Phones weve waited a month for arrived, but were not processed. Told to return next day. Still havent been processed. Extremely rude associates who lied about the status. No communication, on the phone to someone as they couldnt figure out how to issue our phones, which is a basic function. Will not buy phones at Costco again.

The Tigard location was understaffed on a weekday evening. Waited while he was out to lunch (5-6pm) and then he was still helping the same customer at 8pm! Have had better service on the weekends. The company shouldn’t have only one inexperienced staff person (D) on weekday evenings

James was really helpful with trading in my phone for a Samsung s9 Tmobile carrier. Professional, honest and not like most pushy salesmen!

This company has been nothing but trouble to deal with. The guy that signed us up for our new plan messed up so we were getting charged way extra. When we called they said we had to wait the full 90 days for our discounts to kick in. We then waited and have since then (now over 3 months) have been trying to get this issue and extra charges fixed. Weve even gotten so high as to talk to the regional rep and she hasnt given us much hope in this being resolved well either. On top of being charged extra for the last 6 months, my new phone is faulty, the guy that set it up doesnt say up the backups properly (I should have double checked). Due to the phones issues and no backup, I had a glitch and lost ALL of my pictures. Which normally would be sad in itself, but I purchased this new phone two days before my daughter was born, so I didnt just lose random picture, I lost birth picture, newborn picture, and all the rest from the first 6 months of her life. Do yourself a favor and dont go through the 3rd party to get a phone because they wont want to really help and then the actual phone company toy get the contract with tell you they cant help. So dissatisfied, frustrated and disappointed.
