I dont normally write reviews but their great customer service and quality work made me want to give them some praise.I had my rear window busted overnight by some vandal, so I called AAA (my insurance doesnt cover this kind of damage) and I was told I could get a discount if I got the work done and Speedy Glass. I asked them for a quote and it turns out, with my old car, the glass was pretty expensive to get from the dealership. The work itself was only $200 which actually seems pretty reasonable to me.I ended up getting a rear tailgate from a scrapped car of the same make/model with a good window and took it in. I was told it might cost an extra $100 for them to remove the glass for me. I agreed as it made more sense for professionals to handle it.Come time for my appointment, they got the glass removed, and only charged me for the window replacement. They also asked if I wanted anything from the tailgate I brought in (I actually did need a good wiper motor so they removed it for me and placed it in the back of my car). After all was said and done, they even took care of getting rid of the scrap-yard tailgate for me. The window looks good-as-new.I realized I never actually used my AAA discount but I honestly dont even care. Feels like I got a good deal anyway.

We were stuck in traffic and were ten minutes late. After making us wait 3 weeks until we could bring it in they would not service our vehicle and made tried to make fill out another appointment for four weeks out. I am in the customer service business. I would be fired by my company if I did what they did.

I dont typically write reviews, but this location is top notch. My passenger window and windshield got smashed in overnight, and on top of replacing what was stolen, I just didnt have the energy to deal with getting the glass replaced. Speedy Glass was absolutely no hassle and took the finest care of my little Toyota Yaris. I work erratic hours and wasnt able to pick it up the same day, so they secured it overnight for me and had it waiting for me the following morning. Very kind and efficient customer service.

I love this location of Speedy Glass because they stand by their work and care about their customers. I had my windshield replaced here. When something didn’t set right and was causing problems, I called them back and everyone from the office staff to the management was so kind and helpful. They made sure I was satisfied and everything resolved and done properly.They are practicing an honest business and I would highly recommend them for your auto glass needs!

I dont like writing negative reviews but one this feels necessary. The receptionist was very grumpy, not wearing a mask, and wiping her nose with her hands while helping me. She was also very short with me when I had questions about getting a rock chip fixed. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome and did not end up going through with an appointment here.

Recently, a big ol rock flew up from a truck in front of me on the freeway and smacked my windshield, causing a gnarly, layered, bubbly rock chip about the size of a quarter with a tiny crack extending out. Speedy did such a great job, I thought theyd replaced the entire windshield because it was so hard to see where the chip had been. Scheduling was easy, the two staff members I spoke to were great, and Id go back again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Having my window bashed out was a big bummer! But my experience at Speedy was SO easy and positive! Got same day appointment, super friendly service and had new window and glass in car cleaned out all in an hour! Will absolutely come back in future!

First of all I work in customer service and realize how stressful it is. Second I scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement online and was not informed by anyone I spoke with that I had for some godforsaken reason been scheduled at the location halfway across town regardless of my specification that I worked that day. I had definitely made mention the windshield was unsafe for traveling and would like at home service but regardless I was scheduled across town without notice.when I left work early to make it to said appointment Wich Id thought it would be safe to assume was at the location two blocks away. The receptionist and mind you I now use that term loosely had the most condescending tone of voice and was by no means worthy of an appropriate conversation. Based on the demeanor of this person I refused service all together got the job done for $100+ dollars lower than theyd quoted and in a better time frame with a smile to boot. Based on the display of discourtesy I will NEVER recommend that anyone use this companies services let alone waste their time on the phone with their receptionist Wich in essence was a woman paid to passively judge and demean people for pay. For shame speedy glass

These guys have always been really helpful and awesome to work with. Been a customer for almost ten years now, have had four auto windows replaced (for different vehicles), and even an old house window I was able to get out of the frame and bring them a few years back. Couldnt recommend them more!

Fantastic service. Had rear passenger window busted out previous night. Stopped by 9:30 am. Said they could get glass by 11:00, installed my 1:00 pm. Called at 1:10 to verify completion. Ok, 10 minutes late... but when I went to pick it up discovered they not only washed the new window – they washed ALL my windows inside and out. Ditto for the floor mats.That’s what I call customer service!

Incredibly fast, on top of It, and repaired window replaced 6 months later with zero issue. Highly recommended. Receptionist staff is warm and inviting.

They were super nice and understanding on the phone and were quick to accommodate my crazy work schedule. They texted me with updates along the way. This is my local glass store, I always try to use local business, however I have called twice now, once in the morning around 11am, and I was on hold for a good 15 min before I hung up. I just tried to call [at 4 pm] second chance, and have been on hold for another 15 min, just hung up. Sorry Speedy Glass, no 3rd chance for you!! Apparently business is so good they cant even answer a call for service, TWICE!! Anyone out there have a good recommendation for a glass company in NE Portland that wants my business?

