Had to get my windshield replaced. Made an online appointment on the SIRGlass website. They called me immediately to set up a time & place to that suited my workday for the following morning. The next day, they came out to where I was & did the job in a jiffy. Chris (sales) and Mario (technician) were both really nice, understanding and easy to talk to. Received courtesy notifications throughout the process ( windshield arrival date, technician name/arrival tracker, etc). I had a brand new winshield replaced due to a rock chip and crack on my new car.. Shawn provided excellent customer service in explaining the details from start to the end. He set up my claim with my insurance and all I had to do was paid the deductible which took stress out of my day. Jeff was my technician he was very friendly in answering all the questions I had and even went on a test drive with me to ensure calibration were done as expected. Everything went perfectly until the very last part with email in receiving my receipt and my lifetime warranty. It took several attempts to finally receive my warranty. Didnt think it was so hard to send a simple email after service was performed and paid for. I had to make several requests to get a copy of my warranty which I shouldnt have to. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

This place is THE BEST! If you have any situation with glass, use their services! They came to me, replaced my windshield in under an hour and it was so convenient for me! Chris (sales) and Jose (technician) were great and I was really impressed with the service I got. Within a few minutes of submitting my info (on their surprisingly nice form!) Chris reached out and helped me schedule an appointment, and even scheduled it through my insurance for me to get a discount on my deductible which made this job $100 cheaper than I was quoted at any other place. Jose texted me when he was on his way and finished the job in under an hour while I was able to go back in my apartment and work. It was really nice to get my issue fixed with minimal disruptions / inconvenience to my day. Happy they got the job done so quickly at a reasonable price and I am looking forward to see how my new rear windshield holds up in the rain this weekend (though I’m not too worried because now I have a lifetime warranty in case there are any issues!). Highly recommend this place.

Sir Auto Glass did an excellent job of replacing my windshield. They had to order the part which took a week to come, but that was fine. Then they came to the house for the work, and Javier was very diligent, professional, efficient and thorough. I hope we dont have the same problem again, but if we do we would certainly use the same company without any hesitation, and we would hope that Javier would do the job.

UPDATE: After finding another company to install a new window, Sir Auto contacted me and offered to pay for their repair. Integrity following mistakes made garners extra stars. Thank you!I spoke with a helpful after-hours service on the weekend to replace glass on Monday. After I called the company more than 2 hours after their opening to inquire about scheduling, they did confirm my information and assured me I would be notified by 4pm for the replacement work. By 5pm no one had contacted me. And they were now closed. I spoke once again w/the after-hours service (since their hours of operation are incorrect, both on their website and google search), and was subsequently text-contacted by the company. They stated they didnt have a correct phone number, which was inacurrate since it had been confirmed more than once.Their 5-star rating just went down the drain, in my estimation. The 1 star is for their after-hours service.

Very easy to set an appointment and very fast to get work done. Insurance was zero help and kept referring me to safe light the national chain but did not help me at all. So I found sir auto glass and they were great their communications technology was easy and kept me informed every step of the way. Great local business, highly reccomend! They did the work in my office parking lot saving me a few hours of my time.

We had a drunken visitor take a whack our car in the middle of the night, and we woke to find our family cars window completely smashed in. We were scared and felt vulnerable. Sir Auto stepped in and not only did a fantastic job repairing our cars power window, they helped us to feel safe again. What a pleasant and convenient experience I had with these guys! I was omw out of town the following day and needed my windshield replaced and calibrated before hitting the road to California. They were able to get in first thing in the morning and got it done (they actually woke me up). Still on the road, so far so good; Ive used my eyesight features and its good as new. Id definitely recommend.

Got an email saying the tech would be there anywhere from 8 to 4 PM. My boyfriend stayed home all day. Never got a call about where I was on the schedule and no call 30 minutes prior. Got a call at 4:04 saying they weren’t gonna be able to make it out today so they will try again tomorrow. I asked if we can make sure I confirm a time so I don’t have to stay at home all day and cancel all my plans. They said call me in the morning. Around 7 AM the next morning I get a call from the tech saying he was at my house already. Once again no call 30 minutes prior saying they are on our way or anything. I had to try to get in contact with my boyfriend who are still sleeping since they said they normally don’t do services before 8 AM. Tech does the work which I would say fast and looks great. But then calls me to tell me that the tech will be out within the next hour to do the calibration which originally they said I would have to go to a Subaru dealership for them to do it. So I waited an hour, and still no call and no one showed up. Around 4 PM a text shows up at my house stating he’s here to do the calibration. Still no call prior to him arriving. The work was great and for that I would recommend them however the communication was just lacking and for that I will not recommend them.

