where he then hit her pulled her shirt off and got her phone he drove off a little ways threw her shirt out the window she put it back on all the while my 7 year old daughter witnesses all of this! That manager is SO unprofessional and should be fired immediately!!! She walked back in the store cussing at the other ladies that work there I will not be back to metropcs ever again and i will tell everyone in portales to go to cricket or verizon where they hire professional staff!!!!!!!

When there to upgrade my phone.Service representative totally ignored me as they continued visiting with their friends
