Went in late on a Sunday evening near closing to take a peek at a nice Ford truck. Jason helped me out and was able to sneak in a test drive and I wasnt rushed at all. Didnt expect I was able to work out financing or anything until another day, but by the time I got back from my test drive hes got something hooked up, which made my night! 5 Stars to Jason, hes informative, has endless answers to all my obscure questions being new to trucks, and was very friendly (even while multitasking a ton since it was busy).On to the truck.. loving it so far, although after purchasing I discovered two ~1 unpatched holes in the cab roof from a CB antennae most likely.Since this wasnt a disclosed issue in CarSpot, or in the description I texted Jason in the evening and he got back to me quickly, and said he an his manager would work out a solution the same week. Im still awaiting getting this resolved as of 8/5/21, and will update my review accordingly as its a big issue not just a paint chip. I dont doubt theyll take care of me so Rev Motors deserves a fair shot to make it right.Update #1: Jason called right when he said he would, and got my truck in that same weekend for the roof fix. The communication is already 10x better than any big dealership Ive bought from, and I feel like the service after sale promise some dealers talk about is actually real at Rev Motors. Purchased a used Nissan Armada through Jason. There was an issue with the A/C...Jason wrote in ....if ac wont run with refill, dealer will repair. Of course this is on a we owe you form....which has a 30 day notice on it.With all the crazy stuff going on in our society...Larry in service is working with me, since I have made attempts to get in....but schedules havent matched.Having a company that will work with a client for a $1200 repair AFTER they drive off the lot is a big statement!Thank you for honoring your word....a breath of fresh air in a crazy world.

I bought my Mini from this dealership last year. The first time I visited with my mother (I am a 21 year old female), we were both looking to buy cars. The salesman could not tell us anything about the car and we felt that we were not taken seriously because we were women, which happens at many dealerships. Because I wanted the car so badly, I returned to buy it before calling ahead to talk to Ethan, who people had recommended on google reviews. As I was signing, Ethan tries to talk me into an expensive warranty (as he is probably supposed to). He also will not budge on the price of the car, claiming that he wont make any money from it and that they never get Minis in their dealership. When I go to sign for the ownership, Ethan intimidates me (a young woman), telling me that he doesnt want to see me back in the dealership if there are problems with the car (because of the lack of warranty). After buying, I found that the USB port for audio does not work, even though I was told that it did. The only person I felt took me seriously was the woman that called me about registering my car afterwards. I have had NO problems yet with my mini, but am purely posting this review because I did not feel that the service at the company was good. Looking back on the experience, I still feel disappointed and talked down to because of my gender and age.

Jason was a great guy not the run of the mill car sales man. Got me the car I’ve been looking for, for an amazing deal!

The truck was an absolute mess inside and out, including pieces of pot and trash through out the truck. Milkshake on the seats, every compartment had crumbs and trash. No gas and the oil was dark and in need of a changing as well. When asked if they would clean or service, Jason claimed they thought the kids they had hired had finished it and that they didnt have anyone there that day to do it. Being as we had driven several hours that day to get there we went and cleaned ourselves. The next morning the service engine light came on and it read as a globe plug needed replaced. A week of having the truck finally got an appointment for it to be fixed and 2 months later still waiting... Apparently the globe plug wont come out and they will have to remove the head. They are also saying the original warranty that the truck has as well as the additional one that Jason sold with the truck will not cover. I would not buy there again and would not recommend. Shystie things are going on.

Beware! The only reason they have so many stars is they literally ask you to go to google while doing your loan docs and ask you to put a google review on the spot. I know two people who have bought cars from them. Both of them had their check engine light come on within a day of driving off the lot. The one without a warrant was told so sad for you, later! One of them had a warrant and took it to them 4 times and it’s still having the same issues!!! They now refuse to help her. Pretty sure this is illegal. Not to mention they screamed at her.

And after that it just had problems after problems.So now my mom bought a car there not knowing the issues we had. And her car broke down driving it home that same day. Well that was the start of everything going wrong.This place is not reliable and should be sued.

Had my credit run with my co-signer and ready to buy the car with my down payment. Was told he would get back to me ASAP and never heard back. Text the salesman and he never responded. Very unprofessional. If my credit wasn’t good enough or for whatever reason then I should have been told not treated like garbage and ignored. Took week for them to respond in first place. Buy a car somewhere else.

Now working on a complete ignition coil replacement. $1000 repair. So funny how they told me they do an inspection. This car has had over $8000 worth of repairs done in the last few months, shortly after I bought it.The reply below by Rev Motors is completely false. I never yelled at anyone. The car you sold me in October broke down 4 times, many times with the same issue. Every time I called to say the car broke down again Larry l, the service manager, would act completely annoyed. I was frustrated because he made me feel like a nuisance. Anyone else would be apologetic that a car they sold was with the mechanic more than I’d actually had the car in my possession. The last time it broke down I told Larry that I was sorry if I came across grumpy but that I feel like he gets annoyed when I call. Instead of hearing what I was saying about being frustrated and then made to feel like a burdwn, his response was that I should trade it in for another car. What? So I said maybe we should have someone else look at it if their mechanic couldn’t fix it. He then started yelling at me and saying all I do is “gripe”. Yes, I’d love to see the video. Sounds like you have your own made up version. Id love my $250 deductive back since you stated that you guys paid it. What a joke.Save yourself the misery. They must buy their cars from the junkyard. Thank god I bought the warrant. They’ve had it in the shop 4 times since I bought it in October. Still having the same issues ans now they refuse to help me. The say I’m “griping”. Not sure how a car that they sold me with a warrant is gripping when I just want I to run. $15,000 later and my car doesn’t run. Horrible customer service and the main manager won’t even call me back. Getting my lawyer involved. This just isn’t right

Bought a truck from them. They never changed the oil. The front right brakes completely disintegrated on the ride home. It destroyed the rotor as well. They forgot to do a bunch of work on their end with paperwork and it cost me time and money in the end. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

They said they ordered a console for my sons truck 2008 Chevrolet when he bought it recently. Like within the last two weeks. The emergency brake stuck on truck so he took it back to them. They fixed that it took them almost a week to fix the e brake. The console that was suppose to be ordered for the truck, they said the guy lied to us. So he didn’t get the console. Wonder what else they lied about? Kind of makes you wonder doesn’t it.