My windshield got chipped by a rock as a logging truck passed by in the opposite lane. I could see the crack moving across my viewpoint, much to my dismay.SIR Glass came up in my google search, so I called to see if it could be repaired.This was not possible, but everything was taken care of. I was amazed. They contacted my insurance for me and assisted in carrying through the process of coverage.The correct replacement was available and the crew was there completing the work first thing the next morning! He showed up early and had it done in the time we ate a quick breakfast. And he was fun to talk to as well so that helped with the anxiety of having to deal with replacing a rear window. The cost was actually the lowest we found and they seem to have everything you need in stock.

Fantastic. My last glass repair was at Safelite, a terrible experience requiring two visits to the shop and finally the Volvo dealer to fix what they screwed up. SIR was the opposite. Replaced 2021 Tacoma windshield. Not only did they cut my deducible in half, they came out to my place for a windshield replalcement and recalibration. Made it so incredibly easy. Just call them, tell them your insurance company, and they pretty much handle the rest.

I needed my rear window replaced and spoke with several glass companies to get quotes. I was very frustrated with them. I only spoke to one company that I felt was competent and that was Sir Glass. Sean responded immediately and gave me great advice and information, but I thought his quote was a little high so I looked at more companies. After many other attempts I decided to go with Sir Glass even though they were higher than 1 other choice I had. I scheduled the appointment because I felt I knew they would do quality work. The sales staff was very professional and helpful. They sent a man named Chase who arrived when they said he would. I even received a heads-up notice 5 minutes before he arrived. The great experience so far turned into an even better experience. Chase was courteous, friendly and professional. He was even very patient and helpful as I pestered him while he worked. I am a VERY hard person to please so I watch very carefully when I pay someone to do a job. I have zero combines and only the highest compliments for Sean, Chase and Sir Glass. No B.S., just great people, great service and quality work. Lastly, without knowing it, they undercut the cheapest place I had previously found. They ended up being my least expensive option by a very wide margin. I highly recommend Sir Glass.

The installer was right on time even though it was a rural Area. The shattered windshield was out and we were able to view any internal damage. Luckily there was none . Called around to multiple places to get an oem replacement for my 2020 ram. They had one of the best prices, could get it done soon, and showed up when they said they would. I couldnt move the truck at the time (long story and I told them in advance) but they were still able to get it done, and do a good job.

Someone broke into my car. I was getting quotes that it would take a week or two to replace the window. SIR was able to do it the next day. My window was not in any warehouse in the area and they were either going to have to wait a week or so as well. Or maybe they could get one from a dealership for a significantly higher price. They found one warehouse that did have my window and we had it repaired the next day at a great price and with very friendly staff.

The technician showed up on time in a very professional-looking van clearly marked with the company name. He worked quickly and efficiently to replace the windshield and even had the foresight to remove and replace my inspection and toll stickers.

Great Service! Was able to get an appointment next day. The service guy arrived on time and noticed right away a problem with the old window. It had been installed wrong and pushed the molding out from around the window. That caused rain to get in and cause rust. He got rid of the rust, installed new window and fixed molding. Very pleased with the work. Would definitely use again!!

It was good, but we were not told there may be two technicians on the same day (windshield and calibration), which would tie up our day. I learned it from the reminder email and had to call to ask for them to be together or back-to-back, given pressing appointments. Also, I had to call to request the email detailing the service and warranty. The actual installation went smoothly and efficiently and the camera is operating properly.

I had my car broken into several days ago, with the thief smashing open my passenger side window of my car at my apartment complex and stealing a work bag. I called around to a half dozen places, and nobody could see me for a week or more. Finally, I came across this company and was set up for a replacement only two days later and quoted nearly $80-100 less than every other place (that had no availability). Everything was smooth and I loved that there was communication throughout. This was an easy quick service, and one of the lowest prices around! I needed one of my side windows replaced and it was such an easy process! Was confused/shocked to see that the tech left a razor blade on the roof of my car (probably used it to try and remove tape residue from where the window was covered) and that was really unsafe. But accidents happen. Besides that though I’m pleased with everything!

My Mazda CX-5s windshield got hit by a pebble while driving on the highway. I had no idea that windshield replacing had gotten so complicated but the guys at Sir Auto Glass walked me through the process and even got on the phone with my insurance company to help me file my claim.They came right on time to my house and replaced the windshield and recalibrated it. Everything works great and their price blew the rest of the competition out of the water. Also they used an on brand windshield which is a bigger deal now that windshields have all sort of safety detection devices.These guys are good and they have a division in Austin, TX which is where I used them.
