Cool place with cool treasures but I always seem to get myself lost going thru the different sections...
SOME prices are expensive but MANY are not.The layout of this place makes it really fun and eye candy interesting.Look in a nook and see what youll find!
This is the weirdest place and I love it. Is it organized? No! That’s the charm. It’s a maze of unique sections of consignment goods (one entirely dedicated to Hawaiian shirts), and you can absolutely find hidden gems. Recommend browsing the entire store at least twice — guarantee you’ll spot something new each time.
Got a plethora of wonderful things from this place, and the offerings are so many! With it being set up via individual booths, there’s so many different types of items to find, there’s something for everyone!
A LOT OF NOSTALGIA! This place has a great selection of everything. Was fun to see items from my childhood, old collections, etc. Better to go not looking for anything specific. Staff was not very helpful directing to certain booths/areas.
This place has great books.
A great antique store with almost a hundred vendors. If its old (or oldish) is probably here.
Huge selection of antiques... But very difficult to get around for anyone who is physically handicapped or disabled. There is a antique freight elevator you ride in to get to the shopping floor of the store itself.. And when i say antique elevator I mean it... Its super old and pretty neat actually. The aisles are not wheelchair or walker friendly... Most of them do not measure the minimum 36 inches as required by federal law (Americans with disabilities act) you cant turn around without potentially ruining something.. And of course, as with any store, if you break it, you buy it. And in the case of this establishment, almost everything is antique and many things unique... So yea.Other than the issues I outlined, the selection of items. Super amazing stuff in there.
Got a brand new pair of felted wool clogs for $60. Havent taken them off since buying them. Also got some cool Diner style sm.plates and coffee mugs for $2 each.Screamingood deal.I love the antique Alley...
Fun place to poke around. You never know what you will find
This place is great! I had no idea it was there. It’s like visiting the coast and all the cool antique stores out there. Great to wander. I spent an hour or so browsing, vaguely hoping to find the thing I was looking for (you can’t have too much hope going into a thrift store looking for a specific item lol). I was just giving up, when I saw the exact thing I was looking for, plus a perfectly something I didn’t even know I wanted! And it was 30% off at the time ;)I will visit again!
A hidden-ish gem of an antique mall located in the Hollywood district. I say hidden-ish because it is in a building and down some stairs in the basement. This place has tons of great items and generally everything is appropriately priced, cant really affect that, but it isnt like crazy vintage boutique prices. The place is massive and can easily take up half your day to go through! They are also always getting new things, the staff is friendly and helpful (always happy to open a case for you), and its a great place to check out for antique items. There is also some clothing, but it depends on who the vendor is.
Absolutely adored shopping here and the staff were so kind 🖤
Oh, youll get lost in time in this hidden gem! Shhhh! Dont share, itll be our secret!
Glad to have this place open again! Definitely my favorite spot for antiques and knickknacks in Portland. Reminds me of the old country antique shops back home in the midwest :)
Great place, nice folks!
Love this shop! The Staff is very friendly and I can Always score a Great deal on Vintage Treasure!
Great place for vintage and smaller antique items as well as collectible toys. Each booth is curated by a differnt vendor, so available items change often. Also check out the vintage clothing throughout the store.
Such a cute and fun place to spend some time. Super friendly employees. Will definitely be back!
We stop here on almost every trip to Portland and always find a must have treasure. This trip the blue eye- shadowed cash register girl didnt seem a good fit at the front, didnt seem too congenial or customer service- oriented but she was firm and efficient at expediting our check out. The store itself has a large selection of vendors and thus an eclectic assortment of items. Lots of vintage dishes, whimsical toys, old photos, tools and jewelry.
A really great antique store
I love all the different vendor stalls. Weve only bought a few items from here. Mostly we just love walking around and experiencing the history. Each vendor has a specific flavor and theres a bit of overlap sometimes on merchandise, but its all cool, strange, and fun stuff.
Great finds for true vintage and antiques. Plan on being there for at least an hour if not more to get the full experience. So much to look at and I always find something cool. Plus the people who work there are friendly and always ready to help.
Fun antique mall with tons of diverse vendors. Very clean and tidy. Prices were reasonable as well.
Great place! As a vendor and shopper, I enjoy Antique Alley tremendously. It has everything—home decor, vintage and cool clothes, jewelry, genuine antiques, collectibles, and anything/everything in between. You never know what you’ll find, but you’ll find it here.
