Portable chiropractic table, thoracic drop piece doesn’t stay engaged. Have tried to contact for 2 weeks, today received response that I am out of my 30 day return period. I read of poor customer service before covid, but hoped it was not going to be my case. Extremely disappointed! Stay away from this company!!!!!!!

I just started my new practice, and has been looking for a chiropractic table. I researched everywhere, and was highly recommended by University of Western State. I cant tell you how happy I am to have found a place that takes customer service as their #1 priority. I purchased the Arena 120 Portable chiropractic table. I loved it so much, I went back and got the Iron 280 stationary table. They were so helpful with the whole set-up and process, I didnt have to do anything. This place is amazing. Its a one stop shop. You will find everything youll need to start your practice! They have the best price Ive ever seen! But the best part, is the amazing customer service that I received each time I walked through their door.

Within moments after calling this company, I was filled with satisfaction. The Wonderful staff member that answered was very nice and knew exactly what I needed and told me of items they had in stock. After agreeing to come to the business, I even got a return call from the female staff member, confirming the quantity of the items I was desiring. Once I got to business, she had the items laid out for me and was able to retrieve two other items I needed, without hesitation. I appreciate this staff member as well as the company. I will refer DevLon to all.

Me and my sister bought two lotion oil warmers and they work Great! We highly recommend the warmers. Not to hot just perfect not only that sent us alot of samples which we really appreciate!We will be buying from them in the future!

This place is awesome! They have so much variety of bar stools. Been looking for a bar stool everywhere. They have the best price in town! I never thought I would say this, but its even cheaper than walmart. But the quality of each of these bar stools is the same as the ones that you would find at Macys Home Furniture. I bought a rusty 3 in 1 facial steamer which they were quick to take back and send a new one only to get another rusty steamer missing parts. Sometimes they are quick to respond, sometimes it takes a few days. When you buy new it should look new.

I just drove an hour to arrive. I arrived about 4:15pm. The hours online as well on on the door state they are open mon-fri 7am-5pm. Today is Monday. I canceled other things to arrive at this store before closing and the door is locked and all lights are off. So the time I spent and money I lost for the store to be closed during the posted business hours makes this not a good place at all...... EDIT. I did go back and they were very nice and gave information and helpful. I keep it at the 3 due to the first time being hour they said were open but better than the 1 start originally.

I HIGHLY recommend stopping by thier showroom. As a massage therapist, there are few places where you can go to test out products and touch all that they have to offer. Most of the time therapists are at the mercy of online shopping for thier products and rely heavily on other peoples reviews and comments when purchasing. The staff was very knowledgable and kind. We felt warm and welcomed and it was an absolute pleasure to be able to purchase supplies from a local company. I will defiantly be stopping back the next time I am in the Portland area and encourage anyone to check it out!
