I’ve been consistently impressed with this place the last several times I’ve taken my car there. The staff are all friendly and informative, the work is done well, and I never feel like I’m paying more than I should be. Can’t say enough great things about these guys!

Went in for a quote and was met with friendly and relatable person. He wiped off some transfer paint and we decided the damage was less extreme than it previously appeared. Got a quote but decided to sell the car with a ding. Ill be going here if need be.

Sharp Auto Body is my absolute favorite! I got hit by a teenager and the insurance company was such a pain to deal with, when I got to Sharp Auto it was a breath of fresh air. They were wonderful! Professional, patient with all my questions, and they arranged the rental car entirely on their end. All I had to do was show up and swap keys. They worked very efficiently and took care of some other cosmetic work my car needed. They also went the extra mile but returning my car with the interior freshly vacuumed. Absolutely loved them! Would recommend them to anyone, especially women who are sick of being mistreated when it comes to anything car related.

These people are AMAZING! The work is great, thats a given, but the customer service is outstanding. In every circumstance, whether my personal vehicle or one of my (insurance) clients has a claim, Sharps goes over and above the call of duty; Every..Single..Time. Truly TOP Notch! Ive been using sharp for over 10 years for my personal needs. JR and the staff have always exceeded my expectations. The work is always flawless, they’re timely; professional and extremely friendly. One of the more responsive shops in the area, after getting no response from a few and another one emailed me that I could not schedule appointments on their website, Sharp Auto Body responded fast and friendly. Was able to get my car done in 2 days too.

Amazing customer service! I stopped in to see if they could change the plates on my car. Im a single lady and dont own a screw driver so I just thought Id ask. The manager (i assume) happily obliged and I ended up giving him the old out of state plates so he could make abbots house for his wife. How sweet!! Ill definitely go back if I need body work.

It can be intimidating to be a woman and have to enter the world of auto body repairs alone. I had no idea what this process would entail and I was dreading it. In fact, I put off getting my truck repaired for months! I finally bit the bullet and started looking online for a good shop. I liked what I was reading about Sharp Auto Body and chose them for my repairs.From the second I arrived I was treated with kindness and professional courtesy. The initial visit took only a few minutes and they had me on my way with an appointment a couple of weeks away. I took it in this last Monday and it was finished Friday. The work is outstanding and they stayed true to the estimate.I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reputable auto body shop that expects a professional and rewarding experience.

Fantastic service! Had a little problem with the clip not being attached to the back fender behind the tire. They put it back on for me. Very grateful with the help I received. Amazing guys. Highly recommend to all.

Long story short, my passenger side brake light wasnt working because moisture had gotten into the light fixture. So I went ahead and bought a completely new fixture with new lights and everything online. When I went to sharp auto body to get it installed, they told me itd only be $20, which to me was already a way better deal than most body shops. Not only was it quick and easy, but for some reason beyond me, they decided not to charge me for the installation. These guys are probably the nicest, most honest people youll meet in the auto repair business, and even though it was only $20, I still appreciate their generosity and willingness to help me. The least I can do is give them an honest review, and a special thanks to Jon-Patrick Broc. Sorry if I butchered your name, but youre great.

Had an unusual situation that Sharp Auto Body was very helpful with. My daughter just moved to OR from NE and clipped the bumper of someone living in the Portland area temporarily. That person took their vehicle to Sharp Auto Body. I was able to arrange and pay for the repairs easily working with Dave. Nice to have someone like him working with you when youre 1500 miles away. Highly recommend their business practices.

