Ive used them about a dozen times. Frankly I dont go anywhere else anymore. I needed a part for my LG french door fridge. (Kenmore) . They found me one in Texas, and had it shipped to me. Great service. Just remember to bring the mdl no. and any other important numbers. If you have the numbers theyll find the part your looking for.

I am disappointed. One star not because they didnt have my part, but because they made no effort to find it or help me find it. You know they gave me the we will put as little effort into this as we can job. Do not bother going to them. Just buy it off the internet. I was expecting a bit of expertise and it way out of the way - in a difficult to find location. I guess I was thinking of the type of service you get at an auto parts store. But this was less.

Was looking for a rubber grommet for a cooktop control knob on my kitchen aid range. Called the company a day ago and the gentleman on the phone told me they dont make the part anymore but that if I came into the store they would help me find something comparable so I could fix my range. When I arrived at the store and explained that I wanted to find a comparable part, the person I spoke to told me no without offering me any additional help.

This was my third experience going to Reliable Parts for maintenence on my daughters heavily used refrigerator. They have been very efficient and informative on how to acquire the proper parts and restore the appliance to optimum function.

Great customer service!! Plus they had the parts in stock. FYI my dryer is 22 years old 🙂

Helpful people... very nice. I just dont understand how these guys have an almost 300% mark up on products and are ok with it? If warranty work on appliances is like medical insurance billing then it makes sense... but im a dad trying to fix the dryer for the wife. They wanted $50 for a part... 1/4 miles away from me... but i went on amazon and got the same updated part for $12 same day delivery.... and it probably came from the same place. Be careful out there. (Heating element was $150 from them or $29 on Amazon with saturday delivery) good luck.

Decided to fix the dryer when the element went out. Friendly and quick even in this time of Social Distancing they had the part ready for pick up on a cart out front in 15 minutes.

Got turned down by this older female, grey hair with glasses. I called their call center to inquire about particular parts for my convection oven they told me to bring in the coupler which I did. I was greet with this female sale person who act as if she was so busy with her associate. I asked her to help me to find parts for my oven she replied, “there are million of these parts, it’s going to take me a long time for me to find it.” I provided her with model number for my oven but still doesn’t seem like she wants to help. I asked to find something similar item. She was so lazy to walk back to the warehouse and grab it so I can see if it would fit. She told me it’s $80 for a glass turnable tray. It’s ridiculous.I feel that she shouldn’t be associating with customers if she displayed her attitude as such.Called their “call center” about my issue. This old dude said, “you know what’s good about technology or computer?, nothing.” I think he’s either too burned out or too old. Technology Evolve now a day.Anyways, I think I’m going to call these people “Unreliable Parts”UpdatedI saw response from this company which show they do care about their customers. Yet that individual should exhaust all attempt to assist the customer. I found my parts. Thanks anyways. Do better next time

The physical location of this building makes it a bit challenging to find if you have never been to that area of town. The storefront is located in the very back of a warehouse district, all the way to the left hand side. It is half a block down, roughly, from Franz discount bakery Outlet Store on on SE Foster Road.The one thing I can tell you is that they seem to have most Parts but their prices are at full retail and out-of-this-world expensive! They carry original parts that are OEM but, you certainly will pay through the nose for every part that you want. The gentleman that I met at the counter did not start out friendly but after a little bit of talking he became a bit more personable and friendly. He did help me with part numbers. I did not decide to buy the parts there as they were nearly three times more expensive than any parts I have found online. Other companies online offered OEM parts at half of what they charged but then a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush as they say. I cant say with any certainty the quality of the parts that I ordered online but I will likely try them tomorrow and report back my findings at a later time.Their store was clean and they had a lot of parts as well as interesting tidbits to look to look through. Parking was ample, level and very easy access in and out of their store. Though the story of small the aisles are wide and those in handicap situations should not have a problem getting up to the counter for service as well as getting back out and going down the aisles.

I always look things up online to check if they have it in stock before heading there. Friendly service, but be sure to take a model number and serial number for your appliance or there will be no way to find what you need.

Unless you have an account here I wouldnt even try calling the girl who answered the phone had no idea what she was talking about. She couldnt find the part on the same sears website I was on horrible customer service. I will be ordering the part offline. Its no wonder internet sales are replacing companies. A waste of time!
