Good place to get some basic materials for a variety of crafts. Staff is usually very nice and helpful. I like that theyve recently upgraded the metals used in the jewelry section and I hope the store continues to provide higher quality items like this. I often prefer buying from local or small business makers, but there are times I need components in hurry. Its nice knowing I have Michaels as another option at times like these.

I absolutely love Michaels... One of my most Favorite stores. They have just about everything for arts and crafts.... I took just a few pictures of stuff they have but there are so much more.... You need to come for and hour and check it out...BTW no this is not a fabric store sorry, more about arts and crafts...

Love going to the craft stores! They carry a limited amount of Circut Cut Joy vinyls, but have lots of vinyls for other Circut Cut machines.

I like this Michael’s but it does seem a little off the grid as far as location. I have been twice so far and the always have a good stock of items. There was an obviously stolen and burned car in their parking lot...not their fault but also not a great representation of the business. I’d make the call to have it removed. Other than that I think this store is very clean and friendly.

Pretty typical Michaels. This particular one wasnt busy at all in the middle of the afternoon. The staff was super friendly and answered the questions we had about the particular craft we came in to purchase.

My first visit to this huge store was a disappointment ....the shelves were bare and there were many isles completely empty of stock. However I stopped in again the other day and was so pleasantly surprised and thrilled with my finds, the shelves and isles had all been stocked and it was more than I could have imagined, plus the prices were the best Ive seen in any other retailer of crafting items. I was happy !

This location is tucked away in an industrial area next to the airport. I had no idea this was back here, despite driving past here twice a day for over six months. Im just thrilled to have finally found this spot. The other two I shop in (Gresham & Oregon City) are stripped bare of so many items, especially all the stickers & scrapbooking items. It looks awful, but not this location, stocked up & no bare shelves. So many coupons, reward card perks & vouchers, it saves astounding amount of money at checkout. The employees here are the nicest, most sweetest of all the other locations Ive been in.

2 stars because everything I ordered was in stock so my order was complete. However, I used the curbside pickup option, when I arrived I let them know I was there in the designated parking spot, waited a little over 10 minutes with no one coming. I went in to pick up my order. I dont know why they didnt bring my order out to me. If they didnt offer curbside anymore, then the app needs to not give the option

We generally shop at the Jantzen Beach location. Stopped here to look for oil paints and the Windsor & Newton oil paint display was a mess. Crushed and broken tubes of oil paint. Asked for some help to see if they had tubes in better shape or maybe a discount. They did offer a small percentage off but seemed like it should have been more.We’ll stick with the Jantzen Beach location for regular shopping.

They did not have specifically have what I wanted BUT their variety and selection of art supplies was great. Make a note of closing time as you can spend a few hours looking here, not because the store is not well organized which it is well organized, but the store is well merchandized and clean. Kudos to the excellet staff too.

Michaels had all sorry of things. For craft projects, sewing needs, and for Thanksgiving decor and Christmas. You can go there for assecories to make chocolate treats and much more. They also have a custom framing department. I highly recommend supporting Michaels

Usually quiet, plenty of parking. Limited selection of paintbrushes and paper, but overall good variety of items, like markers, scrapbooking items, kids crafts, seasonal decor, etc. Friendly and chill staff.

I like Michaels. They have a vast selection of materials needed for any craft or artistic project. Beads, frames, fake flowers, paper, blank t-shirts, Halloween decorations... They are loaded with stuff.

