Im an employee so I love it. Its a family owned business and my fellow employees are great! If youre a retail dealer looking for new inventory we have a lot to choose from and it changes from week to week.

I have been buying cars here since they had the first sale and have been very pleased. I am treated with respect, something that never happened at other auctions. The whole staff from top to bottom does a superior job to any place I have ever bought from. The girls in the front office know there job and do it well and with a nice attitude. The offer room or sales office puts deals together many times better than the competitors. Nice touch you do not have to get there at 0 dark thirty to get breakfast as they serve long after the auction has started. Best auction in the West!

Crosspoint is the type of place where they are excited and happy to do stuff other companys hate. If you call and ask if you have titles in they will say please and thank you and be concerned and have compassion. That is what makes this place different in the car auction industry. The little things. Good customer service is rare these days and finding the right type of employees to run your business is extremely important and the owner of this place did that to the T. Good job guys

The staff is awesome. There is someone there to assist with any type of issue that arises with auction purchasing. They treat their customers very well and make us feel like family.

This actually used to be my old job and I loved every minute of it its a dealer only car auction. You can get prices for very cheap but you have to be a car dealership which is unfortunate but the reality of the situation.You can find extremely nice cars here for very cheap but if youre not a private dealer youre not going to sell or buy anything from this place which is Crosspoints one downfall.Auction at this place is Wednesday at 10 a.m.If they too were to incorporate at least a day a week for public dealers they would make even more money.

I have been to dozens of auctions and bought and sold thousands of vehicles over the past decade. Out of every auction both independent and or big corporate auctions, Crosspoint has never let me down. The office staff always goes out of their way to help in any way they can, and the turn around time on titles and moneys is great. I have had a couple run ins with their sales staff and all those dudes are as straight up as it gets. The biggest thing I can say is that they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it.** Working offers is the biggest difference between these guys and the other BIG auctions. The SALES DEPARTMENT IS SECOND TO NONE.!!

This auction has more vehicles and better service than the other auctions in town. Easy previewing until 10pm the night before, and of course they have their famous breakfast buffet on auction days.

I love this auction when they started out in the old Milwaukie location . Super customer service and they used to go out of the way to make a deal happen ....Fast forward to 2017 its a total different ballgame.Its almost impossible reserve a number, it is a whole song and dance to even get the person on the phone, and once you do, you find a guy who is so full of himself there is not enough room for two people to actually have a conversation . Now you have to call on Monday morning between 9-9:30am to reserve a number . Wow!!! It must be nice to be so exclusive .You cant park in the auction lot unless you are a big dealer then you get your name on a sign . The rest of us smucks have to hike it in .The test track is super small, the entire area is super crowed .Lots of pretty girls working there but Im not sure how well they know how to do their job .There is still a hand full of the OG that started with the company they are still great to deal with but the rest are either too full of themselves or not properly trainedWell my friends ride it while it last, many auctions have risen and fallen .... its just a matter of time.

Worked there for only one day and what idiot runs this place? Seriously every single car they auction is a pile of junk. I thought every single car I drove felt like it was going to fall apart. The management is absolutely incompetent. And I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Just a bunch of morons.
