We had an amazing experience at this dealer. We stopped on Saturday and found a car we liked. We wanted to think on it over night and come back with my brother who is a car expert on Sunday for a second opinion. There was no pressure from the owner Carl to buy the car that day. He did not even give us any pushback or try and get us to walk away with anything. When we came back on Sunday he just gave us our space to look it over and decide and again did not even try and push or sell us anything. When we decided to buy the car he was very thorough with the process and quick to get the paperwork done. Carl has a very friendly and polite demeanor and made us feel very comfortable. Would definitely purchase another vehicle here.

If you want a hot pile of fecal matter served up to you in the Shape of an automobile, choose Lot 74! Rich? Great! Poor? Even better! They dont discriminate against anyone when it comes to effing you in the A to stuff one more dollar in their pocket. If dealerships were underwear, Lot 74 would be Walmart brand tighty whiteys spattered with skidmarks, and crusted with the remains of their lil swimmers. If you prefer to remain financially unviolated, then i suggest you shop Literally anywhere else!

Ive had a lot of cars over the years, but none of them from a lot. Iots to me always seems like a gamble, and due to personal circumstances I didnt believe Id be able to get a car off of one without exact cash. However after looking around with Carl for a bit. He helped me find the perfect car. I explained to him what I wanted, and what I planned on using it for. Then he pointed me in the direction of the best car for me. I still looked around and wandered for a bit, and he was happy to help. I eventually went with his suggestion, and he helped me come up with a plan so Id be driving out of there with that car the same day.Ive also noticed that most of their bad reviews are a couple years old and beyond With a few one years. From my experience with them it looks like they took their reviews seriously especially on the communication front.

I bought a used 2013 Honda Civic Hybrid that has been my best car Ive ever owned. When I needed a service done they helped me out so that I didnt have to pay dealership prices. The owner is an honorable man and his prices are way below Kelly blue book. My car is still worth more than what I payed for it. I have sent friends here that have left happy. Maria was my sales person she got me financed with moderate to bad credit and now my credit is shooting up fast.

Was sold a car with major issues. There was definitely work put in to hide the engine issues as well as exterior parts being poorly screwed on. Car died within 5 months. This is a very deceptive dealership, I would advise you stay away. Im giving them two stars because at least I learned not to trust salesmen in the end.

I spent three days searching the web for a new Yukon XL. Lot 74 had one posted that had low miles. They had fixed any leather issues already. I found a few items wrong with the car that they fixed (right power window, missing spare tire, high mount brake light, windshield washer reservoir etc). At first I decided to get the warranty but after reviewing the terms and speaking with an agent for the warranty company, I decided not to take the warranty. The salesman Scott was a nice guy and he stated that they werent like the other used car lots and they would make it right. True to his word, after driving the car for several days, I discovered a few other items that werent working. I took the car back to Lot 74 and Charles the owner, let me use one of his other cars so I could get to/from work. They fixed all the issues, rewrote the paperwork to exclude the warranty and were generally very helpful in making this car buying process a success. I just had the car checked out top to bottom by a mechanic and everything checks out as far as I can tell. Then, to top it all off, Charles just called me to follow up to make sure I was happy with the car. I wasnt an easy customer and they did a great job. I was also impressed with James, the onsite mechanic! Thanks James. I now have a great car at a great price. Maria was nice as well.

First of all I need to say the car I bought is almost okay. It has some minor issues that started to develop after 2 months. The buying experience was not the greatest. They will put high pressure on you to buy a car. I haven’t experienced anything like that before. You can test drive the car and have a look at it. The selection seems to be ok. The 3 stars are for the bad service after the deal. They told me that they will send me the license plates as soon as they have them. That didn’t happen. They never called me back and I had to pick them up after all

People here are not honest and dont tell you everything you need to know. I bought a 2003 Ford f150. I live in iowa and had it shipped to me just based on trust because they seemed decent over the phone, but that is lost. EXAMPLE: They told me the title was clear, but it was NOT. It had been repossessed and almost could not be transferred but finally got it done after several trips to the court house. Also it had a blown head gasket which has obvious as soon a I got it delivered. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE SIGHT IN SEEN!!!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOT!!!! I found a van I LOVED they were selling. I had worked stupid hard to save up to buy a van I could use as a mom and for my small business. The van is beautiful and everything I wanted. The buying process was filled with red flags but I was so in love with the van I ignored them. For example when I was handing over $8,000 in cash and signing the documents a woman came in while I was in the middle of speaking to open windows then hug and hang all over the fella completing the transaction. She also mumbled some question towards me and then walked away before we left. She did not seem sober, and the sales guys were less then respectful and helpful. But I loved the van and was still happy even after I drove off the lot with the gas tank below empty and the tires flat. With in a week the van had issues starting. I called and was told I could bring it in but they would charge me. I proceeded to spend $400 on servicing my van elsewhere as I have no intention of handing these jerks more of my money. Then it stopped running all together before I even got my plates (that I had to pick up from them, I called the DMV to see if they could send the plates to me so I did not have to go see their dumb faces. They told me that once processed it could not be changed however when they set it up they have the choice to have it sent to the dealership or to the buyer. They I guess just like folks to have a bad experience) A woman called to tell me my plates came in as my car was broken down in my driveway. I was upset telling her as much and she hung up on me. I called back over and over and was ignored, I had to call from a different number then she answered. She agreed to allow me to tow my van over to them to look at it for no additional cost aka rip off. They had my van for 3 weeks, I called no joke hundreds of times. Their voicemail is full. I left a message with a fella who finally answered who had the owner call me after the van had been with them for two weeks. He called me and informed me they were taking the van to check to see where the power drain was happening and they would be in touch. Of course no one was ever in touch, after three weeks I get a call saying there is nothing wrong with the van and that in the entire three weeks they had it they had done nothing to it. I went to pick it up and they fella who I bought the van from was on a personal call and would not be bothered with me. I found the keys on his desk and took off. The van stops running all the time. Several times on the freeway. I cant use it for my business or have my child in it as it is a toss up on if it will start or not and is currently parked in front of my house not running. I worked so hard for this come up and am worse off then before. As if buying something that does not work is not bad enough dealing with these people feels like a low level drug deal. My heart is so broken.

