It was my second and last shop.My final dress was nothing like I had in mind, but between the amazingly kind & patient staff and my friends support, you all made it happen. It was the last dress I tried on for the appointment time. I just cant believe how perfect it was.... Its ethereal, effortless, naturally flowing energy really met the moment & was oh so comfortable!!!Your staff listened and kept pulling things they thought I wanted (per my ramblings) as well as a few random styles because of good judgement & expertise. I cant thank you all enough!!

Highly recommend! It was my second wedding dress shopping experience, and it was hands-down the best. Mikaela listened to my thoughts and watched my first 5 dress picks to get a better idea of what she would suggest. She picked out one dress, from her favorite designer, that incorporated every single detail I had ever imagined. When I tried it on, I immediately knew it was the one. I am still in awe of my perfect dress!

I worked with Hope while trying on dresses and she was so sweet and didn’t fail to make me feel comfortable and beautiful! She was absolutely amazing! The store inside is so clean and just so cute!! Incredible experience with Maddy at Blue Sky Bridal in Portland! I was so nervous about finding a dress that really spoke to me and didn’t just “check off boxes.” Decided to do the 90minute option and man was it worth it! Had plenty of time and music I loved played in the background, putting me at ease quickly! Once I found my dress 😍, (with lots of expertise and attention to detail from Maddy), I had time to just take in the moment before changing! Beautiful space, selection, and service! If you are on the fence, please try it out!

This was quite possibly the worst shopping experience Ive ever had. While the selection of dresses was beautiful, the stylist who helped me really sucked the fun and excitement out of everything. She was quick to tell me no for the styles I was hoping to find, there wasnt any help around finding me something similar or relevant to what I was looking for, and she was very rude to my friends and I. For an event that was suppose to be so exciting with wedding planning, I left feeling so insecure, sad and truly disappointed. I wish we had another stylist, because I think the experience would have been very different. Safe to say I did not find my dress, and I will not be recommending this bridal store to anyone.

My family and I felt very special and cared for. Polly was amazing suggesting styles I would not normally go for and offering great advice and knowledge on alterations and all the technical details. They have a comfortable couch and chairs for your guests to sit on while you try on gowns. Unfortunately I didnt find my dress here, but highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to find the dress of my dreams at Blue Sky Bridal during my first wedding dress appointment! I am not the bride with the pinterest board or a dream of what my wedding dress was supposed to look like, but Polly did an incredible job guiding me through their inventory that met my price point and style choices. I had a great experience at Blue Sky. I was able to grab a last minute appointment while I was in the city after not finding anything at a different store. The staff was very welcoming. The store was very cute and clean. I appreciate that all of the dresses are kept in garment bags for protection as the previous store had a lot of ripped dresses and some had gotten dirty. They asked questions to learn more about not only what type of dress I was hoping to find, but about my wedding and my fiancé. Kali helped me clip the dresses to see how they should fit and where they would need alterations. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Kali was very respectful and helped find dresses that were well within the budget I set. I honestly had a very difficult time choosing between the 3 dresses I tried on because their inventory was so beautiful and well kept. I bought a dress that I love and feel comfortable in. I cant wait for my future husband to see it!

I had such a great experience finding a plus-size dress here. The staff and space were lovely and welcoming. The selection was great for me ( a person who can get overwhelmed with too many choices and disappointed with too few). I found several dresses that fit, or could be easily altered to look great and found the perfect dress for me. Given that it is a consignment shop I was able to afford a dress that I could have never had for full retail. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I am a wedding photographer and have had a number of my brides buy from Blue Sky Bridal. They have had nothing but amazing things to say about their staff and their experience. And when I met them at the last bridal show, they were great people! I would recommend.

Vi was great! She had dresses that were in my preferred size, style and colors ready to try on when I arrived, she was quick and efficient with helping me in/out of dresses & clamping them in the right places for a fitted look. She assisted me to the front to see in the sunlight and she was friendly & personable the whole time. Far better customer service than a few other Bridal shops Ive visited which helped me prefer to buy with this boutique.

I had an emergency where I didn’t have a dress for an impromptu engagement photo shoot in two days. As a plus woman, I was able to find something beautiful that very next day, at a great price, with the loveliest staff I’ve ever had contact with. MADDY- who was charged with helping me even sewed a pleat down that was fussy. I was in and out with a huge smile on my face. I’m going to look beautiful and it’s largely in part due to this shop and their staff. I cannot recommend this place enough

I went to Ania and tried on amazing designer gowns and ended up finding the exact Essence Australia gown for nearly 50% off at Blue Sky!!

The selection, atmosphere, and price cant be beat. The shop is adorable and there were dresses of all varieties. I even found accessories to go with my dress.

