Love it here! Dropped my skis off on Monday to get some gnarly core shots repaired and they did a very fast/cheap job and was ready by Friday. Results were perfect, couldn’t even tell there was ever a core shot in the first place! Would highly recommend

The staff not only was able to fix an issue that most shops would have had to send away to the dealer, but took the time to discuss different ways to optimize performance. The customer service was really great and non-judgmental. I am clearly not a great self-mechanic. The staff was happy to walk through some basics that will allow for a greater range of use.

I brought in used skis to be adjusted to some used boots. I was glad to hear their concern if they would be safe and tuned up. It was great they sent me a quote to ok before they did work. Plus they got it done a day before they said it would be done. It was nice they sent me a link to pay for it before I picked it up. All of the staff was kind and helpful to someone who is just learning about the sport.

I have a friend who has been skiing for 20 years recommend Allspeed. Great experience getting my boots fitted and bindings put on. Being a novice skier I had a vague idea of what I needed. Stu took his time and showed me a few options which I was able to try on and get the right fit. My issue with boots before was that they would always start hurting after a couple runs. I got insoles and now have boots that fit great. I would recommend Allspeed to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, understanding, and professional staff.

I didnt think it was possible for me to have comfortable ski boots because I need specialty shoes in normal footwear, but K took the time and care to figure out my problem spots and mold the shell of the ski boots I brought in to fit my foot perfectly. K went above and beyond to make sure the shoes fit and get them back to me in a timely way. Its been a while since Ive had such a personal and friendly experience at a business!

Very knowledgeable with ski touring equipment, I had new bindings and in the East Coast of USA it was hard to fin who can mount them they did this in May.

When I finally upgraded my mountain bike to one with hydraulic brakes and tubeless wheels, they were super helpful helping me understand maintenance and use for my new bike. And it wasnt a bike theyd sold me, I got it off craigslist, but they have fully supported it for me. Ive also sent my parents here because I trust they wont be needlessly upsold on something they dont need. Buy your ski boots here! I booked a fitting appointment at Allspeed late last year, and received a lengthy, thoughtful and highly expert session with expert boot fitter Kyle. Instead of getting the usual insistence on custom footbeds, which has been my experience with several Western ski shops, Kyle took careful measurements of my feet and focused first and foremost on finding a boot that would truly fit. Yes, we eventually discussed footbeds, but Kyle concentrated on just getting the fit right. The result is I have the best, most comfortable ski boots I have ever owned, making my skiing immensely more pleasurable. It is great to have such a high quality, service-focused outdoor gear supplier in the Portland area and Maine. Huge kudos to Allspeed. Thank you!

The Allspeed team is awesome! The employees of Liquid Riot took a day trip to Sugarloaf for some mountain biking. Despite cold weather and rain, I dont think we could have asked for a more enjoyable day. Our guide Josh was knowledgeable and handled a group of many levels with ease. Super friendly staff. First time doing a seasonal ski rental with them and has been a really pleasant experience! They spend time doing the fitting to make sure you are 100% comfortable before they finish everything. Good cost on the rental and their hours are extremely convenient.

I Had an issue with my Halo vortex hub and it turns out it needed new bearings in the freehub body. They gave me great updates by text and even talked me off the edge of a cliff when I wanted to just replace the whole hub. They didnt have the bearing from their supplier but still found it on Amazon so I could bring it in. It was ready almost a little too fast as after I dropped off the bearing I had already gone home and by the time I got home the hub was ready! Very happy with the friendly customer service and the very fast service times.

I just tested out my new dropper seat post installed at Allspeed on the trails at Kingdom and it works perfectly. I unfortunately bent the frame of my Santa Cruz mountain bike, which is about 5 years old. Allspeed Cyclery completed the somewhat laborious process of filing and completing a warranty replacement for the frame during the middle of The Pandemic. Not only did they have to complete the claim process but they then had to track down parts to rebuild my old bike into my new bike. The staff was clear about the process and never failed to communicate with me about what was happening. It did take a long time but by no fault of their own. I would not hesitate to highly recommend the Allspeed team to anyone needing a great mountain bike shop.

Kyle killed it! He is a wealth of knowledge about different telemark binding brands and safety profiles. He recommended I get the Meidjo binding, which they did not carry. They were able to install it on Volkl Blaze skis. Super hsppy with the service!

These guys are the best boot fitters in Maine and the only people that Ill trust with my gear. They are so patient, take the time to explain what theyre doing, and most importantly, care that youre doing whats right for your body, especially when it comes to your boots. Beyond seriously knowing their stuff, they are so set on getting your work done so you can get back on the hill as soon as possible. Theyve done base welds and tune ups for me, and have mounted my bindings. All of their work is done with care and integrity, plus theyre just fun to hang with while you wait :) Thanks for everything, guys.

Bought a Norco Bigfoot 2 from them last year and had issues with a derrailleur months after purchase. Their team stepped in and handled the warranty claim very quickly with the supplier. The team sent a follow up message the day after I dropped the bike and I was riding again in a week. Great service!

I had an older cannondale hybrid wasting away under the porch. Solid bike but needed some love. Contacted Allspeed and they were open and had a process in place to drop off the bike outside and they would check it out and get back to me.It was a day later when they gave me the news and said they could fix it but depending on the parts it might take time. A few days later, faster than I thought it would take, they called and it was ready for pick up. I called Saturday morning, they took my card info and I drove over for pick up.When I arrived, I called and someone placed the bike outside on the rack and I was able to pick it up and enjoy my special baby. We have been through a lot so it was nice to have her back.Thank you for the professionalism and quick and inexpensive experience.

Super simple process to order and pick up curbside. Placed order through their website and paid online, got an email confirmation and just 2 days later (wait, what seriously?) I got a text that the order was ready. Stopping at the shop and having my items brought out for me was also a simple process. Appreciate the help they gave me throughout the process and had a great time riding last night!

I bought a pair of skis and boots from these guys and had a great experience. They sat down with me, listened to my goals, and explained to me a lot of the feature on the equipment and made a recommendation based on that. Based on that experience I recently brought in my bike which needed some work. They were speedy on the quote. They listened to the problems I had with the bike and had it back to me within a week. I finally got a chance to ride it this week and it feels great. I will definitely continue to come here in the future.

Great place, they truly try to give you the best service possible, not just a cash grab kind of place. Rare nowadays, but they seems to take care of the customer first over everything else, which I believe is how a good business should be run. If you take good care of your customers, your customers will take good care of you. Great bike shop. I recently bought a new bike online and tried to assemble it myself. Being a novice I made a few key mistakes. All Speed was able to repair my errors. They made a few other minor adjustments for me. Also, the guys I talked to while dropping off and picking up were able to answer a ton of questions I had unrelated to the repair. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable.
