Kay was so amazing. She did such a great job and went out of her way to make sure we had the best experience ever. Her genuine kindness and enthusiasm was radiating. The store has a large selection of modest and beautiful dresses. I came here as a bridesmaid and will one day hopefully come back as a bride for my dress! Couldn’t recommend it more!

I had an amazing experience purchasing a dress with DeLux Bridal. They had such a good selection of dresses to choose from, they are all so beautiful. The stylist helping me was so wonderful and went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress. Highly recommend this beautiful shop!

Do not recommend this as they are lacking in their customer service from the very beginning and I can only imagine how worse in person they might be.Tried to make an appointment with Delux but they wouldnt give me the time of day. The email chain was short and very unhelpful.I asked for contact for an appointment and they told me they only have this Mon,Tues,Wed open but I am looking for November 21st. They then replied very shortly that they do not have any weekend appointments.Literally that was the whole email, one sentence. No other date options or possible solutions to this. I wasnt even asking for that date to become open or anything but maybe another option?My dates are flexible but as I am from out of town I cannot come up this week for an appointment. Seemed as if they didnt want any business with me as I have to pull for more information rather than showing me any open dates around my requested date.

This spacious boutique provides high quality wedding dresses at a reasonable cost. Based on the look of this shop, you might think that you cant step foot in here. You will be pleasantly surprised that gowns at DeLux Bridal are very affordable. The shop and dresses are clean and exactly what you’d be expecting from a bridal boutique. You will get welcoming customer service and professional advice. If you come in with serious intentions on finding a gown you love, then I dont doubt that you will find the one at your first appointment! This shop does an incredible job keeping all dresses clean and any dress can be taken home the same day! :)

Great bridal boutique. This is the first from many shops around town that I’ve visited who understands that not all brides want to reveal a lot of skin on their wedding day. Great selection of high quality, and affordable dresses. The shop itself was very bright, clean, spacious and an overall great environment. The stylist was very helpful and nice, understood exactly what dresses to point to. The only improvement I would suggest is perhaps moving locations, but that is just my subjective opinion as I’m not much of a city girl.(I was shocked to read the few negative comments but I saw that they were over a year ago. They probably either made an effort to improve themselves or perhaps changed managers/employees since because they were absolutely great.)

KAY is very delightful, helpful,joyful and does 100% on her job. She is very helpful and accommodating. She is excellent at what she does and does it with all her heart. I absolutely had an amazing experience . They have amazing styles and great prices 👌💯

I have had such a pleasant experience here! I was able to try on five gowns and find the one here. The dress that I got was a steal. I purchased it from the discontinued rack, the price was right! I am sad to see negative reviews as the employee working there has gone above and beyond in helping me find the gown of my dreams, which I am so thankful for! I came in knowing what I wanted and trying on five gowns was more than enough since the second gown I put on made me cry and I knew it was the one! I SAID YES!!!

Super pleased with our experience here. We called last minute for an appointment and they got us in the very same day, at the end of May on a Saturday (busy wedding season!), for the exact time we requested due to having several last minute appointments booked the same day. That alone is worth 5 stars. The shop is gorgeous and in a the middle of downtown. It felt like we shouldnt be able to afford to step foot in there. Our budget topped out at about $400 with alterations. But we called ahead and they assured us there were plenty of options we could afford. They treated us like valued clients from the moment we walked in. Very professional, high end type service. We started looking at the dresses and couldnt believe the price tags. We had so many options.They look and feel like several thousand dollar dresses, and we walked out with the most gorgeous dress for $315 and no alterations needed. I wish I was the one getting married in that dress, it was so beautiful and expensive looking. And they are all brand new! So happy we found this place! Thank you!

I came here to support my childhood bestfriend as she picked out her dress and we both had an amazing time. The dresses were all gorgeous and the service was amazing. My friend is absolutely in love with her dress and we both would reccomend DeLux to anyone looking for an expensive looking dress for an affordable price!

I went with my friend who is the bride. We called and were able to get in the same day. Keep in mind it’s downtown, so remember parking can be tricky. Kay welcomed us with a sweet smile and a hello as we walked up. We were the only ones in the shop and it was more personal and special. The atmosphere was relaxing and Kay was very dental oriented and answered all or questions clearly. Kay was professional and the whole process was smooth. She said yes to the dress!

