I made an appointment to have my greatly damaged windshield replaced. The appointment was to have the car at Safelite at 930 am. The car was there a bit before. I received texts and email stating only that my appointment was for 930. I read the Safelite website that stated it would take about 1 1/2 - 2 hours to replace. At noon, I called the Clackamas store to see if my car was ready. They had not even started yet I live about 40 miles away. What was I to do for that long time? I was told I made an appointment for a drop off day long appointment. I did not there was nothing on the make an appointment that stated my car would be fitted in between other cars as time allowed!! Now I had to reschedule the day not only for myself but for the person taking me, and picking me up. At 430 I called again. Still not completed. I spoke to Paul, the manager. He was rude, arrogant and very disrespectful. He made no attempt to listen to me and continuously spoke over my talking. He was going to be right and nothing I said mattered to him. very poor management skills. at 530 I finally picked up the car. Im a septuagenarian and have eye problems driving at night. Right at rush hour, slow traffic made the trip most difficult. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
Excellent service. Kinda sucks that there no direct phone line to here. Proffesional and clean environment. Free good coffer
Originally I loved this shop, they’re super helpful and great to work with.I have been really disappointed with safelite’s customer care contact. The windshield they replaced has air bubbles at the base of the glass and I have had the most difficult time trying to get connected to a human on this issue. Their phone system won’t connect me to the shop and I’ve sent multiple emails to their costumer service contact provided in the automatic message. It seems like once the service was complete any issues after the fact are your issues to deal with.
The staff was nice, although they just shrugged off my concerns at the end of the job. It was a drop off at the Portland service center. When I got it back, the windshield trim was no longer flush with the windshield, it had been stretched and warped. The hood seal had been improperly installed. When I got home I noticed the the entire hood of the car was warped, and all the seams we off by 1/4” or more. Low on one corner, and high in another. I took it to a body shop, and $350 later the hood is straight, seals have been installed correctly, but the window trim had been pulled off in such an manner the they could not fix it. I would recommend that you let your 6 year old kid install glass before these folks.
Dont bother trying to get information, these DINKS aka KNUCKLEHEADS wont take phone calls, no you deal with their website only. Sorry, Im going somewhere else. Your poor customer service is destroying a once regarded good business but like so many other businesses your getting to big for your britches and eventually youll fall on your own PETARD.
These folks are great. I got in the same morning I noticed the chip in my windshield. Fixed the chip in less than 1/2 hour and it looks fantastic!!!! Technician was super nice and explained everything to me.
I had a small chip in my windshield and came here for repair. The process was seamless, and everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
The young man who replaced my glass went above and beyond! He cleaned up as much glass as he could (totally unexpected) and gave me good advice going forward.
Safelite Autoglass has always been there for us. Fast repairs either on site &/or if they need to come to you!
Great experience with tech, he explained all the process nicely, and gave time estimate updates as I was waiting for my windshield repair. Coffee on site.
OEM glass was used and charged without consulting me first? I was told that my work would only cost me the $50 copay. So I was quite distressed when I got a bill for over $400 when I picked up my car. I have made multiple attempts to contact Safelite, including email and voicemail. I have received 0 response.
Repaired a rock chip. All went well. Looks good.
There was a slight delay, but it was my fault for relating the wrong year of my car.Once the new part arrived, I was put right away. The installation of a window regulator for an electric window malfunction was, to my supprise, only took 2 hours.Fantasic service, well trained and knowledge techs and the front staff was very friendly and knew their stuff!I, without a doubt, would recommend the Portland, Oregon Safelight shop!
They are awesome and quick. I love that they had concession for their customers. Especially the waiting room. Cyrus did an excellent job on our window. Ask for him if u go there. And they were open on a holiday. Im very satisfied ❤
Went there for windshield replacement and they had the wrong windshield for my Range Rover so that was a waste of my time. The staff was very professional however, and they let me know I could have it done at home.
I scheduled an appointment for them to fix my windshield a month in advance, they gave me a time window that was 5 hours long so I would have to wait at myfor them to come. After 4 and a 1/2 hours I reached out to them and they informed me that my appointment was not going to be kept..
