Amazing brands and top notch customer service. The staff here knows their stuff and are just plain nice. I’ve popped in here twice in the last month (being on Zoom all day made me realize I needed to ⬆️ my makeup regimen) and both times I left with product I’ve loved.

I worked security here for awhile nd i fell in love with the people who worked here and all the stuff they did with there customers they were amazing with there customers the best customer service i have ever seen and vary amazing products even if they are on the spendy side well worth it i miss the people there

After finding out that Nordstrom stopped carrying my dark shade of chestnut Laura Mercier Smooth Finish Power (+ stopped carrying other brands with darker shades), I also found out that Sephora also only supplies it online. I am so happy that this store carries a full range of colors! Not everyone in Portland is pale and white. Thank you for being inclusive and not making me shop online when I need make up NOW!

I love this store, They always have great seletion and staff that knows a lot about products. Its so nice to have one of these stores in portland. You cannot compare sephora or any other beauty store to place like this

I am so happy that I discovered Blue Mercury! I had a facial with Aubin, my skin looks and feels amazing. I also had questions about eye makeup application for my aging eyes so Sarah gaveme a step by step make-up lesson. Possibly my most favorite application ever!!These girls really know their stuff. Definitely reccommend!!!

Friendly and helpful. but why was my little message not sent to the recipient ???the little word i asked to be send to tha consignee, was not convoyed!
