Did my last purchase from this company today. It’s a bummer because it’s difficult to find queer services around me and they seem sparse but this business just isn’t cutting it anymore.Three separate times I have showed up to the Division location and it was always closed. Sometimes for covid and other times just no reason why. When I try to call, I’ve been hung up on or I have to leave a voicemail that is never been returned. Right now they say on the voicemail they are closed on the 8th, but it’s the 6th today and also closed? Closed both days? Just doesn’t sound professional. Order offline but I wouldn’t bother going to their locations.

This place is fantastic. Their website is super easy to navigate and their selection is great! Felt like I knew exactly what I was buying without needing to be in-store and I felt confident in my purchase.

Ive made a few purchases here over the years and have always so enjoyed my experience. Shebop does a great job of putting customers like me at ease making a purchase that can sometimes be a little intimidating. Theyre sex positive, welcoming, incredibly helpful with their education, and bonus: woman owned! If youre unsure of what to buy and need a little handholding, I highly recommend Shebop.

The employees have always been very nice and helpful whenever I’m at the store. They have a great balance between letting you know they are there if you have any questions, but also giving you your space to freely look at what they have. Since the COVID shutdown I have ordered from them 3 times, and they are putting amazon prime to shame! I expect close to a week for processing and snail mail to Vancouver, but my orders have always been here in 1 or 2 days! They are still giving that awesome customer service, even through all of this craziness!

Why the terrible hrs of operation ? Is there more germs after 5pm . Probably will not be around much longer with such terrible hrs

Wonderful first-time buying experience! I made my purchase online (which I believe is the only way they are conducting business right now bc of COVID), where all the products were easy to find and the descriptions were clear. Shipping was quick and discreet, and without going into too much detail, I was very satisfied with what I got. I was initially a little nervous bc Ive never spent as much as I did on an intimate product, but needless to say I will most certainly be a return customer, and I will definitely recommend to friends!

Very welcoming space with a variety of items, from a library, to toys, and even queer-centric greeting cards. Friendly staff, and a non-judgemental atmosphere. We werent on the hunt for toys but just wanted to check it out and ended up finding a book we havent seen elsewhere. A great shop for many different needs!

The staff is friendly and professional and is always willing to answer questions about products or help me place an order if they dont have something in stock. My fiancé bought a product here on her bachelorette party evening. When we got it home, 2 hours away, it didn’t work. We consulted the companies online page and the instruction to make sure it we weren’t doing something wrong. When she called the shop back they didn’t believe her that it didn’t work and demanded that they have the chance to try to make it work. They made her drive back 2 hours, wait an hour, and then didn’t even offer an apology for the inconvenience. Turns out the product didn’t work and they replaced it, but terrible customer service. Shops like this are why people buy stuff online. I am a manager of a retail shop myself and we go above and beyond to make our customers happy.

This place definitely doesnt feel like a skeezy locale full of leering social misfits like most adult stores. Its clean and well-lit, the books and DVDs they sell emphasize learning and relationships instead of objectification and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. They also have some very informative classes a few times a month that are a must-attend for anyone looking to broaden their horizons or just learn more about things they currently do.

I attended a class here. The class was okay and I did walk away with new information. I can relate to the comments about staff... they did seem uninterested in helping and not real friendly. The selection of toys was good, especially if you are into the higher quality/ more expensive stuff.

This place made myself and my husband feel very very Unwelcome! They were rude and when I asked questions about several of their products, I was give a I dont know. If you dont know what the product you are selling is for you should not be selling it!

My girlfriend and I went to SheBop very enthusiastically, as we had seen and heard all of the good reviews for the place. We were extremely underwhelmed and disappointed. Firstly, the place is tiny, and the selection was rather small. In addition to have a small range of products, they also tended to be rather expensive. Lastly, the staff was wholly unhelpful, standoffish, and acted like the customers were inconveniencing them. It took my girlfriend a couple tries to actually get the staff to answer her questions, and even when they finally deigned to speak to her, they literally walked away as she was mid sentence.The place is clean, well-lit, and not skeezy, but thats about it. After that disappointing experience, we ended up going to Lovers near the Cedar Hills mall in Beaverton and had a much better time.