Tonight after they finished my windshield they called me. I live really far away and I requested that they leave my car out. That is outside of policy for them which is totally understandable... I couldn’t make it on time. My husband just had knee surgery and I was stuck at home with 4 kids. THE TECH STAYED AND WAITED FOR ME! Stayed late, didn’t go home to his family. He stayed and waited for me knowing I needed my car back. He acted like this was no big deal and was happy to do it. This is the kind of customer service you don’t see everyday. Thank you guys so much for your wonderful service and staff. It’s been a stressful week and you made my life easier and it meant a great deal to me. I will 100% recommend to any and everyone.
Amazing experience, caught a rock in the windshield and they fixed it next day. Hassle free worked with my insurance. Very friendly.
Quick service once the glass arrived, tech transferred all our stickers! Like new!
Initially insisted on getting my windshield done at the dealership and was skeptical about taking it here but had a good experience and job was done and done properly which is a big deal to me.
Every single person I dealt with was AMAZING! Thank you for the excellent customer service
They got me in fast and took care of my windshield quickly. Nice waiting room too.
On 6/15/21, my insurance company (GEICO) arranged for a SafeLite Tech to come to my house to repair a front passenger side window, which had been smashed in an auto break-in a day earlier. While he was very prompt and friendly, unfortunately the work he did on my vehicle left much to be desired. After working on my car for about an hour, he called me out to the garage to tell me that he could not fix my window. He informed me that the Regulator had been broken, and a new one would need to be ordered. After not hearing back from him, or SafeLite, for nearly a week, I took my vehicle to a local collision center. (which was also arranged by my insurance company). When they took the door panel off, (which mind you, until this point in time SafeLite’s Tech was the ONLY person to ever remove or work on this vehicles door panel, since purchasing it new in 2017,) they informed & showed me that the door trim screws were cross threaded and overtightened, causing the nuts to simply spin in the door and needing to be replaced. The door panel mounting holes were in need of replacement, the bottom door trim panel had been pulled on excessively, causing it to crack/break, requiring it to need to be glued back in place, and the glass mount to the regulator was broken and the mounting screws were stripped. The mechanics, (who knew they already had my business regardless of who held blame in the damages) were unanimous in saying that they didn’t believe any of these damages could have possibly been caused by simply breaking a car window. And again, because the door panel had NEVER been removed prior to SafeLites involvement, it seems pretty clear to anyone thinking objectively, where and when the damages were caused.I had the repairs finally completed yesterday, for a total of $408, none of which was covered by my insurance because of my $500 deductible. SafeLite called me today and told me that, for all they knew, the collision repair place caused all the damage, and that they were sorry but would take no responsibility for the damages.
It all started with the technician not latching my hood properly so my grill flew off and broke. I called immediately to ask for the damage to be repaired. After multiple weeks of trying to contact the Portland office and being told they were unable to give me that offices phone number the manager of that location Sean finally decided to call me back after I left him multiple voice messages. Once we finally did speak he had a whole load of false information and argued with me about their responsibility claiming he needed to review my file. What he’d been doing lately is beyond me. He promised he would call back the next day but never did. My car is still not fixed. I’m very sorry I ever utilized their services.
This business is a joke. I cant speak for how their actual workmanship is because I couldnt even get to that step! Although, judging by my experience just trying to make an appointment Im glad I chose to go elsewhere. They dont answer the phone. Couldnt ask any questions about my appointment I made on their website. When I decided to go to another business I couldnt cancel my appointment online either. Dont bother. If someone is going to have my car I need to be able to contact them.
Disappointed. They didnt fill the chips completely. Looks like small bug splats.
I had my glass installed on my 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser. On the first glass replacement, my window trims were not installed correctly and I complain about it. Had a technician came out and took pictures. They ordered new trims from dealer and went in for repair. There is a gap between the trim. The gap could be address if they would of taken about ten minutes to apply silicone adhesive, tape it down, and a sand bag. Certain car requires special attention to detail. I would not recommend for high end car.
Good luck getting your vehicle serviced. Made an appt on 4/5 for 5/8 (soonest available). 2 days before the appt, I get a voicemail that they cannot accommodate the appt time. Voicemail says all next week available. I called back within 10 minutes of receiving voicemail, no openings until the end of the month.
Very good service and work.
Excellent service. Chad was extremely polite and easy to talk to. Had this service done in the parking lot while I was at work. He even went above and beyond and vacuumed my car! I can’t tell you how nice it was to come back to that. I even noticed that he had found loose change somewhere in my car and put it in my cup holder. Meaning that even though I wasn’t watching and wouldn’t have noticed it missing, he did the right thing. Ten out of ten recommend. Hopefully you get Chad.
