Be careful with your personal belongings. As for the work, was done very well. Fixed dents and painted, work completed within time-frame given. One of my pocket knives, in my center console however, went missing. Along with some obsidian I had collected. Dont leave personal items of value inside when you go. Otherwise, the work done was good and the office people, friendly.

I requested an estimate online and received a response the same day. The estimate was accurate and it took only a day to fix a side mirror. Nick and Chulki provided excellent customer service and kept me informed every step of the way. They also washed and vacuumed my car. Very happy with the with work done

Central Auto Body has done a fantastic job with my car after 2 accidents in the last 3 years. They work with most insurance providers as well as out-of-pocket repairs. They get their estimates out fast, are super transparent about costs (absolutely no surprises), and are always on time. So far the repairs have help up wonderfully, and they provide a warranty on repairs for as long as you own the car. I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else. Shout out to Chulki for handling my latest repair - I had daily updates and my car was done earlier than estimated.

From the beginning, when I called to inquire about repairing my driver side mirror through my insurance, Chulki was incredibly helpful. Beyond excellent customer service! My car parts got ordered timely and car rental was efficiently arranged. The ease of dropping my car off and getting a ride to the car rental location (Thanks, Marcus) to picking up my car and returning the rental, they took care of it all. I was not expecting to pick up my car until Monday at the earliest but I had my car returned to me the following day after leaving it on Wednesday, all fixed. He couldn’t promise a detailing job but I will take it washed and vacuumed any day. Best auto body shop I have been to!

A tree limb fell during the ice storm and crunched the roof of my mini Cooper S. Central did a great job on the car and the only reason I didn’t give them five stars was because the interior was a little dusty from the bodywork. One other minor item was the sunroof switch was placed backwards. Otherwise the quality of work and paint was excellent! Minor items that only slightly detracted from excellent service!

Fantastic shop! Was in an accident with a guy who tried to flip a u-turn in front of me, and my car is very sentimental to me. I was heartbroken. They worked with Progressive to repair damage to the font end of my 09 WRX. Everyone there was super friendly and communicated wonderfully. They handled the rental car through Enterprise so I didnt even have to pick up or drop it off. They were quick and helpful and even did some request upgrade work while they were at it! Thanks for the fog lights, guys! SO happy to have my baby back with upgrades. Pretty sure the headlights they installed are better than the originals. And they even vacuumed for me. Went in heartbroken, left feeling like royalty.

My experience with Central Auto body on Powell Blvd was exceptional. I scheduled an appointment online and immediately received a confirmation text. My repair was a little unusual because its a classic car with no available parts for reconstruction. The estimator was enthusiastic about getting my vehicle back in its original shape and the technicians did an excellent job. The job took less time than expected, so the cost was several hundred dollars less than expected. They could have just padded their hours and charged me the full amount and I would never have known any different. Their integrity and honesty is refreshing and if I ever need body work again I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The reason for my cars visit to Central Auto Body was due to it being broken into resulting in damaged window, damaged tinting on other window, exterior body damage and interior damage. The closest location to me was on Macadam. They informed me before I brought my car in that they were too busy to repair my car at their shop, but they would be happy to take it to the Powell location and have it repaired there. Sabrina at the front desk was my initial contact. She was very nice and informative. Kelly is the one that looked at the damage on my car and explained the repair process. He was wonderful. Nick at Central Auto Body - Powell was my contact person at that location and he kept me updated frequently. He was professional, friendly and great to work with. I had a fantastic experience getting my car repaired at Central Auto Body on Powell. The staff was very friendly and professional and happy to answer any questions I had. Multiple times throughout the repair process the staff discussed the options available to me and gave some honest pros and cons about each option - I never felt like they were trying to make me pay for extra repairs, they just helped me make the most informed decision for my vehicle and wallet. The turnaround was quick considering all that is going on in the world right now which I really appreciated. They even took the time to detail my car! I cant say too much about the price, since its the first time Ive had serious repairs done to my vehicle, but it didnt feel like I was being overcharged and the manager even worked to give me a little discount on the rate. This is a fantastic auto shop and I would recommend it to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle.

Central Auto Body’s staff were professional and very helpful. I was surprised that I could get my car in for repair immediately - other shops I have had to wait 6 weeks or more. Stayed in touch wit me thru the lengthy process of repairing my collision damage. Process took a very long time due to GM strike that affected parts delivery. They were good about keeping updated. Car looks great and was returned cleaner than when they got it.

The team here is incredibly helpful. Ran around town all day to try and get a front plate bracket attached for my formerly out-of-state car, and Central Auto Body was the best option in town by far. Nick immediately helped as soon as I walked in the door, and their crew couldn’t be more pleasant and quick. I highly recommend them if you want fair and fast service, especially if you’re not too knowledgeable about cars like myself.

Nick was on top of the repair and kept me up to date on all aspects of the repair. The car repair looks like new and was completed in a timely manner. They also did an excellent job cleaning the interior. On the street parking is a bit crowded so you may have to walk a block to the business.
