The thing I was impressed with was the quality of this guys cars. I quizzed him about how he acquired them and he he told me that he goes to auctions in California. All of his rigs were inside and from what I saw they all looked to be in great shape. I looked for over a month to find this Jeep Cherokee and found it on Car Gurus. It had 49,000 miles on it and looked like it just came out of the factory. It was several hundred under what Car Gurus said was the normal price. Good guys to work with.

BULLETIN!!! Pay attention to the rating called ATTENTION!!! We bought a car through these guys pending a mechanic inspection. Little did we know they did not provide us with the proper documentation that we signed. They smiled and were so pleasant, but in the end they were shady, underhanded, and down right criminal. We bought a car with issues and instead of honoring our deal that the purchase was pending our inspection, they doubled down and refused to provide the paperwork that we signed that outlined this deal. When we demanded the copies of the paperwork that we signed that they did not initially provide THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON US. This is paperwork that we deserved to have in possession and they didnt give to us. Why would they do that? The only reason I can think of is to block themselves from honoring the deal.These guys are shady, deceptive, and after our interaction with them - a trusted local Oregonian mechanic shop pulled their business from them. If this is not proof enough of their shady dealings, I do not know what is.DO NO TRUST THEM. I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS THIS MEAN, EVER AND THEY DROVE ME TO THIS.IF YOU READ THIS, TURN AWAY, SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE HASSLE.I apologize for the caps, but I must get my point through. Find yourself another car in the same price range.

I work at another dealership and I wanted a 2011 BMW 335 that was at United Auto, so I did a wholesale order to buy the car through my dealership.I was very happy with the car until 5 weeks later it needs over $2,500 of repair and they told me it’s too late for them to help me.They also told me if i continue with writing a bad review they’ll send their lawyers after me.This is not me talking badly about a “competitor”... I work for a much larger dealership, this is not a “competition”We sell over 8 times the cars they sell every month.Until this happened I was very happy with this company, but this turned south very quickly. You can see other 1 star reviews - clearly I’m not the only one getting this service, but I wonder if I’m the only person they are threatening for leaving bad reviews.

Amazing service, open and transparent with pricing, fees, and car condition. Came to look at a few Fords but drove off with a newly-arrived 09 Toyota Highlander Limited that hadnt even been listed. We arrived on a super fair price (lower so I would take care of the few insignificant trim issues) and they even let me drive it to Boring for an auto inspection by my uncle. Great people, great vehicles (suuuuper clean), highly recommend. And I usually *hate* used car dealerships that arent brand name. Thanks for a great experience!

They kept in touch and followed through for over a month before I finally bought my Range Rover. The car was immaculate. These people are Sum bags. the truck I bought turn out to be a peace or S**T and they never held there end of the deal to help and get it fixed, when drove off they didnt give me the extra keys and temp plate like there suppose too. got them, now latter my temp plate expires still I have not received and or gotten my plates in the mail from them. called them to find out whats is going on they told me that they have them and that I have to come pick them up. when I bought the truck they said they would send them to me due to the fact I lived 3 hr from there, vey rude A holes I would not recommend and or send any in there. there SCUM BAGS!!!!!

Purchased and automobile from this company. The car ran fine for the first two weeks, then the problems started. Had to replace the coolant cross bar, $997, which was not covered under the warranty they had sold me. Then, had a flat tire. I proceeded to replace the flat tire with the spare tire that was provided with the vehicle, guess what?!?! IT WAS BLOWN!!! On top of these problems, they said they would purchase a missing piece to a door thats estimated a $6.00 part on ebay and its been 5 weeks.* Edit: I live on a paved road here in Portland. I dont know why these guys keep saying I live on a gravel road, and there never was an accident. There is a gravel parking spot next to my house, and its the length and width of the car. As for the coolant crossbar, its located on top of the engine, underneath the supercharger. The splash guard underneath the car wasnt properly attached and the front one was missing when I purchased this vehicle. Thats why it was dragging and I had to take it off. Each piece being $300. Ive never drove on a gravel road with this vehicle. The flat tire wasnt from hitting something, it was a screw. Again, I live on a paved road in the middle of the city.

Please read all the reviews for this place before buying a car, no matter how good of a deal it seems like. There is a reason the prices at this place are cheaper than elsewhere, you pay for what you get. Although I did end up buying the car from them, this was the worst experience Ive had with any car dealership. Do your research on the car and pay very close attention to all the paperwork that they print up for you because they try to sneak things past you. Also anything that they promise have them put in writing otherwise you will not get it. Along with being shady the entire time this is the only dealership that let me drive away with not only the gaslight on but it continuing to beep and flash at me because I was about to run out of gas. The salesman told me to put 10 bucks in it and they would put gas in when I had come back because the owner was gone for the day. When I came back he said the owner isnt there again and he might put 10 or $15 in when I come to pick up my plates. We will see.