This was my first ever bridal appointment, but it was very stress free! She was so good at giving her opinions while letting me have my own as well. She was talking and laughing with my mom and sister and the various facetime calls we had going at the same time.We didnt end up buying a dress from them, but I would send a friend to them in a heartbeat! I left that store with a very clear image of what I liked in a wedding dress which is something I had no clue about before that appointment. This place is a true gem and a real sanity saver! I tried on dresses at a few other places and even ordered a dress that didn’t end up working for me when it came, which made me cry tears of frustration. I went into dress shopping thinking it would be easy because I’m tall and a street size 2-4, but I was having a hard time finding a dress that looked good on me. All the dresses were wearing me instead of me wearing the dress. By the time an Internet search took me to Blue Sky Bridal, I felt ugly, sad, and I thought I wouldn’t find a dress I absolutely loved in my price range that would get to me in time for my wedding. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a consignment/sample store, but it exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in AND I found a beautiful dress that looks new and only needs a few alterations to fit perfectly.Elizabeth helped me and, after getting all the wedding details and listening to me describe what I wanted in a dress, immediately picked out the dress I ended up getting. I tried on other dresses I liked, but ultimately went with the dress she found. I knew it was the one when I kept admiring it on the hanger while I tried on other dresses and didn’t want to take it off when I had it on.I highly recommend this store. I am so pleased with my dress and the care and attention I received. All the dresses in the store are well cared for (you have to wash your hands before handling the dresses) and there were so many in my size range, price point, and preferred style to choose from. And they all look new or nearly new! I was surprised my dress had been a sample because it was in such good condition. It looked like it had only been tried on a couple times before me. So, for brides on a tighter timeline or brides looking for a dress that may have gone out of stock at another store or really for any bride who doesn’t care if the dress isn’t brand new (it’s only brand new until you put it on once), check Blue Sky Bridal out. I’m very happy I booked my appointment with them.

There was a very relaxed atmosphere here. The prices were really great. Along with the once-used dresses there were plenty of reasonably priced sample dresses. There is absolutely no pressure to buy here, and they are even willing to point you towards other bridal stores and websites if they dont have the dress that you want. This place is perfect if you want to look for the dress that you want without feeling like you have to find the one immediately. I had a very lovely experience and felt that I found my style because I wasnt rushed.

I flew in from Denver, Colorado to find the perfect dress. The girls at Blue Sky Bridal Portland went above and beyond! They worked around my crazy schedule, and were able to book me in at a time they do not traditionally do. Such great customer service! I did the Boutique option which is great as the money you pay for that, goes towards the dress. After asking me my budget, they made sure to work around it and found me my dream dress for $1200. The only thing I was not too much of a fan of, was how small the space was when it came to trying on the dresses. We all made it work, but that is the only thing I would recommend changing in the future. :)As far as the experience went, I honestly cannot recommend Blue Sky Bridal enough. If you are looking for a meaningful dress shopping experience with close family/friends - then this is definitely the bridal shop for you.

She was cracking jokes with my family and so personable. She pulled a variety of gowns for me and really listened to my feedback, by the time my appointment was over I found THE one and said yes to the dress.I can’t recommend this shop enough for mid to plus sized folks and queer folks as well, you will be heard and have a great experience at this shop. I highly recommend this store to any bride looking for a beautiful, clean, sustainable, high quality wedding gown. I was helped by Vanina and Maddy, and let me tell you, they were incredible! Seriously the kindest, most thoughtful, funny, friendly and passionate people. Vanina chose the dress which I ended up purchasing, and I could not have been more pleased!At this point I have literally tried on over 70 wedding dresses, as there was a mishap with my original dress I bought in CA during alterations and I have been scrambling to find a new one. Long story short, finding a new dress with Blue Sky was SUCH a relief. The dress I purchases was a sample dress which was priced VERY WELL, I mean, like, Im absolutely blown away by how much it was discounted. I guess I had expected the dresses to be imperfect since they are priced so well, but they seriously all look brand new and never worn.Beautiful and clean shop, amazing gowns, super friendly and sweet staff, mind blowing prices; could it get any better?If youre not in the Portland area, make the trip out to them, its totally worth it!!!!

Blue sky bridal has a beautiful selection of both consignment and sample dresses. The boutique was cozy and glamorous inside, with very helpful staff to assist you. I found my dream dress at an affordable price, below $1500 for a Haley Paige sample dress. Having only 1 hour to try on, and only getting to bring one guest due to COVID were the only cons for my dress shopping experience. I recommend blue sky bridal for the bride with a budget, who doesn’t want to sacrifice on taste.

Wonderful experience! This was only the second place I visited and I went home with a dress. There is a wide variety of dresses offered. Many of them were not a close fit, but the variety allowed me to find the most unexpected perfect dress. There are a lot of 14+ size options which was so wonderful. Would recommend highly.

