My vehicle was broken into, which unfortunately is a common thing in Portland. I called a few different places, all of whom did not have availability for over a week and gave me a quote way too high. When I called Auto Glass Servics NW I spoke to Nick LaFord who was able to track down the part for a way more affordable price and got it fixed the very next morning. The technician, Jaret did an amazing job and even cleaned out the broken glass!The staff was extremely friendly and actually wanted to help. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. They did quality work with zero flaws.

Excellent service. AGSNW replaced and calibrated my daughters windshield. The glass in these newer cars have a lot of built-in tech that require proper calibration post-service. These guys calibrated our windshield and saved us from spending the extra time and $$ at the dealership. Highly recommend, great value and nice people.

All the dealerships and their affiliations had to manufacture this piece and ship it out in about ~1.5 months time, Nick worked his magic. Found the part, 1/3 of the cost+labor and done in 1 week!

The seal in my windshield came loose (yikes!) so I called around and went with Auto Glass Services NW because of the customer service of the person who answered the phone. They were able to come install it the next day. The technician, Cody, was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable about the work being done and cars in general. He was professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

If I could give this business TEN stars, I would. I called on late Friday afternoon due to a broken rear window. From my phone interaction with Nick, who was able to come through with the needed part when no one else could, to working with Cody on the install, all expectations were exceeded. I was helped promptly during my initial call with Nick. Cody arrived within the time frame promised by Nick, and even called when he was leaving his prior destination to let me know he was on the way. Cody was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And the estimate was right on the money. I am beyond impressed by this company and its employees.

My side window got busted out and they were gonna have to ship in a part from Washington. However, later that night, they located a replacement window and the next DAY these excellent humans had it replaced! The replacement part is perfect, functioning exactly as its supposed to, and the people at every step of the way in this business are so friendly and kind--above and beyond. They even disinfected inside my car after the replacement for COVID-19 safety. Professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and overall awesome. 10/10 would recommend!

Auto Glass Services NW made a really bad situation way less bad. I had my car window broken in and was able to schedule someone to come to my home and repair it the next morning! Their text message scheduling is available 24/7. They showed up before noon and were done repairing my window in 20 minutes! They also notified me of other scratches inside and outside my door from the glass so I could notify my insurance company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Had a really good experience with Auto Glass Services NW. They responded to my request for a quote very quickly and got my windshield replacement scheduled right away. They mistakenly charged me extra for a camera windshield but once I emailed them they fixed it instantly and again were very responsive. Technicians were nice and finished the job expediently. Plus they are a local, family owned company. Overall very satisfied and would recommend them.

Very friendly and professional over the phone and in person. They arrived within the time frame they gave me and completed the job in roughly 30-40 minutes. They cleaned all of the glass shards in and around the car and even cleaned the seats with with interior cleaner. Care and precision was the impression that was left, and while no one wishes for their car window to get busted in, if/when it should happen again, there is no doubt I will be returning back to these guys.

My front passenger window got broken last Friday (happy new year!) and this was the only company I could find who could fix it the next morning. They were a pre-approved vendor of my insurance company (didnt know that in advance), so I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket for the repair. They were prompt, courteous, and even cleaned up all of the glass for me (it was windy that day and it was making a mess when I tried). Highly recommend Mick and his team.

Scheduled a windshield replacement on a Monday morning and Nick was able to come out the same day and right on time. We live in a busy area, but he was able to find and recommend a good location in the neighborhood, to do the replacement. Service was finished right away and the price was exactly as they quoted in the estimate. So glad I had the service done with them as I was about to spend much more with a different company.

My vehicle was vandalized outside my house early Saturday morning, found this shop based on Google reviews, and through my insurance was able to get it repaired by Monday afternoon at my house.These guys replaced my rear windshield within a 48 hr turnaround and even though the installers had an issue with my wiper blade, Nick was gracious enough to come back to my house and replaced the part as well.I have nothing but positive remarks for all the installers and whoever runs the office. Amazing receptionists, and quick scheduling. But don’t be fooled because the two kids they send out are unprofessional, and caused damage to my car.Thankfully it was covered under their warranty, but the manager was clear in saying that there is no way it was his employees who could have done it, and just that they had “forgot” to write that their was prior damage on the car.Only just a few weeks of having this new windshield a crack started to spread, and when I called to ask if it’s under warranty they informed me it was no defect, but a rock had chipped it and could only offer a small discounted price on a new one.I recommend watching the entire install process to witness while any damages are caused to your car, or windshield itself; as it may just be your word against theirs in the end.Will not be a returning customer, and brought my business elsewhere.

AGSNW was an awesome experience. The process was easy as they came straight to our car and were very communicative about timing, etc. When they forgot to add the rain sensor back in, they kindly found another place that could reinstall it for me as I had already left the area and they paid for that. AGS made getting my windshield replaced very easy. They are competitively priced and even worked with my insurance company (State Farm) to get me a discount. We set up an appointment and they came out and replaced my windshield right in my driveway. Zero hassle and no BS. I would definitely use them again.

Nick is a pro and takes justifiable pride in his work and expertise. My rear window was bashed and he swept out the glass and also replaced the damaged wiper and defrost attachments- which were quirky due to the age of my vehicle. Price was 30% less than Safe-Lite and they got to me within two hours of them opening. I work in the Lloyd District and he scouted out a good place to do the repair. Would strongly recommend.

Auto Glass Services NW replaced my cracked windshield 3 years ago! When my car started leaking, I started ruling out issues one by one (with the help of a mechanic). We had everything ruled out except the windshield. The mechanic suggested to call the auto glass repair shop and ask about a warranty. Sure enough, my windshield was under warranty. When they came out to replace the windshield, it appeared that the windshield was not the culprit for the leak (glue around the windshield). Ill have to wait another day or two before I take the car through the car wash or use a hose to test it out. This leak is costing me a lot of time and money! But Auto Glass Services NW definitely made a part of the journey much easier! Thanks for the fast service and replacement. The warranty from the prior service definitely saved me some money!!

Fit us in same day when someone smashed our car window overnight. They had it replaced 40 minutes after dropping off. Best of all, they responded fast by email to the online quote request. Other places insisted on calling and upselling instead of this honest quote and preferred communication. Price was not the cheapest but lower than most other places (and a third less than where our insurance sent us, even though deductible meant they werent paying).If you are going to them instead of coming to you, hopefully theyll have fixed their website, but address on website was someones house on 68th, their actual location is the Broadway Cab building on NE Emerson and 89th. Likewise, phone answering and paperwork seemed a little chaotic, but Im still giving full stars because if it works it works!

We were concerned when our windshield was severely cracked late on a Friday evening and we had to find a State-Farm recommended auto glass service company on a Saturday. Many were closed, one said the wait would be till May. Auto Glass Services NW, responded to our message within a half-hour, and said that they could come to our home and replace the windshield on Monday morning. They did, completing the work in under an hour. The technician, Nick, was polite and professional. Our experience was excellent compared to some previous experiences elsewhere.

Did an amazing job, working on my 1999 Acura 3.2 TL windshield. They came to me, at 7:00 am and gave me an awesome deal. I would so recommend them if you need your windshields fixed as soon as possible and dont have a lot of extra cash. They did great!

I have a classic Volvo 242 and I prefer not to let anyone work on it. Therefore, I do most of the work myself. My plan was to replace the broken windscreen with a used part but the price for a new one with Auto Glass Services Northwest was extremely affordable. I had called other glass shops and no other quote was close. The installer was in good spirits, the glass part was quality, the work was clean and efficient, and the warranty is for life. I definitely recommend these chaps.
