I normally have a great interaction with this stand but today I stopped by to grab a 14k gold nose ring and some body jewelry and there was already another customer trying to decide on jewelry. Cool, no big deal. So I wait. And wait. And I was acknowledged once by the girl working and she said “I’ll be right with you”. Well she was never “with me” and I stood there for over 5 minutes being completely ignored. I get that there was another customer but I already knew what I wanted and I would’ve been in and out. I won’t be going back here anymore lol

I bought quite a few pieces of body jewelery a few months ago. Cartilage, nose, and naval. All of them have broken. Cheaply made, quick to discolor. I got mu boyfriend a gold chain and he said it feels cheaply made as well, it catches on his hair constantly.. Not worth it.

Walked by and decided to stop. Ethan approached us and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Showed a variety of jewelry and gave top advice on style. Would recommend Ethan at this location.

My wife dropped off a pair of pearl earrings for repairs or exchange (since we bought the insurance). We called back two weeks later to check on its status and the store manager told that they dont have a record of it being dropped off. She didnt help us solve the issue and told us to contact customer service. We are never coming back here, or giving them anymore business. My wife was treated very rudely. If I can give this place a ZERO I would.

I highly recommend Piercing Pagoda. Sandra and Alec who work there were so great with the my girls aged 5 and 7. No tears! Sandra even stayed past her shift to help us so she and Alec could pierce both earlobes simultaneously. Everything was clearly explained. The location was very clean and proper sanitary precautions were taken. The cost was also very reasonable for the earrings, quality, and service. My girls are ecstatic about their new earrings!

Sandra is the bomb! Piercing Pagoda is the bomb and they made a great hire in Sandra. There was a snafu with the previous purchase that was made and the warranty that was purchased. Called first and was greeted by a wonderfully nice associate and held products no problem for pick up.

Disappointed I understand that employees deserve lunch and a break but its been over a hour and no employee has returned. If Im not mistaken isnt that against mall policy? Plus you let customers down that actually wanna buy. Lost a few sales and a customer on 10/26

I spoke to an employee over the phone about getting my ears pierced and she said Joy would be in at 1pm to do it. When I got here she wasnt in, so I waited 15 min. No show.. Shopped around and figured id eat. Came back and nothing. I would not recommend to anyone....

These people are way too pushy. My family has said no every time when we’re told repeatedly about credit cards, protection plans and that’s on top of being shown things we clearly state is too expensive/not what want. The last 2 times I went, I nearly walked away because I was getting so annoyed. The trip to Lloyd Center’s Pagoda is honestly worth the gas money.

The customer service was great, Alec is not pushy, he was polite, respectful and knows about their product. My son got a necklace and I picked up some nice earrings the last couple times we went there.

DONT GO HERE!! The customer service is horrible, this lady has no idea what shes doing. They sell super cheap jewelry that will break within a week!