My experience at Blue Sky Bridal PDX was 10/10 wish I could do it again! I decided to Book the Boutique, which was super easy to do online and required a $75 payment that acted as a gift card toward the dress or accessories (even if I didnt end up finding my dress that day). I loved having the boutique to ourselves, Kali was kind enough to even ask what music we liked which made the experience even more personal. My bridal party also really liked how I didnt have to go into a separate dressing room because they could hear how I was reacting to the dress before they even saw it which made it really fun for them because it built anticipation for the grand reveals. Kali was my bridal consultant and she was phenomenal. I appreciated how she gave me direction asked questions about what I was liking and not liking about each dress, but ultimately let me pull dresses I was drawn to. I didnt feel pressured to find a dress, and was given plenty of time to make a decision that was right for me (Kali was sooooo reassuring throughout the whole appointment). I also loved that the dresses being once wed or sample dresses meant that I was finding a dress that was sustainable and affordable, all while still having the full bridal experience! Ultimately, I did have my say yes to the dress moment at Blue Sky Bridal and I couldnt be more thrilled!

Vanine truly listened to my opinions and tailored every chosen dress to exactly that. I tried on about 10 dresses during my 90-minute appointment and by the end, I said YES TO THE DRESS! She encouraged me to try on my favorite one again just to be sure and she was so reassuring and positive! I had a fantastic appointment at Blue Sky Bridal - Portland, with my stylist, Callie! I reserved the 90min appointment so that I could bring a total of three guests to have the type of dress shopping experience I always had hoped for. I am so appreciative that Blue Sky Bridal is doing that during Covid19! Callie was really helpful in choosing the right dresses to pull for me to try on and was so kind to be flexible with my allotted timed appointment ( at the end, I was having a bit of trouble narrowing down my choices and Callie never made me feel rushed to get out of the shop on a Friday night!) So happy that I came to Blue Sky Bridal and got to work with Callie!!

The shop was clean and beautiful and the dresses were stunning. V was SO energetic and helpful. I felt like a princess from the moment she led us to the back. I didnt mind waiting outside while the group before me finished their session. The other attendant was also helpful and encouraging, even though she wasnt assigned to us (so I didnt get her name).

I went to Blue Sky Bridal back in March when their location was at the Bridgeport Village Mall. My mother and I were just shopping around that day and they come up as one of the top on the list. We decided to stop in but were instantly told at the front desk that they only do appointments. I feel like they could have posted that in a better way on their website and the front door so we were more aware. Since the store was completely empty and they had nobody in at the moment they let me browse real quick while they waited for their next person to come in but if I found something I would have to make an appointment to try it on. So I scanned and found one dress that I felt would be perfect and let another associate know I would make an appointment to try it on. She was much kinder and said since it was only one dress and nobody was in right then anyways that I should try it on. I quickly got in and out of it and bought it all within maybe 20 minutes of being there. I wasn’t being to picky. A couple of months later I brought the dress to my alterations lady and we found a pretty big issue with the dress, I maybe should not have rushed so much and inspected it more. :( I felt pretty crappy that now I had to shop for another dress and was out that money.I spoke with Erin about the issue and she assured me this does not happen with their dresses and something must have slipped through after inspecting it. Erin gave me many options we could look into to make sure I feel beautiful in my dress when wedding day comes. Erin was super patient with me, apologetic, professional and helpful. Erin scheduled me an appointment to see if there was something else I could fall in love with.I walked into the new store on Mississippi and loved the feel and look to it. I didn’t feel like I was in a consignment shop, I felt like I was in the perfect boutique to find my wedding dress. My appointment was with Maddie who had just moved here. She was seriously the nicest person I had come across when shopping for wedding dresses. I didn’t want to overwhelm her by trying to much on and kept apologizing cause I don’t want to be THAT bride but she just kept encouraging me to try on what ever I needed to so I could find what I love. There were so many dress styles to choose from, I think I tried on almost any style you can think of! The selection for my size range was great and the prices were all very doable. Maddie made me feel comfortable and was super personable, I felt like I was shopping with one of my friends being able to ask for her opinion and share my wedding details with her. She also was professional at the same time, knowing so much about every dress from designers to how alterations would work out with each dress. She did not rush me at all even though it was the end of her day and I was having a really hard time deciding, she let me put on dresses several times and let me walk around in different lighting so I could see them and feel them in all angles. After I decided on one she inspected every single part of the dress going over the smallest details, possible imperfections, and how my alterations person will fix them with me to make sure I walked out knowing my dress was the one no matter what. She was amazing at her job and I am so excited and happy with my dress.Thank you Erin and Maddie for all your help.

