Unfortunately this location is operating under a one person in the building at a time policy in place weeks after the CDC no longer recommends masks for vaccinated individuals in all indoor locations except mass transit. Hard to enjoy the place if I cant go in with my wife!Btw I wouldnt trust the recent review from the guy saying this place doesnt serve police, his profile indicates he dishes out 1 star reviews everywhere and is likely entitled/mentally ill.

I mean, c’mon - they’re expertly hand made chocolates, y’all... magic filled, dipped and drizzled and delicious.. absolutely gorgeous truffles... and the packaging is beautiful. They’re a little spendy but worth every penny! Perfect place to find a gift for any chocolate lover on your list!

This place makes the most amazing chocolate. Plus one of the most amazing women work there. Don’t worry I wouldn’t say this was good for only that reason. It’s truly a taste from heaven. Thanks to this woman I got to experience it.

Just happened by here... we were able to watch the workers putting little chocolates into boxes. We each got to pick out a free sample from the glass case. Yummy chocolate! Walk to cathedral park to burn off all the tasty chocolate & enjoy the views!

I saw this place walking around downtown killing time at jury duty. This place was amazing. The guy working was super nice and helped me make some choices since I was lost amongst all the options.

Just picked up an order here and didnt go inside, but staff was super friendly and everything I ordered online was packaged really well with care.

I order their products online. I love the dark chocolate SO much. I try to order a lot. Last time I ordered 50 bars. Delivery is free with a certain total and during COVID, I have my treats when I want them.Chocolate is superb and artfully made!Packaging is gorgeous and eco friendly!All products should be so pleasing!

Good selection of flavors. Enough variety for an adventurous soul, and enough milk and dark chocolate for simple cravings. The prices seal the deal, I can get a bag to share with all my friends for under ten bucks.

Good looking chocolates but don’t think it is necessarily a better deal for chocolates. I found that the specialty ones where priced better at my hotel than this place by at least $2 per bar so you don’t have to go out of your way to get the chocolates. This place is not anywhere touristy. No tours or anything interesting to see either. Maybe the cafes are better selection too.

I visited the factory location and was buzzed in and greeted by a smiling employee. My son and I were told that we were welcome to take our time looking at the production floor as well as the store front. My son selected the cookies and cream cone truffle and was very impressed. It was an over all fun experience and recommend stopping by to any chocolate enthusiast.

Hmmmm....lets see... Some of the finest chocolates in the state of Oregon. The distillery box set takes enjoying Chocolate to an entirely new level. It is always exciting to see whats coming next. Thanks Moonstruck for being awesome!

Its easy to miss this place if you arent paying attention, but is definitely worth making the effort to stop by.Delicious chocolates and some of their truffles had really creative decorations on them. A great mid-afternoon indulgence or gift for someone special.

I received a box of Moonstruck chocolates at Christmas time and they were so Devine that I recently ordered some for friends and my office manager. Everyone thinks they are the best chocolates they have ever eaten and I agree. I was so happy that they arrived well packaged and NOT frozen.I just ordered the champagne truffles for myself and I am afraid that I am now addicted.They are so sublime!!! They are memorable.Will you please open a store in “the other Portland” in Maine?

It was delightful to stumble on this place right near Cathedral Park! We were welcomed and offered samples and learned that if we came back between 8am-1pm, we could even look down on the factory floor and watch them make and decorate the chocolates! Besides enjoying simply delicious treats, we were treated warmly and promptly. I highly recommend a visit!

This is OMG chocolate!! - full of flavor, exquisitely attractive, and pricey, yes, but very special!!! The shop is a small space above the factory. I know they sell elsewhere too. Worth looking for. I go here for chocolate gifts at holidays and birthdays

The best chocolate in Portland. They make unusual pairings that are dynamite.

The issue is not the chocolates, but the service. They promised a ship by and delivery date, and then they were 2 days late getting it shipped out, and therefor arrived too late for its intended purpose. No apologies, no price reduction or credit from the company. If you cant deliver on your promises, then dont make them. I will shop at another business next time.

The clerk was very friendly, talkative, and helpful. The place had a good selection of chocolate bars and truffles. Its small, so not great for large groups. Only a few windows of the factory floor, no self walking tours.

In purchasing more and more local chocolate, I picked up a bag of Moonstruck Tumbled Caramelized Hazelnuts, for me and another for my mama. I ended up eating the second bag, before I made it to my moms. Yummy!! Will get a bag to my mama, yet. Plan on visiting the factory, when I go through Portland, again.

They have posted hours of 10am to 4:30pm. I made my first stop today at 12:30, and was met with a sign outside saying they wouldnt be open until 2pm. Came back at 2:30pm and was told they werent opening at all.

Cool to be able to see that factory floor with the chocolates being made. Have to be there by 1pm to see that. Friendly front desk staff.