No mobile service available, booked 1 month out...had to wait 2.5 weeks just for a drop off appointment and wasnt given opportunity to make a reserved time appointment. Customer service is non existant. Reported displeasure to USAA, my insurance company, since Safelite is only company they recommended for windshield repair.
Very dependable work.
We had to replace the whole windshield after their failed attempt to fix a simple chip.
I made an appointment by phone and drove to Portland, Or from Kelso, Wa to be told they cant do the repair. It would of been nice if they could tell me that before I went all they way down there! They claimed that their machine couldnt handle the repair. It is less than 3 inch rock chip that started to crack. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
Great customer service and top notch work. So I forgive them for leaving my antenna on the roof of my car.
Between dealing with safelight and progressive. This experience has been absolutely terrible.. Wouldnt recommend either companies. I have had to do everything myself. Been waiting for 5 days to get my window fixed and still no word from them.. And still have a broken window.. Some timely service would be nice. Not everybody can afford a rental for 1 month while waiting for yall to do your job.
My appointment and windshield replacement went just as planned. Staff pay attention to the details.
Fast, friendly service. Did a great job repairing a rock chip. Even vacuumed the car and washed all the windows.
They have no one to call. They only do on line. You cant ask any questions to a live person
Fixed my windshield ( replaced the entire thing) and did a FANTASTIC JOB! Highly recommend these Guys! Super friendly, helpful, and darn great at their job. You did awesome! Thank you!
The service was great and were finished in about half the time.
Super service and very helpful to us with setting tape for our old Dodge truck
Wonderful friendly people, work was done on the same day we called. It was a difficult job and they did it quickly and with excellence. Center glass and lock system had to be replaced on the rear back window of our Tundra truck.
I was Blessed That Safelite was able to locate a Windshield for My 1991 560 SEC and the new Gasket. Did Nice Job replacing the front Windshield, Not An Easy Task Job So if You have an automobile You Care About,Safelite is the best Place to get your car Windshield Replaced. JIM P NOPO
The people there were fabulous and I dont blame them for any issues I had. But, the website was unclear about how longit would take. Then, they werent able to do what they promised. All in all, a very disappointing visit
My experience with this Safelite has been abysmal. Initially I had an appointment for them to replace my windscreen at my house, where the tech was late on the 4 hour arrival window they initially gave me. After being late, they told me they couldn’t replace it because of the lane assist camera which had to be calibrated at their shop, so another appointment was made. At that appointment, the tech noticed some damage to my side mirror and offered to fix it under the same claim as my windscreen, which I was fine with, but that meant canceling another appointment and making another one. I never heard back from them, and when I got through to them, it was a “we need approval for the part, we’ll call you back”. Again, I had to call them just to find out I had to answer some questions for insurance, then was told “they would call me back” again. And AGAIN, I had to call them! Only to be told they they CAN’T fix my side mirror because it wasn’t damaged at the same time as my windscreen which is the ONLY reason I cancelled my previous appointment. So their tech lied to me about something that they couldn’t do, I had to do all the work to set up my appointments and get information that they should have been contacting me for, only to set up yet ANOTHER appointment during my vacation, when it was supposed to be fixed Over 3 weeks ago. Beyond unprofessional, and disappointing. I won’t be using them in the future
The lady that tried to repair the crack on my truck (7-8 inch crack) said she did the best she could but it doesnt even look like she tried. All the information that I have read and seen suggests that a slight hole be drilled at the end of the crack to keep it from spreading. I even have seen a video of a properly repaired 17 inch crack with that method! Anyway, the repair did not hold at all and the crack spread drastically. I WOULD NOT recommend going here because essentially that lady did a job equivalent of going to Walmart, spending $10 on an injection kit, and injecting it. It doesnt even look like she injected the formula. There was no hole drilled either to stop the crack from spreading. Not worth the $140 I payed for the repair.
Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend
Great service from start to finish. No issues or problems. I would highly recommend!
They exceeded my best expectations. Service tech was very respectful and professional. I would us Safelite even if my windshield was not cracked just to see professionalism at its best . I would highly recommend Safelite.
Quick in and out, great service
We use this place for all our work vehicles. Always do a great job!