This place is great! Our window was replaced in the Tigard location, but the window slipped, and this was the only one that was open on Saturday. Luckily, Jeff was able to squeeze us in. Hes an asset to this company! He did a great job and deserves a raise. Well be repeating customers because of him!

Replaced a front windshield due to a crack, however the installation of the molding was faulty which caused wind noise when driving on the highway. Had to reschedule for another appointment to reinstall. The windshield works now, but it was quite a hassle to complete this process twice. On a positive note, the staff is generally friendly and helpful.Willing to give 5 stars if a response is received back with an offer to compensate for the initial service failure and loss of personal time.

Great place, and yes they are very speedy with all your glass needs. I had several odd windows from my home. Brought the old glass in and they matched them. Really nice people!!

Very nice installer, but they installed a defective windshield and werent able to make it right. So, I paid a lot for a defective product. Ive had a windshield replaced before, as have friends, and never had this experience. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Had my rear window smashed on a Monday morning, these guys had me in and fixed by Tuesday morning. Great service reasonable price. 100 percent recommendation.

I had a side mirror that needed the glass replaced, and after ordering the replacement online elsewhere I discovered the after market mirror I ended up with was ever so slightly too large to fit the baseplate.Going in with a strange request, I asked what they would charge to shave down my replacement mirror to fit, or if they would even do such a simple thing given I was only saving $10 instead of replacing it with the right part anyways.They said theyd give it a try and wouldnt charge me if the glass broke, either way I would have to order a new one otherwise so that sounded more than fair.Next day they called me and said I was all set! Exactly what I needed, thanks for helping out!

Speedy Glass has amazing customer service and Jeff did a phenomenal job repairing my windshield. I called at 8:30, was in at 10:30 and out at 11.. now that is speedy :)

Really tasty food. We had veggie quesadilla and ceviche. The service was a little slow. They seemed understaffed. Ill go here again though for the delicious and fresh food!

Janina at Speedy Glass is AMAZING AND A GODSEND!!! Our car was vandalized, leaving us with a smashed in window the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. We drove over to Speedy Glass at opening time and the lovely Janina managed to squeeze us in at 11:30. She even told us that if the glass they had didnt work, to still come by at 11:30 and they would vacuum out the glass and put plastic on the window for us. Everything worked out well! She gave us a discount because we were paying out of pocket, and by 12:30 ($179) we were good to go! Janina and Speedy Glass turned what could have been a tough weekend into a pleasant one! I called Speedy glass around 9:30am on a Tuesday. Gave my plea - My car had been broken into the day before, the passenger side front window needs replacing. I called Progressive and they said I can either pay my $500 deductible, or I can get a local repair shop to do it for me. The cheapest they found locally was about $150, so I said, why not, Ill get it done myself.They said they would match the price, and they did. Not only that, but I had an appointment, that day, at 11am, in an hour and a half. Speedy lives up to the name, and she quoted me about an hour to put the window in. I waited less than, and it was more like 30 mins. I even bought windshield wipers, that they put on for me, too.If I ever have glass needs, I will come back to Speedy.Thank you Speedy Glass!

My vehicle was broken into the day after Christmas. I called around for several quotes and not only was Speedy Glass the cheapest they worked with me and my tiny budget after breaking the bank for Christmas. Janina was very kind and empathetic, I would highly recommend service here.

Went there after my side window got broken into. They offered the best price and the service was excellent. the cleaned the car very well and replaced the window in no time.

Vandals broke our driver side window during Portlands rainy winter season. Speedy Glass fit us into their schedule and fixed the window on the same day. They even vacuumed out the glass from the cupholders, seats and side panels.Initially we had called the dealership where we purchased our van to arrange for the repair. The dealer quoted a parts and labor cost that totaled $500. Speedy Glass fixed the window for under $200.Given the excellent and prompt customer service, and the cost effectiveness, I highly recommend Speedy Glass.

They were able to replace my passenger window the next morning after the growler incident. Call was easy to make, appointment was set, and car was done in just over an hour. Bonus of this location is there are SEVERAL things to kill time instead of sitting and waiting for the job to be finished.

My car window was smashed in during a break in. There was glass all over the place that I did not bother cleaning out before I took it in to get repaired. When I picked it up they had vacuumed out my entire car => happy bonus.

First off my name is Jim Gibson. I had an appointment to this dump set up by my insurance provider. The people working in this place specifically the freak who portrays herself to be a receptionist are the most ignorant species of life I have ever encountered. If I hadnt have been from a state on the other side of the country I would have been incarcerated for retaliation of the treatment I received. Anybody goes to this place is nothing short of hard up.
