I bought a pre-owned 2012 Audi A7 that was super clean and super low miles from Jose (kudos to him for finding this gem) at a pretty reasonable price. I live in Bay Area and he is based in Oregon but I knew I had found the car I wanted after a long 4-month search. When I called him up, he said he was in Cali touring universities for college admission for his kids. But he promised he would keep the car for me. We spoke about college choices for engineering. I am a Cal grad so he even emailed a family photo of them touring Berkeley.A week or so later, I flew to Portland and Jose came picking me up at the airport in the Audi -- all washed and clean, in immaculate condition. I have a keen nose and I was amazed by how a more-than-3-year-old car still has this new car smell! Perhaps it is the testament to how lightly it had been driven by the previous owner. Then I did some test driving around, and then came a tense situation where I insisted Jose we turn back to his house to pick up the vehicle registration title before completing our sale/purchase. Jose was quite graceful in handling our mutual anxiety, even invited me into his house, then we went back to the bank and closed the deal.Jose offered to take a photo of me with the car, we shook hand, then a goodbye and off I went on my way back to Cali. 10-hr drive was nothing short of a dreamy ride. Jose followed up with emails a few times afterwards asking me about my driving experience and reminded me to mail back the Oregon plate.I would definitely recommend Jose and I wouldnt hesitate to consult him again with my future auto purchases even though we live in different states.

My wife wanted a new car and Jose was recommended to my wife and myself from some friends of ours, who were very high on Jose and have done a lot of business with him. We have purchased several cars over the years however, we have never met anyone who is so skilled in his trade and as customer oriented as Jose is! Trust me Jose will get you the best deal, but for us it was not only that but above all the simple, hassle free purchase we have ever made. Once my wife decided on a car, Jose set an appointment and as soon as we arrived he went through the features and then we took a test drive, total time less than an hour. By the way Jose knows the features of every vehicle he sells in great detail. 2 weeks later (factory order) he said the vehicle was ready. We went and picked it up and including going over all of the features and a couple of signatures we were on the road in less than an hour!! Additionally, Jose has sent several e-mail follow ups asking how the vehicle is doing, asking if we have any questions or concerns; you will never find anyone this well rounded in the car business as Jose.
