We bought our Infiniti here 2 years ago and had a great buying experience with Alan. He was very patient and helpful throughout our whole process.For servicing, weve had great experiences with Luis. He always makes sure that we have a warm welcoming and hes proven time after time that he knows what hes talking about and we find him very trustworthy overall. I cant recommend these guys enough!We buy new cars every few years so weve seen our fare share of idiots...but not here. Not sure how one person auto purchasing works though, so I cant say anything about that new process.

They were great! A nieghbor had given us their older Infiniti and I feel so much safer driving it after the inspection!! They were very friendly and quickly got me back on the road! I highly recommend them!
Our infinity would not start. We called Beaverton infinity and Luis Garcia face timed us walking us through the problem. The service was fantastic and he went well out of the way to help us. Great service and best car we have ever owned. Five Star service.
This was a good experience usually I get bugged to death a deallership but I started online arrived they cut me a check for my car and I tested and purchased a car and the whole time I only dealt with one person I felt very cater too .Thumbs up to infinity !

Simply put,terrible people. I had my Infiniti towed to the dealership because it was not working. I did not know what the problem was. It turned out to be a bad battery, sounds simple correct? The dealership placed an “Infiniti” battery in the car. Immediately afterwards the car continues to stall and not turn on. Over the next several months I kept having the car towed back to the dealership. They kept telling me that they did not know what the problem was. They said that the battery was not holding a charge and somehow could not figure out what the problem was. They told me to buy a battery charger and to charge the battery every morning before I went to work, ha ha. I actually did that for next month and a half. I finally took it to several other mechanic shops. It was a defective battery that was placed. I took it back to the dealership and they were furious, refused to do anything. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The dealership lied and said that they had replaced the battery several times. I have the original battery still in my garage. I complained to Infiniti consumer affairs and they were worthless too. I finally took them to small claims and one a judgment for over $400. Being the slime that they are they are, they still denied payment. These people not only lie but they do not appreciate customers at all. They do not stand by their products. Why would you want to go there. BTW, The battery I purchased from Le Schwab several months back has worked like a charm no problems since.So the lies continue. You say I never came back to your business, but before you said you replaced the battery. Which is it?! Hard to replace the battery if you don’t come back to your shop. I guess the 3 towing receipts showing the car was towed back to your shop is false. I suppose Multnomah judge lied when he gave me a judgement against you was false.Bottom line, a simple problem of a defective battery that you did not honor. You continue to lie and play the victim. People spend a lot to buy your cars, you should treat people better and back up your products. This is on you and why you are a sleezy business.
I have been servicing my Q50 their from day one. I worked with Dustin,, Sabrina and Luis, They know their cars, and how to provide a class A customer service.Luis always goes the extra mile is providing an excellent service.
I have been bringing both our cars for service here for some time and have spent a great deal of money at this dealership. The service agents most of the time are dishonest but my recent visit will be the last. Recently I took my wifes FX35 in for an oil change and I was told that the car needed the power steering fluid flashed which I thought was weird and early but I said yes anyway. I picked up the car, got home and checked to find out that they didnt perform the service. This is terrible customer service and a terrible practice. I wont be returning. Very disappointed.
Extremely poor communication and quality of service in the service department. Left messages with service manager Matt to discuss issues and he never returned my calls or texts. I wanted to upgrade my vehicle but I honestly would never buy Infiniti again after extremely poor service received over the last 3 years of owning an Infiniti.

Traded in my Q60 just because of their horrible customer service. I have never seen such unprofessionalism, the way the service guy talked to me, as a paying customer. I wouldve kept the car if only there are other nearby infiniti dealerships around. Its unfortunate how this is the only dealership in the area. The worst part is that the management didnt do anything when i brought up the issues to them. Its not the car thats the problem, its the staff . Way to represent a luxury brand.

Hesitantly went here for my first oil change with a new (to me) G37x. Paid less than I would have at a jiffy lube etc and received amazing service complete with vehicle health updates and service forecasts from experts of the vehicle. I will be returning here for all service needs for the life of this vehicle and any other Infiniti I own in the future. Awesome service and wait time was slim to none complete with lounge and coffee (legit coffee), soda water and all. A+
Customer service is exceptional for the service department. Have not purchased a vehicle from here yet but intend to in the future.