Me and my wife went this location and was just looking around. Found some stuff we were going to buy. And the whole time we had some worker with bright colored hair follow us the whole time. At one point we had a few items out on the floor comparing them as we didnt have a cart and he walk up and put them away while we were comparing the features and options of the said items. So fast forward 15 isles later and we were in the pen isle. He followed us the whole time complaining about my mask being under my nose. Which I have a medical reason not to have to wear one. But I do anyways out of respect for the public and every now and again I need to breath without to catch my breath. Anyways he finds an item hang in the isle that had been torn off the security peg. And proceeded to acuse us of damaging the package grabs it off the shelf and walks away. Fast forward to the check out stands. He walk up while we were head to the register and show the cashier the pack of pens with damage and tells them we attempted to steal the items and proceeds to stand there while we are being rung up with what we were going to buy. He tells me I need to fix my mask yet again as he has the whole time even after being told I have a medical condition. Then proceeded to tell the cashier he thinks we are stealing. So I told him he was out of line and recommended to my wife to leave the items and not spend money at his location as we were treated like thiefs from the time we walked in the door and had it verbally said to his co worker infront of us at check out. Now me and my wife are not rich but I Guarantee the 6,000 a month we make is more then he sees in a couple at his job. Just because we are young in our 30s and white. We get profiled by a 18 to 25 yr old punk as thiefs. If your white in your 30s I wouldnt recommend you go here unless your alright being treated as a common thief and have them acuse you of being one.

They do not carry the same calligraphy variety of felt tips in colors that I used to buy at all . Also their store has a lot of making your own cards by hand are kind of obsolete they dont have those anymore. So I left disappointed . I used to love going there.

They are so nice and helpful. Shop and pickup online, in person or curbside! Really well organized as usual. Also the 7-Eleven nearby has decent gas prices :-) and a Dutch Bros in the parking lot :-) and you can get your car washed at Washman around the corner :-) and pick up a pie at Sharis :-) and Danner is down the street :-) of course next door is Home Depot :-) and maybe you will see a blue heron hanging out in the ponds around there :-)

Why is Michaels always void of employees? Its hard to find help. They do have good sales, and there arent many craft/fabric stores anymore (at least out in the suburbs)There are frequently large shipping boxes blocking the isles (for restocking) but no employees in sight. It makes for a frustrating and unpleasant shopping experience.

Ordered online but they didnt have it ready so I waited a little bit, but when the manager got my order ready he noticed my frames werent in great condition so we tried another set, same problem. He then asked me if I wanted a different style, and then sent me home with a much better pair of frames(for free), wrapped and cleaned them! Great customer service here very happy with my experience!!!

We had our own frame and artwork, but we needed to get it matted and framed professionally. The custom framer we worked with was Michael, and he was very helpful and good to work with. he really seemed to know what he was doing. The price seemed reasonable, although we were shopping the day after Black Friday so that may have helped. Overall it seems like a good place to get things framed. Incidentally, we got the frame from IKEA. Their frames seem very reasonably priced.

Had the best experience with James. He was very helpful and courteous. Went above and beyond to help me. Customer sevice is not what it used to be. I appreciated it very much! Will be shopping here when you reopen the store! Thank you again!!😁👍

Michaels is definitely my go to art supply store because its so close to where I live. The employees are great and helpful, if they dont carry what you need in store, theyll either order it for you or point you to where you can get it. I would definitely encourage people to help out the other, smaller art supply stores instead of big chains, but if you need supplies quick and youre in this area, Michaels isnt a bad option.

This specific Michaels at this specific time was very short handed and had a lot of stocking equipment in the way of a lot of the isles. Finally the manager was helpful once she realized that no one had radios. There were a lot of good sales and the 50% off one item coupon saved us a ton.

Found some great frames on sale.

Ive started a new hobby that Im basically clueless about. I went in Michaels to ask what aisle the clay was and the assistant manager and i started to talk about all the things you can create with clay. She was very informative and went out of her way to help me. That is Customer Service!!! Which is sadly lacking in this day and age. Very refreshing! I want to go back just to talk with her. Thank you Michaels for hiring such an awesome person!!!

We had an amazing experience at the custom framing section, the employee Mike was very helpful to us as we chose six frames for our paintings. There was a bit of an issue due to two delays while getting three of the paintings back (not their fault- the other company’s shipping methods fault) but the manager James displayed great customer service and expressed his concern over the matter. When choosing where to spend our money, customer service is a huge deal. The employees at this location worked together to provide the best service possible! Thank you!