They sold me a vehicle that started smoking within a week. The radiator fluid was completely gone after the first drive. They told me that if anything went wrong to call them, they wanted me to be happy with my purchase. They fixed this, i took the car to an alignment shop after because it began veering to the right, this shop informed me that two crucial bolts were off of the front wheel and should never have been driven at all. I still have not received the plates from this vehicle purchase, nearly two months later, very disappointed overall. I had to get the timing belt changed, cam sensor replaced and door locks changed out. I have only had the car for a couple weeks without issues, after 1000 dollars of work/parts invested. Do not go here. They lie and do not follow through with their word.

This place is awful! Do not ever even drive in the place dont look at anything they have! This place sucks! I bought a truck from them about 5 or 6 months ago Ive had nothing but problems. My first problem was the air vents had smoke coming out of them. I should have returned it then cuz that was only a week I had it. My next problem a month after I bought it I was driving down the road and my breaks went out and my wheel fell off. Are you kidding me?!? Oh and they wanted me to pay for it! The last problem I have with the car is Ive been smelling something weird every time I open the center console. I thought it was from the ladys dogs because they sold me a truck and never detailed it ever. I finally took it out and nothing but mold is in it and same with the visors. Im sure there is nothing I can do. In all seriousness dont buy a damn thing from this place they will take our hard earned money and run with it. Go up the street somewhere else! Unless you wanna over pay for anything and loose lots of money but thats up to you. The only reason I even gave them a 1 star is because you cant giveThem no stars. My daughter saw a car they had listed for 7000. Her bank approved her for the full financing. She called and let them know we live in Southern Oregon, 3 hours away, and that we would be there in 4 days to look at the car. When we arrived the car was extremely dirty and had a HORRIBLE smell, there was mildew everywhere. The listing said it had power windows, it didnt. And it was missing a door knob on the inside. My daugher asked if he would detail it, she was told that they couldnt as it was Sunday and he didnt have the staff. He had known since Thursday she was going to be there to look at it. He went inside while we inspected it more. When we went inside to ask a few more questions he came out from the back with a bottle he was spitting chew in to. I told my daughter absolutely not and walked out. His salesman looked like they spent some time in prison. I would be very leary giving any personal information. DO NOT GO HERE!

We had just moved to the area from out of state, and my son had been looking for a specific car (a Subaru Baja). He saw a few Bajas listed at various places, and one listed at Lot 74, which was close to where we were living. I called and spoke to Marie and she was very nice. She met us there and he was able to test drive the car. She suggested he drive it around and on the highway, and there was no pressure at all to make a quick decision. We knew going in that particular car had a high re-sale value, but their price was lower than comparable listings. My son could have used the same money for a different make and newer model, but he wanted the Baja. There was no pressure from Marie or anyone while he was looking and thinking it over. She showed us the car history report and answered all questions he had about the car. He decided to purchase the car, and it was a very fair price. Marie handled all the paperwork efficiently, helped with sorting out our auto insurance, and made copies of everything. She also submitted the title and registration forms to the DMV so the process was very easy.My son picked up the plates from Lot 74 a few weeks later, and the Title was mailed directly to him from DMV. Marie has followed up with us and has answered every question or concern quickly. I did not read reviews before we went there, but our experience was so unexpectedly good for a used car dealer that I decided to write a review. I am very surprised by the negative reviews. Everyone we met there was friendly and helpful. Im sure this is a difficult business. Their prices are lower than most places, so they must have a lower profit margin. Used cars have unexpected problems, but I think most people know that going in. If a car is listed below the Blue Book value, very old, or very cheap, most likely there will be problems. I think most people who buy low priced used cars understand there will be repair costs along the way. My son has had the car for 2 months and has driven a lot during this time. Also found out that their was no repo report at the time of the repo. So if you want to get cheated and disrespected and robbed then shop here. and all the guys their are lying punks that deserve the worst possible lifes.