The first technician that came out was unable to finish because he arrived late in evening and before starting did not ask about lighting. He set the window too low so was unable to put everything back and then told me to bring it in and they will fix it for free. I am on crutches and therefore unable to bring it to them. Called and had quality control manager out but was unable to do anything because the glue used needed more time to set. Next day noticed that the rear view mirror was broken off. Again another technician came out and installed replacement mirror. Called and was first told that they would reduce my bill by 50%. Finally week later had someone come out and fix mirror and install correct mirror. When got final bill there was no promised discount. So called and now told that they dont do 50% but will drop $50. They honestly feel that $50 is worth week of no car, four appointments, broken mirror, and hours on phone with company to get them to make this right. I will NEVER use Safelite again. I would rate then less than half a star if able.
Have used them for decades, recently replaced by power sliding back glass, which is a very labor intensive difficult job (I know I was in the business for over 20 years) their work is very high caliber and backed by the best Nationwide warranty in the business. You will never be disappointed with the care your vehicle gets at Safelite!!
Had the driver side rear passenger window replaced on my Tahoe and what should have been a straightforward, quick & easy job turned into a nightmare of wasted time through repeated trips back to their shop. After multiple top installers of theirs botched the job and broke parts that had to be special ordered from GM, the job was finally finished. A total of five trips over the course of multiple months as said parts were on order. After this ridiculous experience came to an end, I tried to reach out to a manager over multiple attempts and couldnt get a call back to save my life.To put it simply: Safelite is the Dollar Tree of the auto glass industry, with the McDonalds approach to staffing skilled help. Dont waste your time trying to save money with them if youre not ready for a horribly botched job, lots of wasted time to correct it and absolutely no responsibility taken for your overall hassle.Pay the slightly higher price at the independent, local & professional glass shop — youll thank me later!(If my review leaves you with any doubts — simply scroll the many negative reviews full of gross incompetence of their installers and complete unprofessionalism of their counter staff and management.)
Prices are terrible. The new windshield i got cracked and they wanted me to PAY another $230 for a while new one LOL!!!!GOING TO JP AUTO IN KELSO WA for $170 ;)They said theres a point of impact so warranty doesnt cover it but I was on a road alone with no trees or rocks... soo what hit me?
They came out to repair a chip in my windshield through Geico a bit over a year ago. Nothing crazy, just a normal chip. Although they filled it, you can definitely still see the chip there. Today, I noticed that it has spread a tiny bit, so it seems like the quality of their repair work isnt that good and doesnt last. However, they were professional and on time from what I remember.
Great job on my Tesla model 3! Fast and efficient.
Good luck trying to reach a real person on the phone
Excellent customer service and top notch installation. Very happy.
It looks like they didnt do anything to the window
Mark was my technician and was super friendly and informative! I had many projects going on at the same time today at my house so I thought it would be super helpful for me to have them come out. I was having my roof replaced and then my windshield done at the same time. Mark left me to do what I needed to do and when I came and ask questions he was super friendly! I own my own company and I think Safelite was smart in hiring Mark! He represents their company well! Great service!!! I would go back to them just because of Mark!
Great people, highly skilled. Recommend
Really friendly people behind the counter and pretty fast service.
They replaced my windshield at my home. Incredibly convenient!!! The tech was on time, had kept me informed on his time. And very careful during the installation.
Did a great on my windshield while I waited in the lobby.
I went in for a rock chip repair only to find he tried to fix it and now I have a long strip in my windshield! Now I have to buy another NEW windshield! Not happy
Hello I am a new customer, my name is Michael Anthony and I just met Nate out ofLocation 1824, at 5119 NE 158th Ave in Portland. So I called to have a mobile tech meet me at my house to fix what I thought was a circular small rock chip, trying to catch it before it got worse...evidently I shouldve peered at it a bit closer, because as soon as the tech showed up, Nate with his huge smile and his bushy beard, within seconds of a first inspection of my front windshield, he identified it as tree sap...yes, I know, tree sap. I was as embarrassed as you probably are for me even reading this; wow, I felt like bonehead. I felt like a man who asks, Honey, have you seen my hat?, only for your lady to answer with a upwards glance and a roll of her eyes at you, and sheepishly you remember its already on top your head. However, as I profusely began to apologize, wishing I had got some cash out to give him a tip for dragging him out to near Gresham at 530pm, Nate got out some glass cleaner and efficiently removed it and went on to clean the whole windshield! He simply smiled and said, No worries, it happens more than you know. Now, I dont exactly believe him, : ) but the gesture and kindness of those words made me feel better, and sometimes thats all you need. We proceeded to briefly chat about rock chips and when its necessary for an actual replacement, and listening to him, I realized how knowledgeable and experienced he is in the trade. I asked for his business card, and told him Ill be letting his manager Sean McDonald know what an asset he has in Nate, and that from here out, for any autoglass related troubles, Im calling Safelite and asking for Big Nate!!So I felt the need to let the greater NW area know about Nate from Location 1824 in NE Portland-If you want a prompt, customer service driven pro, ask for Nate!! He called me early in the day to let me know when hes going to be able to come by, then called again an hour before, and then again when he was close; THAT is how customer service and communication should be...honestly, he should teach a class!P.S. I know this might sound like Im an employee or something writing a review for my own company, but I assure you Im not. I really was that impressed with Nates confident yet easygoing manner...Thank you Safelite and Big Nate out of Location 1824!!