I came here two months ago after searching for a wedding dress at about 5 other bridal stores. I was very discouraged of the poor customer service of other stores during this COVID period, but as soon as I walked into Delux Bridal, the associate Kay was so kind and attentive. I am not a reviews person. However this place has been the best experience I’ve had by far. It doesn’t compare to any other bridal salon that I visited.First things first the bridal consultant was genuinely excited to help me out without pressuring me on anything. I was able to try on many gowns..afterward I wanted to retry my 3 favorites on. The lady who helped me out was so kind and patient. I tried on my third gown and I didn’t feel her pressure me to buy it or anything.I felt comfortable and took a couple minutes to see if Id be ready to make that big decision. I said Yes here at DeLux bridal and couldn’t be any happier. The ladies really put their best effort to help me and I recommend this place to all who are looking for a wedding gown.Thank you to this shop and to the staff that have made my experience so much more pleasant than any other place I’ve been to!! 👏

My experience here was fabulous! Kay who helped me out is so incredible. I walked into the shop an hour prior to my appointment and although I was so early they still let me in and took care of me. I walked in confused not knowing where to even start and what I even liked. Kay asked me what styles I was thinking I was into and showed me some potential options that would fit my style and flatter my figure. This is the cutest little shop. The ladies here are so kind and the selection is so unique. I love all the pretty sparkle and amount of beading on their gowns. I got my ballgown with rhinestones and it is so unique would have never found something like this anywhere else. I love the European feel to this shop. I was super excited for my first bridal experience ever and it turned out to be disappointing and it made me so self conscious about myself. The girl that helped me and my bridesmaid, didn’t even get her name; but she had a russian accent I believe. Well she was nice at first and then as we started picking out dresses, I kinda explained to her that I didn’t know what I wanted yet because it would be my first time trying on dresses but I did give her in detail some what of what I liked in dresses such as a bit of lace, sparkles and beachy dresses as I am getting married in Hawaii on the beach. She was all over the place just picking out dresses that didn’t even go with what I was looking for; they were beautiful don’t get me wrong but not what I wanted. Then there was one dress that caught my eye, and I asked my bridesmaid to ask the store employee to get it for me so I can try it on. and the fitting room is right next to that rack and she tells my bridesmaid “oh no that won’t fit her, it’s in a really small size.” On top of that; she didn’t even care really if I was happy and my bridesmaid said she kept giving me these dirty looks; and she was just super unprofessional. She was basically just trying to sell me any dress.My bridesmaid went on and tried some dresses and I was helping her, and that employee went over to her other employee at the front desk and they were just sitting there whispering the whole time. Honestly it was a waste of time going here, NEVER AGAIN will I come here and not to mention I’m going to not recommend it to anyone I know, I will be telling everyone I know the unprofessional service I got. Felt not comfortable, not worthy enough to try on any dresses, and just did not feel like a valued customer.

The only reason I’m giving this a 2 star review is because the dress selection is amazing. You can only try on 10 dresses (which only took me 30mins to try on) so make sure you only pick ones youre serious about. The amount of times I heard “that’s above your budget” and “you really shouldn’t try it on because it’s above your budget” after I PICKED a dress, and saw the price tag was super frustrating. It made me feel like I wasn’t worthy of trying on these other dresses that I would have spent more money than my initial price guideline if they were “The Dress” but was basically scolded for wanting to try them on. I felt like a burden rather than a valued customer.

The BEST service! This salon is beautiful and they work with you for your budget and your style. They took the time to try multiple silhouettes with me so I could find the best match and then trying more gowns for the right dress accents.

Found the perfect dress at Delux Bridal! The fit was lovely and the style really fit my personality. Even though I did not schedule an appointment ahead of time, the ladies were very helpful and kind. Great bridal salon!

