I Had my box truck windshield and my sons car windshield replaced . Both vehicle windshields were replaced at my house so I didnt have to leave. Really convenient. Very friendly employees and good prices.

Work was good but communication terrible. After first contact I had to call them to see when they would be out. This was 2 weeks later then after being told on a Wednesday they would let me know if it would that Friday or next Monday they call me on Monday to schedule for Tuesday. The tech was great the next day called me when on way and did a nice job.

Jimmy and the team did an awesome job replacing our broken windshield. The replacement came out flawless and they even handled the recalibration of the Eye Sight cameras that is required by Subaru after windshield replacement. After the repair there was absolutely no signs that the glass had been replaced. They also worked with our insurance company so that I only paid the deductible and they took care of collecting the rest from the insurance company. I was extremely happy with their work.

Jimmy and his team went above and beyond to deliver on our windshield repair after a rock cracked the glass on our Volvo. Action Auto Glass was fast and accommodating. It turns out our insurance company approved an after-market windshield that did not work with our cars heads-up display. I dreaded going through the hassle of fixing it, but Jimmy handled ALL the back and forth with our insurance company, got the right windshield approved, and ordered at no additional cost to us. He even drove to our house, drove my car back to the shop, fixed it, and returned the car in a couple hours. Im grateful that he did a fantastic job and especially that he fixed a problem he did not cause. Honest, hard working, reputable business-- I highly recommend Jimmy and his team.

Went to my car Monday morning to find my drivers side door smashed to bits. Called around and these guys were not only the first to answer my call but could get me in right away. Super friendly staff, they dont seem like theyre ripping you off. Had to get a window replacement after someone broke into my car, and they were able to do it for much cheaper than the dealer or Safelite. They also work with a local guy who can tint the replacement windows to match the others. Initially, no problems with the replacement window. They have a warranty on their work in case anything goes wrong later on. Ill definitely be back if any more thieves decide to bash my windows again!

They never called me back about updates even when they ordered the wrong window! As someone with bad luck already thats disrespectful. Maybe make sure cliants are ok before screwing up lol cause people in my boat dont need this right now.

I had a great experience with Action Auto Glass. They were quick, professional, friendly, and had the exact glass I needed on hand. They were also the only shop out of the seven that I called, that would help me on a Friday and not make me wait until Monday.Jimmy was very accommodating and let me drop my car off that afternoon to keep it safe overnight. He had the job done the next morning and even dropped my car off to me because I sprained my ankle. Hopefully I wont need any glass fixed again but if I do, I will definitely use Action Auto Glass from now on. Five stars hands down!

I was referred to Action Auto Glass from my Lexus dealer shop for taking care of a little chip on my front window shield. Although I was already told through phone call that they dont charge for a chip smaller than a size of a quarter, I still wanted to pay a tip for gratitude. However, they declined to take a tip and instead requested for a honest review, so here it is! I would recommend anyone who has a problem with windshield or windows for cars. Super quick and nice service if you make a reservation, and I believe someone with a great work ethics like Jimmie deserves praise and success!

All I can say is the estimate here was beaten by almost $100 somewhere else, and I got it done same day, when Action said it would be a week. Do your homework and shop around!

Action Auto Glass is amazing, yesterday I woke up to find that my car had been broken into. Such a lame way to start your day, I called around to a few window repair places in town and action auto was the only one that was able to get me in same day. They cleaned up all the glass, picked up my car drove it to their shop and fixed my window. It was effortless for me and they worked with my insurance. They went above and beyond! I recommend them for all your auto glass needs!

Best experience with a glass shop. I was unable to drop my vehicle off with them due to having my children and no way to get picked up. These guys came and got the vehicle before I could clean up the glass, did an excellent repair, and brought it back in record time. Best Glass shop in the City.

Very friendly and professional. Obviously replacing a windshield is never an awesome experience, but Action Auto Glass made it about as painless as possible. Quick turnaround, reasonable prices, and courteous customer interaction. Theyre also reasonably easy to get to, even from the west side, although the parking lot is a little small. When I had my truck windshield replaced they even took the time to transfer my parking stickers to the same location on the new windshield. I really appreciate that kind of attention to detail in customer service.

If I could give more than 5 stars for these guys, I would. My car got broken into and when I called for a quote I didnt need to give any unnecessary information to get it. When the time came for me to leave to drive over, my car battery had died. These guys came to me, jumped my car and drove it to the shop for me. Such friendly, wonderful, honest people. I cannot recommend them more if you need a window replacement/repair.

Needed my windshield replaced and was hesitant to utilize the nearby Safelites that Geico works with due to poor reviews. I was glad to hear Action Auto Glass works with Geico. They came to me. The company was prompt and courteous. The windshield was replaced and the gentleman arrived within the promised window of time. I had a slight issue the next day but someone from the company came ASAP that same day to fix it.

After calling Safelite Auto Glass and getting a ridiculous quote I was searching and found Action Auto Glass and I’m glad I did. I called and spoke with Jimmy and he gave me a quote to fix the rock chip in my windshield and it was a great reasonable price. He said I didn’t need an appointment just to call one hour before I wanted to come in. I went in this morning and he fixed the rock chip quickly and I am more than pleased with the repair. I was ready to pay my bill and he told me “no charge”. Great customer service too!

These guys are fantastic!!! They came out to my house to replace my windshield 5-6 weeks ago and did a great job. Punctual, reliable, excellent work. When I a little rock hit my brand new windshield and resulted in a small crack, I went to the shop and they fixed it for free! Hows that for excellent service? And they were super nice and friendly too. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.UPDATE 3/11/11: I had a few little chips/cracks in my windshield from all those rocks they put on the road this past winter. I expected to have to pay this time since they were fixing 3 spots, but they didnt charge me again! These guys are the BEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Its so rare to find customer service this good nowadays. I will ALWAYS do business with them. Thank you Action Glass!!!

