These guys are an Amazon counter, but avoid shipping your packages to this place like the plague. They randomly close early or for hours at a time. Drove down here twice to pick up packages. Yesterday they closed 2 hours early. Today they took a 1.5 hour lunch that ends at “4:45pm” which was 1.5 hours from when I arrived. I called the other location and spoke to the owner and he told me that Amazon packages aren’t his problem and that he doesn’t make money from being an Amazon counter. I notified Amazon of the situation and his wish not to deal with Amazon packages anymore.

If there was a zero I would have given them that, but unfortunately there isn’t so a 1 star will suffice. First of all, they are very unprofessional. The Middle eastern guy that works there got mad because I simply asked when the phone would approximately be ready to pick up. He got angry and said “well if you don’t like it here you can take it somewhere else”. Let me express that I was not at all angry nor did I have an attitude, I believe my question was in the realm or possibility and they shouldn’t have acted so unprofessional. They had originally told me it would take 24hours to finish up. I left it there hoping something could be done since i use this phone for business and work orders for my business. I took it in on Tuesday and finally got fed up with the lack of updates and communication and went to pick it up Saturday…almost a whole week without knowing whether there were any breakthroughs or new developments, even an update after the 24 hours would have been great, but nothing.I don’t recommend this place. Aside from being unprofessional, they’re also incompetent. Every time I’ve taken in my phone to get it checked up, they’re never able to fix it or give me a clear idea of what is wrong. I kept going there because it was cheaper than buying a whole new phone that I don’t have the money for. But this last experience was not great so I won’t be coming here anymore. I strongly suggest you take it to an actual professional who communicates and sticks to the time they give you and above all acts like a real professional.Note: it’s funny seeing how they’re responding professionally in the comments of the reviews, but in person they’re a completely different entity. These guys were killer! My son’s iPhone 6 was not charging anymore. I called them expecting to pay way too much but they were only going to charge $40 to replace the charge port connector and they had it in stock! I jumped in the car and took it to them. The guy said he was going to see if he could do an “external” fix that would only cost $10 if it would work... and guess what? IT WORKED! Best cell phone experience I’ve ever had. Thanks so much!

Absolutely amazing. I thought I had to replace my entire charging port ( a $100.00 cost) in which I would of paid to get my phone to charge again. But the employees at Tech R Us did a DEEP cleaning of the port and instead of having to replace it, they just charged me for a cleaning! (15.00 charge). They saved me $85.00 when they didn’t have to. I have been searching for a place/store in my area that sales inexpensive used cell phones and just got thru reading all the reviews for tech r us and I must say I do not think iv ever came across so many good and positive words about one business so I am most def making a trip in this morn soon as they open. Fixed my super broken 7 Plus screen AND LCD. They offer the service for $80 and were done in about 30-45mins today. Worst experience ever! I bought 2 phones from this place in less than a week I had to take my husbands back to get reset. Then supposedly my came with a screen protector and Ive never dropped my phone I looked at maybe 6 days after purchase and the screen has a small crack in it which is now going across the screen so they are very misleading and dont have the products they advise I ever called them and asked if I bought 2 phones if I could get a discount and he said yes but didnt honor is word when we got there so needless to say the phones are garbage and we are out almost $600 and we now need need new phones again