Quality auto glass repair shop. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Excellent customer service!
They came to my house and covered my windsheild with the warranty I love the techs and would reccomend then to anyone who asked
It’s truly a shame no one will take a call. What a cheap way out of servicing customers. Sure you can go online but when there’s a one off specialty item that must come attached to your glass, forget it.Hire someone who happily takes phone calls.
Technician came to my house to replace the windshield on my RV. They followed all appropriate distancing and sanitization procedures.
Even in the down pour, James was in and out like a windshield ninja! Informative in what was going on with a minor rust situation and windshield replaced with a relative quickness. Thank you again guys.
Professional and detailed for perfection. Let me know where they were at in the process. Washed all my windows and vacuumed out the fount. Clean waiting room and bathroom. Receptionist offered me coffee and snacks. I would highly recommend this location
Nice shop and waiting area.
That never showed up
No one showed up, no one called, texted or emailed. Now I cant go into work because Im waiting on a tech to maybe show up this afternoon. I scheduled for a second time. Called safelite and automated message said they cant find my phone number and cant schedule me over the phone.
This is a mixed review. The service itself was promptly and well done. However, after they failed to process our credit card to pay our deductible, the various customer advocates then:Told my wife that we didnt have comprehensive coverage (we do, and our insurance sent us to Safelite who verified our claim and policy before scheduling the repairs);Threatened to send us to collections (via an email that started with hey there) without any documentation, invoice or bill;Started calling multiple times a day to my wife and I, during which phone calls they relayed completely different versions of what was going on;And when they finally produced an invoice, the invoice itself was completely incorrect. So, great repair work, but I wouldnt work with them again unless its all in writing, in advance and unless they acknowledge everything correctly. It was a fiasco getting them on anything resembling the same page.
I had scheduled a time to have Safelite stop by my home to repair my windshield a couple of weeks ago. They ended up never showing up. The receptionist was polite, but after spending 30 minutes on the phone I was assured a technician would reach out to me to connect. They never called. I rearranged my work schedule in order to be available for the repair. All I would ask for is 1. better communication and 2. Actually follow through on the job you committed to do.
This review is for multiple safelite locations. The last 2 windshields we have ordered have been cracked, one on our personal vehicle we ended up having to have them come back out, on our semi we had to accept the scratched windshield at full price or sit in Phoenix another day, now we have a crack in the semi windshield and cant even get them out for 2 our 3 days and that really screws you up when you cant go anywhere while waiting on them. I would love to know another big company that could come out and do windshields. OH and they make you buy new windshield blaredBlades from them and they dont worry about getting the wipers replaced to the proper positions. And let me add, we had one rep actually make fun of our company name, very unprofessional
Fast friendly service they work with your insurance for an easy experience. Thanks for your professionalism.
Terrible. They dont even answer the phone.
Prices to high and service extremely slow. They didnt put my wipers back together right and wiper fluid was disconnected. They referred me to a body shop for rust which I couldnt even see. I felt they were trying to scam me out of my money. Went to Majestic glass cheaper and faster service.
Cracking your windshield= bad experience. Going to the folks at Safelite to get a replacement shield= a great experience. Wonderful customer service- they walked me through all my options as well as worked with me to get the lowest price. They were able to get me an appointment within a few days of receiving a quote. Quick and precise work done by Lloyd. 5 stars for sure
I was a little nervous to try them out, given some of the poor reviews, but Im glad I did. I brought in my husbands truck for a replacement windshield. They got me in quickly, they were extremely polite, helpful, and informative. Their prices were much better than another local competitor that I got a quote from. I would definitely recommend this place based on my experience!
