TIPS: bring change for parking, use parking app (.25 fee for every transaction)PROS: Great service, lots of great gifts for family and friendsCONS: NoneCome prepared to pay for parking Monday through Saturday 9am to 6pm. If you use the app there is a 25 cent fee per transaction. Great little shop with lots of different items for every member of the family. I purchased a sticker for my cooler, a ornament for our Christmas tree, and a funny lobster magnet for a family member.
I loved this place. Me and my wife have decided that we are going to relocate to Portland, ME as we were there scouting it out as a future residence beginning next year.....Me and my wife visited this store more than a few times this past week and spent some money between the 2 of us a bunch; however when we returned to Dallas, we found out that a snow globe had broken and wanted to buy another one because it was for our daughter, but couldnt find a website. I would love to fix this somehow. If someone could reach out to me I would sure appreciate it....either way, we loved the store itself....I am: [email protected]
Nice shop for touristy related Portland items. Great variety and fair prices.
This was a cool little gift shop we visited in Portland on 10/31/20. They have a good amount of merchandise and souvenirs, and we purchased a few miscellaneous items i.e. magnets, a shot glass, a few key chains, a few coasters, and a souvenir ship. The younger gal working there that night though was not very helpful and actually kind of rude. We arrived 20 minutes before their closing time (after a long drive) and she was following us and the other customers around and seemed as though she was trying to rush us out of there. My wife and I spent close to $100 in this shop, so her attitude towards us and the other customers was not appreciated! Otherwise, the shop was clean, organized, and had a nice variety of souvenirs for tourists to purchase.
Great shop for gifts. Not the usual things. Nice variety and some different items with local flavor. Owner is very nice and helpful.
Cute Souvenir shop
Nice gift shop.
Small but has a lot of things to choose from.
Has a really cool selection of gifts and items. Great spot for tourists to pick up some souvenirs.
Stopped in on a cruise and fell in love with this store!!!! The selection is endless and the staff are so very friendly and helpful. I found a very long sot after deep sea divers helmet Mark V at an incredible price. Jennifer and Eric made all the arrangements to have it shipped to me in San Diego and even timed its arrival with my return home from vacation. We will absolutely be back and recommend you not miss this wonderful shop!!!
Fun little gift shop with local flavors and knickknacks for friends and family to show you visited the area. Some of the shirts were pretty good and not cheesy like you would get in some tourist spots.
It tastes good!~~~mmmmmmmmmm~~~Tasty~~~
Kids looking for gifts for their children! Found some good deals. Need better signage for products on sale compared to those not on sale.
Nice shopping stop. The wife wants to order some more items from their website.
Nice selection of touristy stuff- however when I was checking out, a young girl (age 10 or so who was accompanied by her older sister) dropped her bag as soon as the cashier handed it to her. Suddenly there was a lot of water seeping through the bag and the young girl looked as if she was going to cry. The cashier and Asian woman behind the counter didn’t seem to care AT ALL. The young girl quickly grabbed the bag and gave it to the cashier to clean up her mess and make sure no one got cut by the broken glass. The big sister waited for one of the people behind the counter to simply say something about what had just happened but nothing... for a good two minutes or so...so they left. I quickly spoke up as they walked out the door and asked the Asian woman if she would replace whatever the young girl had bought (I believe it was a small snow globe due to the water) and she yelled at me saying “I DIDNT BREAK IT, SHE DID. NOT MY PROBLEM”Now, I understand the whole you break it you buy it stuff.... but really? It’s a tiny snow globe, not some valuable irreplaceable piece of hand painted china. It was just heartless and left me angry. I have daughters and it broke my heart to see this young girl torn up about the bag she dropped as soon as the cashier handed it to her. And for them to not just tell her to grab a new one and have a good day??? Why? Smh....Be careful in this store- there are a lot of breakables and some heartless brutal people working there... I cant stand when people forget how a little kindness can go a long way.
Its clean lots of choices of tourist wares prices are average but with that said its a fun place to go
Had just what I was looking for and decent prices..
Incredible, endless selection of Maine themed souvenirs.
If in need of some Maine souveniers, check out this place, especially if with kids or getting something for them.