If I could do less than one star i would.so rude and awful. Actually yelled at me over the phone after selling me a dangerous car.and when I took in into a shop to get fixed the warranty only coverd 130 out of 700 dollar fixes.and they hadnt submitted the warranty.still havent even after the shop called and requested it.they wont do it.i payed for it and they refuse to be of any help. Its their job to sell safe cars.and they are awful people.they dont care if your in actual danger as long as they make some money.

These guys ran all my information without my consent! Drop my score 44 points then I came in 5 days later to actually do the application and they ran it again and dropped it to a 600 from a 688 had no clue until after. Ruined my credit with hard inquiries for nothing .And never got in the car they promised! Dont trust anyone especially dan! The owner is very sneaky and likes to talk about all the money he has hes very low class worst customer service I have ever had hands down! Stay away or get ripped off!

Ive had several bad experiences in the last several weeks looking to buy a used car, but none as terrible as I experienced at Budget Auto Sales. Within two minutes of being on the lot and without even having had the chance to look at (or even get near) a vehicle, Junior (a Budget Auto Sales employee/salesman) basically told me that most customers (as well as myself) were just there to waste HIS time.In fact, I will absolutely be buying a car when I find the right one, I have been looking and test driving vehicles in the area for the last couple of weekends AND I will be paying cash!He was awful in his approach, rude… and he didnt actually care that he was rude. I told him I thought he probably ought to work on his sales pitch and he waved his arm at me as he walked away and told me that I didnt matter because hes making 100K a month.I guess I always thought salesmen were there to SELL cars, apparently Junior was there to turn away customers.I, honestly, have never been more comically offended. DO NOT BUY FROM BUDGET AUTO SALES.

While the customer service we received initially was great... it was a no-pressure sale and otherwise a relaxed buying experience, the vehicle we purchased from Budget Auto Sales has been an absolute disaster for us. My husband and I purchased an 08 BMW X3 from them back in May 2016. Weve since forked down $6k in maintenance and repairs on the vehicle over the last 6 months. It has broken us. Cleaned out both our savings accounts.The dealership automatically tacked on a $3500 third party warranty on the car (which made us feel safe to make the sale)... a warranty, that we later found out, doesnt cover anything outside of MAJOR components... ie: drivetrain (engine, transmission.)Heres a list of repairs weve had to do to this car:- O2 sensors- alternator- cooling system (radiator, expansion tank, hoses... still probably needs a water pump)- transfer case actuator motor gear- plugs and coilsAll this (in 6 months) in addition to our preventative 90k mile maintenance we opted to have done, days after we bought this pile of garbage.This also does not include the front tires we had to immediately put on it, as the existing front tires were bald and possibly causing damage to the transfer case.After jumping through all the hoops and loops to have this garbage warranty cancelled (notarized documents sent to the company), the warranty balance is still tacked on to our principle with the bank.This will be the last time I purchase a pre-owned late model vehicle from a used car dealership. Buyer beware. Its been an absolute disaster for us. We are still trying to get the third party warranty canceled. Overall, we feel swindled out of our hard-earned money, and thanks to this, we will have no Christmas this year. Thanks Budget Auto Sales!

I went there to look at this diesel truck they had. Craigslist said one owner. When I went there and looked at the Carfax it didnt say anything about one owner and I discovered it came from Canada. The. I went to look under it to looks for rust. Everything. Was freshly undercoated and I mean everything so it was probably hiding a lot. I was still ready to buy the truck though at a better price. Then we started crunching numbers. I had 8 grand to put down on a 24000k truck making it 16 grand. Guy came back said it would be 329 a month for 72 months man that didnt sound right at all. I whipped out my calculated and did the math and it came out to 23 grand. I would pay just a little under the same asking price while putting 8k down. So Sleazy

He became very rude and disrespectful. I had already had the vehicle for a week without dealer plates and the loan going through. I finally got my truck back and headed home only to find out as soon I got home that they had removed my license plate from my truck forcing me to head back to get it. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.

They say they can finance anyone I went there to look for a second car and of course after they get your info if they find out you have bad credit or cant get you financing they wont even let you know unless you are very persistent I will never buy a car from them just because they said they could do better then other dealers but they lie just to run your credit I am now going to sea port auto where they made good on the words they say unlike this place