Best kept secret in Portland. This business is a wonderful step into the past. Enjoy the treasures thatyou remember from generation before us. The staff is very knowledgeable and can give you a little background about what you might be looking for in the store. I will take time to stop again.
I went to Antique Alley looking for something specific, the staff were very friendly and helped to find what I was looking for. Their prices are very reasonable in comparing to other antique stores in Portland. Everything was neatly displayed and well organized. I do recommend the place for everyone looking for that unique item without spending too much. The location of the store is very convenient and Ill definitely going to go back again in the near future.
Great place to shop. I was pleased it had great lightning so I could see clearly what was being sold with each vendor. Good selections.
God i love this place. I wish with every bone in my body it was accessible but it is not. Its in the basement of the building and there is a large set of stairs (with railing) that leads down to the store. Its a huge maze-like store filled with dozens of different vendors. Lofts of vintage! nick nacks, dishware, clothes, books, movies, toys, you name it. Staff are kind and the whole place has a lovely old fashioned vibe. Prices depend on each vendor.
We were in town for a business trip and on our last day we decided to check out some shops. We spent hours here, looking through every nook and cranny. There is something for everyone here. We found some great geological artifacts as well as some old tools. There are toys, books, old magazines, collectables and so much more. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
Multi-vendor space so theres a ton of items and you never know what youll find. Good mix of small antiques, pop culture memorabilia, some clothes, and plenty of decorative items.
Its always interesting to pay Antique Alley a visit. Theres so much to browse through I almost always leave with something that adds to my collections or my heart. Fun!
I love this place. They got a little bit of everything. It’s not cheap but I think it’s fairly priced for most of the items.
A variety of items to choose from in the many different stalls that are fun to seek through. My problem is that each stall is owned by someone and while some have sales, some stuff is just grossly overpriced even with those sales. Looking up items online to get a comparison and I would be way overpaying on these items. No wonder some stuff just sits in between my visits.
Loved our visit! Staff was kind and the place was packed with all kinds of goodies like a antique store should be! Will definitely be back
This place was definitely full of delightful things, but took off one star because they dont have a bathroom available on Sundays. Had to leave with my grandson before getting to see half of it, and no chance to make a purchase.
One word.....stuff. good, bad, and everything in between. Worth going to and spending a few hours shopping.
This place is great, lots of vendors and lots of cool stuff! Spend a couple of hours here and found some fantastic items!
Super interesting variety of carefully curated items at reasonable prices. Ive bought several unique gifts here.
Great store lots of interesting stuff. As usual parking is difficult. But the biggest plus is it doesnt smell bad like most antique stores! Very nice
Love this place! The staff is awesome and you can find so many treasures here.
It takes a full day to see everything. Well worth it. Best antique mall Ive been to.
The owner is delightful and she displays a wide variety of interesting and unique items.
This place is huge and packed full of antique goodies, Love it!
Alot to take in if youre overwhelmed easily by volume break it down into sections over a couple days and youll do great a lot of vintage toys clothes and jewelry very interesting place!
I just ventured in to this place for the first time today and I loved it! Totally my kinda antique shop. Its not one of those super clean, organized, high-end sort of antique shops. Its the type that borders on being a thrift shop- its jam packed with stuff- fantastic stuff crowded in with junky stuff. Retro, vintage, and antiques all mixed together. I loved it!!! And the two ladies that work there were super nice. My purchases were wrapped up nicely and she even offered to help me get everything to my car. This place will definitely be a regular stop for me.
I really like going to this antique gallery. The reason for the 3 starts is because I came in 2 weeks ago maybe 3, asked about 3 items, was told they are not for sale, then came back a week later and see that one item was sold. Apparently it was for sale.
A step back in time kinda place. Antique shop on lower floor ....post office annex on street floor along with a hair salon,Scandinavian shop, and Indian clothing and oddities.nice place to navigate thru.
Very well layed out for enjoyable shopping.
Wide variety of pricing and items. I found some great vintage tee shirts, some old wood boxes, and an R2-D2 build kit for my nephew.
Super stuffed with pretty cool items and decently priced compared to most antique stores.
This shop is the best place to find hidden treasures in Portland. The stock changes daily and it is well worth digging around!
Pretty awesome, the guy downstairs even offered me a free donut, just another awesome experience on the east side in Portland
You could spend days discovering all the treasures here. Super friendly staff as well
Fun stuff to look at, but . . .generally the employees do not offer assistance and are not super friendly when checking you out. There is no cell service, so you cannot send photos or look anything up without walking up stairs and out of the building. Only a stairway entrance, minimal parking, restroom not always available in the building.