The people who work here are amazing, and I am so grateful for the work they put into my little red, 2013 Chevy Sonic. I was not attentive enough after work one evening (Tues, January 24th) in the parking garage, and caught the front bumper on a steel pillar and ripped it 3/4 if the way off before I realized my mistake (plus a busted headlight, and some other body damage on the drivers side). I re-parked the car, got a ride home from my SO, and came back in the morning with cam clamps and duct tape and managed to get the car home without further damage.Well, after a call to insurance, came to discover that every shop in the PDX metro area was full and booked out for at least 4-6 weeks - you guessed it, do to all of the outrageous snow weve had this winter. My insurance called around to about a dozen shops in town until they spoke with Sharp Auto Body, whom had a wait period of 3-4 weeks and they could have the car towed in. I did not have rental car coverage at the time, and they promised the insurance adjuster they would do their best to get the work done quickly.I was prepared to wait nearly a month - but after a week I got a call saying the car parts were in and she would be ready to pick up soon, and a few days later got the call she was ready to pick up. On top of the quick service, the shop opens at 7am, so I was able to come get the car without taking any time off of work. The car looks brand new, AND they also fixed the electronic side mirror on the drivers side that had busted nearly a 1.5 years. And they took the time to detail the inside of the car when I would have been happy with just the absolutely immaculate body work.All of this together REALLY made my day, my week, and my month. I cannot be more grateful for the work and the quick turn around. These guys really did an awesome job and have a lifetime guarantee on the work. THANK YOU!

Their repair to my rear bumper and paint looks as good as new. Very pleased with their work and my Highlander even looked like it was detailed inside and out when I picked it up!

You will be hard pressed to find any business, body shop or otherwise with the integrity, skill and value as Sharp Autobody. I have brought the last three of my vehicles to them and always walked away smiling. Dave and his staff are extremely experience, thorough, and friendly. As a car enthusiast theyve been happy to cater to my specific needs and have always offered to go the extra mile for me. The repairs Ive had them do are miraculous in attention to detail. Ive had quotes from other body shops in town who also do good work, and sharp always has them beat. Take your vehicle down, and tell em Orion sent ya.

My rear brake light went out and Sharp Auto replaced it FOR FREE! They are awesome and they really care about people. I came near closing and it was only the owner... who promply replaced the light, smiled and made my day. The best in auto body as they are all about integrity.

This is unfortunately my 2nd time having a car repaired there within the last 6 months. They are a quality shop, highly recommended by local mechanic and stand behind their work. They may take a little longer to get into but anyone that is good takes time to schedule with. I highly recommend them!

I have been unfortunate enough to be in two considerable accidents in ~13 month period. The first required a new rear end to my truck and the second a entirely new front end. On both occassions, JP and the team at Sharp returned the truck to me looking like it just rolled off the line... like there wasnt a mile on it yet. And it wasnt skin deep either. In both instances the insurance company wanted to use cheap after-market parts and Sharp insisted on price matching genuine OEM GM parts. As far as I can tell, they also *did not* reuse a single fastener, which is common place corner-cutting in vehicle repair. If it was broken, had visible stress/strain damage, or was single-use and removed, it was appropriately replaced.Auto accidents are stressful and aggrevating enough and one of those pain points is knowing that, fault aside, your vehicle will simply not be the same after repairs. Sharp Auto removes that anxiety. They return your car (and I really mean this) in the condition it was in before the accident. And in a timely manner no less.I will only take my vehicles to Sharp Auto and they have earned my trust and business for life. You would be well served to do the same.

Dave Meeker and the team at Sharp Auto Body provided a level of service above any I have ever seen. The trama of an accident is minimized when you have a competent team of professionals helping you navigate the process of repair and insurance. They handled everything down to the last detail including return of my rental car and made my vehicle back to new condition.

Good people but experience was ok. Didn’t follow through like they said they would with the rental car extension after repairs were inadequate

It took forever to even get my car in that place then when they finally said bring it down I called 3 days later to be told that they havent even touched it. I think when someones paying a couple thousand dollars to a company they should get the work done as fast as possible. Now Ive wasted over 200 $ on othertransportation when this whole time I could have had my car. DONT GO HERE!

Fantastic work at an excellent price. My car, which at 33 years old and with metallic paint Im sure wasnt easy to match, looks absolutely perfect after they fixed damage to a fender and the hood.