This was the only stop needed to find my dream dress! Wedding planning during COVID is not great - but Nancy at Blue Sky Bridal was a dream to work with! I was able to look around and try on a variety of dresses, since I wasnt quite sure what I was looking for. Nancy really saved the day, she pulled the perfect dress - and it was well under budget! Kila was amazing. This was my second place I had looked into but was the first place where I actually tried dresses on. She was so helpful and completely understood what it was that I was seeking. I left for a couple hours and even visited a third store but I couldn’t stop thinking about the dress Kila and I had found. Tldr: 10/10 highly recommend!Blue Skye brides really DO have more fun! If you are looking for a wedding dress, I really cannot recommend this boutique highly enough. I chose to “rent the boutique” which means I had the entire boutique to myself and my guests for 90 minutes after hours, and dedicated 1:1 attention from their associate, Kali. The entire experience was incredibly fun! Kali lent us a tripod so that my sister could hook up her phone and video call our parents so that they could be part of the experience as well, despite being states away. Kali asked me a few questions about my budget and style preferences and helped me pull some dresses. While I tried them on, she continued to ask for feedback and pull more dresses for me - one of which was the beautiful “this is the one!” dress I took home! After I made my choice, she helped my sister and I celebrate by taking our photo and gifting us a bottle of champagne.This was truly an amazing experience, and one that I couldn’t have possibly imagined especially in the middle of a pandemic. While there were a few more rules (such as having to keep the mask on at all times, including when trying on the dresses), it did not at all hamper the fun of trying on the dresses and the beauty of the look.

It is honestly hard to put into words just how fantastic our experience was at Blue Sky Bridal. Although it is true that the selection and prices were astounding, thats not even what stood out to us about our appointment. Here it is...we were treated with so much kindness and patience from Kali that we didnt even want to leave!! We left feeling as if we had made a friend, and we couldnt be more thankful that we chose Blue Sky Bridal.

I had such an amazing experience here with Polly and Kali! I would 1,000% percent recommend coming to this boutique. They have a really wide range of dresses and price points, so I had a lot of options to choose from. If you are reading this in the era of COVID-19, I would definitely book the boutique if you can! I felt like a movie star, with me getting to pick out my own dresses to start and Polly and Kali picking out dresses based on what I like from there- I ended up saying yes to a dress that they had picked out for me! I also had people Zoom in via my phone and they had a tripod we could use which was perfect! The whole experience felt very safe, yet as normal and fun of an experience as can be while making sure safety is a top priority! The cutest and best organized bridal consignment shop ever! I was so lucky to find my dream dress here after visiting 4 other shops and was so overly impressed with my time at Blue Sky Bridal! Its decorated extremely cute and I was mostly impressed by the way it was organized. Extremely easy layout and the best part is that the dresses are all tagged with all the information you could possibly want to know about them, making it extremely easy to narrow down which ones you want to try. They have every dress in clear plastic garment bags which was so so so amazing to see as well. This was the only shop I experienced doing this and it made it feel that much more clean and also safe for the dresses! Polly assisted me and was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out the dresses I wanted to try, was very knowledgable and incredibly sweet. Even though I had to shop for my wedding dress during Covid-19, I had an absolute blast at Blue Sky and felt extremely safe the entire time. Nobody else was in the store while I was and the next appointment started at the end of mine so I believe they stagger the appointments, make you wash hands upon arrival and masks the entire time of course. Highly impressed and could not recommend Blue Sky Bridal enough!

This store is a must-visit while you are shopping for a wedding dress. They had a large selection of dresses and incredibly helpful staff. They had well thought-out COVID-19 safety procedures that made me and my guest feel safe the entire time.

I was hesitant to come here because of the location- I assumed everything would be out of my budget, but they have a wide range of price points AND all of the gowns are stunning. Everyone was super sweet, helpful, and affirming. Polly and V did a great job making me feel welcome and at ease. I never felt pressured to commit. I opted to put a dress on hold for 10% of the price so I could take time to think about it. Ended up purchasing and am so happy with my decision! Highly recommend🌸

I have had the worst experience. I purchased a dress that was damaged and was not advertised as damaged. When I told the person I spoke to that it was not advertised after she told me it would have been advertised, I was told “well sometimes when it’s on the underside of the dress in the lining.” When I purchased the dress I was told you can not alter a dress more than 3 sizes... perfect! It was a size 10 so it can be altered down to a 4. After not seeing my dress for almost 3 months, I picked it up from my family member who was keeping it safe for me to discover the dress that was sold to me advertised as a 10 is actually a 12. It is past the allowed 3 sizes for altering and I can no longer wear the dress I fell in love with. I was told they already paid the consigner. I doubt I will get my money refunded as their policy is no refunds even though the dress was completely incorrectly advertised. Beyond disappointed.

A little pricey for my budget but they worked with me and found what I liked, took social distancing very seriously and had amazing service!!
