Rose City Awning is awesome. My awning was looking pretty rough because of the lichens growing on it (8 months of the year the awning is shaded by a big tree). I thought that I would have to replace the whole thing, doubting that just a power wash would work. Rose City came by and determined that I didnt need a new awning (Yay!) Their whole team were great communicators and very timely. Robert, who did the power washing was a gentleman, efficient and even cleaned off the windows from the spray before he left. They were amazing people to work with between setting up appointments for my busy schedule, all of the many questions I had, right down to assisting so Id pick the perfect color to match my house. The order time to make it, the delivery time and the installation was really fast and ahead of schedule. Rose City Flag and Awning designed and installed an automatic sun screen for us and it works perfectly. It is beautiful, of the highest quality, a good value, well installed and does the job of keeping the sun off our front wood door. Rose City Awning installed our large motorized awning (20x15). We are very happy with the install crew and the awning quality. Crew respected our concerns about Covid precautions, e.g., keeping back while instructing us how to use the awning and the remote. They did a neat, efficient job tucking the power plug to the outside GFI outlet. The Rose City grand price was competitive with the other major awning players in the area 50 miles out. We had an existing awning recovered. They did a great job and even went over and above to make sure we were happy. After it was installed one of the workers spent extra time adjusting the extension and retraction limit switches. We would definitely do business with them again.

I had two retractable awnings made and installed on my lower and upper deck. They are beautiful and work very well. My decks have truly been transformed and are much more comfortable when hot and sunny.. I worked with Gerry (sales) who came to measure and also helped me select the right awning and materials. He was helpful and not overbearing at all. He answered all of my questions and was friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and professionally by Curtis and Austin. I highly recommend this company for awnings.

Professional and friendly. Just started working with them and I will review again once the work has been done, but it has been a good start. Three of the companies ahead of them on the list either did not answer the call or answered very unprofessionally.They were very close to the bid I received from a local company (Vancouver), they offered to meet the price. I went with my local company and they were light hearted, very nice and professional! I WILL use them!!!

Rose City Awning & Flag did the retractable awnings on my home and not only do they look spectacular they are made of finest fabric available. Also, the employees of this business are the nicest and most helpful you will find anywhere. I will use them again if the fabric ever wears out. You wont be disappointed.

Good ol boys doing good business. Office was clean, entrance was welcoming, work was done on time and under budget. It looks BEAUTIFUL!!!! I dont agree with the old reviews you see with 1 star from an old owner because the new owner just purchased it in 2014. Check them out, even you two negative raters. Im sure it would be worth your time. I wanna say Ill be back but I think this awning will outlast me. Hopefully not though,

I am thoroughly impressed by the people at this company. From the initial round of emails to their salesperson to their installers, everyone has been polite and professional.Initial email: I wanted to compare vendors on price before spending any time with salespeople. Rose City accommodated my preference with grace. In scheduling the installation time, the folks at headquarters were willing to accommodate my preference for email. No attempt to force me onto the phone.Salesperson: Initially I inquired about five awnings, but then decided to start with two. (I can always get more later.) The salesperson (Gerry) made no attempt to convince me to order all five awnings at once. He was pleasant, accommodated my schedule, and offered helpful insight. He even gave me the URL of the company from which RSA buys the awnings. I could have ordered the awnings myself if I had the gumption to install them myself.Installers: Arrived within the scheduled window of time. Put up the awnings in direct summer heat. They didnt seem to mind my series of questions about the awning and about the condition of the wood they attached the awnings to. The moved some items around on my deck to prep their installation and returned those items to their original position before leaving. It was as if theyd never been there.Now heres the kicker; RSAs pricing was competitive with the three other vendors that I considered. Great people. Great value! Highly recommended.