Fun place to shop to re-buy your childhood or deck out your cave/shed
Great selection and lots of different items for the home. I found a great stein with many more to choose from.
Awesome place to find vintage band T-shirt’s and denim . Super cool staff !!!
Nice shot with a pretty decent turnaround in the various booths so that you could visit twice a month and see some variety.
Besides it being an escapers paradise, its relaxing to take your time and browse, think about what you might buy to take home. No pressure. .just dreaming and using your imagination!!
Great time browsing the store. It has a lot of great stuff.
Great finds here at great prices. The staff is lovely as well.
I could spend all day here. Some great finds!
I try not to go down too often. Always find things I somehow cant live without.
*Disclaimer* this review is more for the fact that antique alley has no regulations for what their vendors are selling. If you have been here Im sure you have seen the case with star wars collectables, well I purchased a 1985 Droids Boba Fett figure for what I thought was a reasonable price ($500) and upon having it checked out it is the wrong fett stuffed in a reproduced package with a fake coin priced as if it were authentic, this was not an accident by the vendor. And when I contacted antique alley the girl that answered said Sorry youre unhappy with your purchase but its not our problem and they would not give the contact info of the vendor. I dont want someone else to get scammed for a collectable that worth about 1/100 of what youll pay. Antique Alley needs to require this seller to disclose he is selling fake products priced authentic, who knows how many fake products he has stuffed in that case priced for thousands of dollars.Long Story Short: Priced as Authentic turned out to be fake, Antique Alley wont help get in contact with Vendor.
Always a fun place to visit. Its got boys and girls stuff. Antiques, old stuff, mid century, and vintage.
Bigboy antique mall. In a basement. A big deal shop, lots of fun stuff. Must see!
Something for everyone at great prices! Impossible to see it all in one trip.
Interesting small antique store with some antique clothes and things I enjoy
Great place to spend a couple of hours and a few greenbacks.
Awesome shop. Great deals on cool antiques, vintage clothes and other collectables
They broke one of the toasting glasses I bought and would only refund the money for the broken one. Hard to do a toast with one glass. The clerk had smashed it on the counter and said opps. She was aware, I hoped for the best. Got home to find out that it was broken and was told that I would bve refunded for one glass. I came back and got my refund and tried to reason with them about a full refund. They said I was lucky to get refunded for one. I left the other glass there that I had already purchased and will not go back out of Principle. Go to Montavilla Antiques on Stark to get real antiques anyways.
Lots of stuff here! Prices are really reasonable. Huge variety. Lots of house wares.
Unexpected, unassuming, with great finds on oddities and vintage clothing/ accessories
Ive had Reubens all over town. Ordered mine to go, opened the paper to discover a mess of lil bits of thousand island and sauerkraut hanging around all over the place. YES!! This is evidence of doing it right! THIS IS THE PROPER WAY TO REUBEN!! Most folks dont get this; they make them safe and neat, which is incorrect. My Reuben experience here was a blissful wrestling match of ingredient proportions. (However, the price seemed kinda steep, but worth it.) Anyway, the whole place is cool, with lil surprises around every corner. It messes with me when I see 90s stuff considered legit antique.
Coolest stuff at real cheap prices found in the basement of 42nd street station. great dealers friendly staff. way cheaper than hawthorne
Could get lost shopping for hours. Good selection.
Love it here..unusual items & pretty good deals!
Had to go back twice on the same trip because after thinking about a couple finds we couldnt leave without buying. Huge variety from different dealers. Underground of the main store so it is initially a bit confusing when you see the storefront window. But just walk in the building where Google has it marked and go downstairs.
Fun place to hunt for treasure
Lots of vintage stuff, lots to sift through
A must visit for all antique hunters
Great selection with new stuff coming in regularly.
Geeze- old means the price of GOLD here
Awesome selection. A+
I love the bargains!
Customer service was horrible. Not sure what a cue is but I was #2 in the cue and the guy was as slow as molasses
Friendly staff. A good variety of vintage and collectible items
One of the coolest places in Portland to shop, eat and relax.
This place is more of a 50s - 80s vintage resale mall (with multiple sellers) than an antiques mall. LOTS of glassware, kitchenware, etc.
Amazing items found no where else!
Its open on Sundays but no access to a restroom.
Nice place..
This place is awesome!
