Awesome place, although I only visit during the morning to mid afternoon. Erin, is amazing and Martin the current manager is super friendly and has gone above and beyond for myself and others as I have witnessed.

The blonde gentleman working nightshift tonight (Thurs-Fri) was super friendly & conversational, and really helpful! He even went to look in the back for something I was looking for. This dude deserves some accolades; employee of the month!

Co-worker and I stop at Plaid Pantry just to grab some drinks and this gentleman was working named Rick super rude to us even use the F-word and we did nothing wrong at all we were very friendly. I would not recommend going to this location this gentleman needs to have an employee review done on him election us on his bad back and long arms and how to pay with our cards and he complained that we wanted lottery tickets and he had to bend over to grab them

I wanted to thank Crystal for her help when your prices on soft drinks went off sale this month. The 44oz was through October was only 79 cents but she helped me to spend only 99 cents on an A&W plus she (this one time) was willing to give me a cup and ice because she wasnt able to find me a cold A&W root beer. Her help in her finding me a way to get a cold A&W as close as possible to the sale that ended in October. She never was frustrated or difficult and was very very help today! I just wanted to be sure that you know how exceptional and helpful she is. Please be sure that she knows that her customer (me) appreciate her a lot. She is great!!!

Sad weird long hair guy started freaking out the second me and a couple walked into the store, started shouting he never even gets two minutes to himself, all 3 of us left without buying anything. This was at least last year.Came in again today and he was doing the same thing.

Rick cheated us out of our lottery ticket winnings. Watch out for this guy. He made us feel it was our fault for being patrons and trying to cash in our winning scratchers at an establishment who offers lottery services! He said we made his job complicated when we handed him our winning tickets, that we were going to brake his bank, but he had an extra couple hundred in the drawer, and that he never gets a minute to himself.... I felt bad for Rick at first thinking he was overwhelmed. He was incredibly hostile. It appears he clearly hates his job and people. When we questioned where our winning money was from the scratchers we just handed him he pulled out 20 bucks, slammed the money on the counter and said here, go away! He still owed us another $20 and refused to give us the scanned tickets with the total tally when I questioned where the rest of the money was. He said he already put them in the trash while yelling at me and to dig them out myself. I did! He still owed us winning money! When I tried to go back to resolve the matter he said there was nothing he could do, while insulting us the entire time. We were just patrons trying to cash in our winning scrachers, get a power Ball, some more scratchers, and a mocha... nothing more. Apparently that ruined Ricks night and because of it he decided to cheat us out of our winnings.

Most Plaid Pantrys have friendly cashiers, however, Justin is just a boss ass mofo. Give that man a raise.