Im very happy with the service I got for the rock chip on my windshield. They were able to get me in quickly even though they were busy. I highly recommend making an appointment. All the staff was friendly and professional. The technician was thorough and I had my truck back in less than an hour.

These guys have some of the most concerned and caring customer service I’ve ever experienced. They go above and beyond to take care of you, your car, and any concerns you might have. I CONSTANTLY am frustrated by other companies who only care about getting you in and out of the door - these guys are not that. They’ll do whatever it takes to fix your problem and make you happy. I actually drive an extra 20 minutes to go to THIS SHOP instead of any other in town. I trust these guys!!! They have always come through for me. I only wish they did home repair, cell phone service, babysitting, and mortgage lending because NO ONE ELSE I’VE EVER WORKED WITH cares about their customers like this shop.
Gustavo was such a professional. He did exactly what was needed and in the time he stated. He also was polite and extremely and very helpful when I had any questions. Larry- the gentleman who took my call, was also very awesome and got me a next day appointment due to a cancelation. This company and these two guys were what customer service and quality work is all about. If I could give this a 10 star rating, I would. Thanks again guys for all the hard work!!!!!
Car window was smashed in at 9pm Tuesday night. After talking to my insurance, I picked Safelite to do the repair. I made an appointment online at 11pm for service to be done on Wednesday. The online process was EASY.I dropped my car off at 8:30am.Safelite called my insurance company and took care of everything. At 10:30am, SAME DAY, Safelite called me saying it was complete. When I picked up my car, I found a few pieces of glass, and when I asked if they could vacuum again, there was no hesitation.Car is cleanWindow works and looks great!I would recommend them!!
Professional windshield repairs
They do not take responsibility for damage they do to your car. Beware. I had two vehicles worked on by there so-called professional installation team and both cars were damaged. Car number one had chips and cracks in the trim around the windshield. After two phone calls they finally said it was a cheap repair and they would replace the trim. (As if to say if it would have cost a lot they wouldnt have fixed it) Car number two had a windshield replacement and they broke pieces off of the A pillar trim inside my vehicle. Plus there technician destroyed my dashboard. Large cracks and holes in the top of my dashboard. I called and filed a complaint with there management and was told that there was nothing that that will do to repair the damage. They said because there was some damage to it before they started the windshield replacement that they are not going to cover it. They did not even come out and look at the damage. There before picture looks nothing like the after pictures but they dont care and will not take responsibility for it. I cant post photos with this review but as they say a picture is worth a thousand words.
I love my SCION FRS.....I mean LOVE IT. So when Safelite came to my house to replace my windshield, I was worried. Would they be gentle with the car? Gustavo was AWESOME. Friendly, fast, courteous, extremely professional. Absolutely everything I could have asked for. Asked for 2 business cards, one for me and one for recommendations. THANK YOU !!
We are very pleased with the exceptional service that Safelite Auto Glass provided to us when they came out to replace our front windshield on our Van. Not only did the technician do a great job, he cleaned all our vans windows, adjusted our front windshield wipers, and vacuumed the front driver, and passenger sides of our vehicle. He was respectable, kind, and understanding when I told him how our van windshield got cracked while I was driving home from work one morning. Not only am I pleased with Safelite, but so is my wife. We will use Safelite if our other vehicle needs a new front or back windshield in the future. Thank you for your service.
The man that did the work was very polite and professional. But the woman behind the counter was extremely rude, her communication skills were well below that of someone that should be in Coustomer service. She made me as well as my grandson very uncomfortable. I will be contacting Safelite home office as well to express my complaint. And agin I want to say the work performed was excellent. This is all on the women in the front .
They have not called back in over a month. Did not complete the work. I was told they would order a part and call me back.
Technician was suppurbe, what a knowledgeable man, and so gracious, office staff was horrible. No one was there, front counter was empty, had a appointment, we wandered around trying to find someone for almost 10 min. Then i called them and a girl came out from the back. Not pleasant, acted like i bothered her
Wow. They actually replaced my trucks windshield in my driveway. How cool is that? Everyone I dealt with at this company was so nice and helpful. From setting up the appointment to the tech who did the work they were all very professional yet also friendly.