I went to Action Auto Glass about a month ago to get the windshield on my 2001 Toyota Solara replaced. Jimmy and the team were very kind, efficient, affordable, and the quality was top notch. The old windshield (aside from being cracked across in multiple places) also had some peeling chrome trim that was replaced by a new rubber gasket that looks fantastic and will hold up much longer. Its like turning the clock back on my cars age by 15 years! Only took about an hour and the price was right. Ill definitely be back (hopefully not too soon though)!

I had one of my windows busted into at 4pm on a Friday, and these guys were great about getting me in for a repair right away for the next day. They even offered to stay late so I could bring my car in and keep safe it in the garage overnight. The price for the overall repair was substantially less than the price quoted to me by my insurance companys recommended repair shop, too. 100% would recommend!

Absolutely fabulous workman ship and customer service. They have replaced by rear glass in both my Toyota Tacoma and Mazda 3 thanks to the charming people in Portland breaking in to my cars. Each time they have done an excellent job coordinating with the insurance company, getting the correct parts, doing a quality install and getting my car back to me in timely fashion. Really appreciate their hard work and will continue coming to them for all my future glass replacement needs.

If fact, since moving out of state three years ago, I still compare other companies to Action and just shake my heads at times, as Jimmy would have done such a better job. I miss working with him!

Absolutely awful customer service, and lazy! Came in for a standard passenger window break in on a Corolla.When I first chose Action Auto, it was highly rated and so close to my house. When I called to make the appointment, they forgot to take my name down, and said the appointment would take 3 hours, to drop off at 9 am and pick up at 12. When setting the appointment up, they didnt verify any of my information, which led to ordering the wrong window. When dropping off the car, there is limited parking, too.12:45 rolls around and I still hadnt gotten a call, so I walked back to see them still working on the car, with no receptionist in the house, I had to walk to the back of the garage to get anyone to know I was there, and of course the first thing he says was Oh I was just about to call you, it should be just another 15 minutes. Now, I dont care about how long it actually takes, but if you know that you are going to take more time than expected, just call me. Business Etiquette 101.About 20 minutes later, they called me back to show me that the window wasnt going to fit for some reason. I took one look at the work order and not only did they have the wrong year, but the wrong car model. When I pointed this out, they doubled their price. I had to come back 4 days later to get the new window, and they expected me to pay without inspecting. When I did inspect, there was tons of glass under the mats of my car, and on the back seat.2 weeks later I still found some glass that had been tracked into my house, which is my fault for not double inspecting, but STILL you think they would have gone above and beyond to help me.Terrible customer service, the phone rings and rings, oh and I only had to give my phone number to them 3 times.

Referred by Volvo dealer as great place to go and good price. Not the greatest customer service, and I think overpriced. Had to call back twice for info and to confirm they got the window. They did a good job on the window, but I did not feel well cared for, more like I was interrupting them. Wont go back.

Professional, courteous, and fast. These guys did an excellent job and Ill be back for any future cracked windshields. My only suggestion for these folks, please wipe down or vacuum the left over dust particles/ black rubber bits after youre finished. I cleaned my car prior before installation and got my car back with a dusty dash and rubber bits on my carpets and chairs.

Wish I could give them more stars, Jimmy at Action Auto absolutely saved me. A biker hit my car, breaking a window, the afternoon before I was supposed to depart on a road trip. I called in, explained my situation, and they stayed open late to take care of me that night. I can’t thank them enough for getting me back in the road so quick! These guys really take their business seriously, as well as treating people well. I own an auto detailing company and have referred my clients to them for years. I needed to replace a side mirror and they ordered it for me, and when I went in to pick it up they handed me the materials to attach it and some extra supplies I might need for another window task, when I asked the best way to fix the problem. First class glass.

Had a strange experience at their shop. For some unexplainable reason that I dont know or believe it took five days for them to repair my rear window. Then they put my windsheild wiper on upside down. Youd think that they would at least know how to put a windhield wiper on the correct way. I feel that they did this to me in purpose. I wouldnt trust this shop to be honest with you, shopper beware.

My windshield had a rock chip. I stop by and ask for repair. They repair it for free of charge which I can not believe it. They just ask me to remember their business. Definitely I will come to them when I need a new windshield or glasses for my cars.

Recently took a pretty major windshield hit, resulting in a pretty big crack. Windshield definitely needed replacing. Dealer recommended action auto glass, as it is the company they use when a windshield needs replacing at the dealer. Called them up for a quote; the person I talked to sounded extremely rushed, and acted like it was a horrible inconvenience to have to talk to me. Very short, borderline rude. I requested the quote, gave him my vin, and was told that I would receive a call back the same day. Never received a call back. Awful customer service. It seems like maybe they dont need any more business. Found another shop to do it, and am happy with my experience. Will never consider action auto glass again.

These guys are terrible at customer service. Started the process to have my windshield replaced under an insurance claim in August of 2016. Its now February 2017 and still no windshield. No callbacks, status updates or anything that would resemble good customer service. When I call for an status update they have to dig to find my now 4 month old pending file but never call back with a solution, explanation or update. Taking my business elsewhere.Update: These guys did finally get my windshield taken care of and it was quality work.

They broke a small trim piece, said theyd order new one, never did, said I needed to come in so they could order it, came to pick it up, they couldnt find it, eventually found it but it was wrong part. The service is poor. When I took a phone call to them and quote a rough price of the car mirror repair. They asked me to drive my car to their store for couple days later and then they can quota a price. If I am free to stop by, I dont have to take a phone call.