My experience here was amazing! The two ladies that helped me were very kind and patient and didnt rush me or pressure me. I found a dress I liked in the clearance section but it wasnt my size, and in fact it was very very very big on me. But the ladies told me I should worry about the size and that it could always be altered. They reassured me many times that it was possible to alter the dress and that it isnt that hard of a fix. I was happy with my purchase. And was excited to go and get it altered. Only to find out that after going to three different alternation shops (including a professional and award winning one that was recommended by delux bridal and even had their business card in my folder).... none of them would take my dress. I was stressed beyond words. Until I finally found someone who could alter it for me. My advice to you girls who are looking for a dress. Even if you absolutely love it, dont get it if its way too big! A couple sizes are okay. But dont make the mistake that I made. It will save you alot of stress and tears.

I was looking for a mermaid fitted dress. After going to a couple shops it was tiering because it just felt like too much pressure. Prior to coming to Delux my sisters and I went to a different shop. We were seated and had to stay in a room. We werent allowed to look at the dresses at all and the lady would bring them in after I described what I wanted. It was so hard for me not to have the freedom to see all of the dresses they carried. When I came to Delux Bridal I was welcomed in and I had the freedom to browse through their whole entire shop as long as I didnt take anything off the rack. They did all of the work and it felt like no pressure. I got to try on many styles and after had another look around the shop to make sure I didnt miss anything I might have wanted to try on. I tried my favorite dress on at the end and thats when the ladies here helped me find my veil and accessories. It was a great experience and exactly what I hoped for it to be.

I do NOT recommend this store. They dont care if the bride is happy on her wedding day, they just want to get rid of their hard to sell dresses. They were nice to me up until I bought the dress.I bought a dress on Saturday night around 6pm (closing hour). When I got home I looked at the pictures of me in it (my sister took as I was at store) and I immediately felt sick to my stomach about it. I realized I had made a terrible decision. That same night, I left the store a voicemail expressing how sad and regretful I was. Sunday, next morning, I went back to the store at 11am (opening time). Employee K was working. I am certain she saw how sad I was, but it did not phase her one bit. I have never experienced such rude and poor service before.Here is what happened... I asked K if it would be possible to return the dress, maybe for store credit... possibly I could buy the veil for the price or another dress. She did not allow me to even speak. She immediately told me she cant override the store policy, which I understood...Then, I asked K to let me speak to the manager. She says I dont need to call the manager. It is a store policy. ... I think if a customer would like to speak to the manager, they should be able to... If she cant override store policy, possibly the manager could make an exception or a compromise for the sake of customers satisfaction ...Eventually, she gets the manager on the phone. As I stood in front of her I asked if I could talk to the manager ... I was trying to express that we could do store credit. Maybe buy a whole different dress from them. even a more expensive one if it had to come to it. I was trying to let the manager know a girlfriend of mine is getting married as well and that I would get her to come to your store ... I heard the manager through the phone agreeing to talk to me. However, K yelled in the phone saying this is my personal phone. I dont feel comfortable giving her my personal phone ... I think that was a bit extreme. I was not violent. I was trying to have a conversation. I was sad and wanted help. Anyone could have seen that. I was simply sad and not after raising a fight in any way or form. Unlike her, I did not raise my voice. Unlike her, I was not rude in any way. In simple terms, I was just sad looking for possible compromise ... She hangs up with the manager and this is were I really DO NOT appreciate how I was treated.After I had told her I am looking for help and that I made a mistake buying this dress, she MOCKED ME. She PHYSICALLY gestured with her hand mimicking my stance and gestures ... dear manager, that is PLAIN RUDE and SO LOW for any professional to do!It did not end here... she then said it is a policy. we are not going to return the dress and walked away to the back as I was still standing at the front desk. She came out again from the back room and started to work the store as I stood there trying to talk to her. She would NOT RESPOND to me or even look towards me. She acted as if there is no one in the store at all. It was beyond words RUDE. I felt like a poor dog waiting outside a store. AGAIN ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND POOR TREATMENT.Not one word came out of my mouth with any disrespect. I was hurt and sad. And I left the store not only devastated because I was stuck with a dress I did not like but hurt by how a human being could treat another with such disrespect. It is one thing not to return the dress and stick to your policy, I would have respected that. But it is another thing to be extremely dismissive and unprofessional with your clients.So back to my point, they dont care about the happiness of their brides. I came back to them within less than 12 awakening hours and was devastated wanting just little compromise. I would have been okay with store credit... but not even that... the least you could have done was to be professional about it. Instead you were RUDE and did not care. You were just happy to sell a dress.
