The same two people are always working whenever I go in. They are both always genuinely kind and knowledgeable about the products. Ive had issues in the past with other stores selling vape juice that is poor quality and tastes bad/had no flavor. So far every brand they have recommended to me has been great! There is good parking, a wide variety of inventory, they always have what I need, and their prices are amazing! Their juice is almost always $5-6 cheaper than other stores and they have local delivery! I will always recommend this vape shop to anyone who asks.

Most amazing place in parkrose to pick up reasonably priced tobacco and pipes and beer. They have amazing cigars and sticks of homemade incense on sale for 25 cents a piece and homemade candles with wooden wicks that burn longer. This is where I get my fix. God bless tobacco and nicotine! It helps get me through the hardest times.

Honestly this is the only vape shop I will go to. The family that works here is really really nice and their prices are better than any of the other places I have been to. They take time to talk to you and treat you like a person. Other places I have been to they act like you are wasting their time and short cut you when you talk to them. The outside of this place is not the best but the heart of the place is wonderful. Its a diamond hidden when it should be a souvenir for all to see. If you need vape or smoke products this is absolutely the place to go. Forget all those other shops this family and the people here will absolutely treat you right.

This has been my go to store for over a year now. I gave up looking for shops closer to home because they never had the quality or consistency Tobacco Land does. After a few years with the same setup, it was finally time to upgrade my mod and everyone was so helpful and patient in making sure I had a similar one I would be just as happy with! I’m so lucky to have found this shop and the caring people that run it. The drive across town is worth it every time!

Prices are kind of high but super friendly workers!!! I miss when they would make there own youd get 120 MLS for 25 bucks. I wish they could bring that service back.

They had a decent sized selection of juices. Their day to day prices werent bad at all. But as a bonus I guess they run specials every week. I havent been back yet to see new specials.When I went in, I ended up getting a 120ml of Ruthless and a 120ml of Humble for a total of 40 bucks. I was given the option to do 2x120ml, 1x120ml + 2x60ml, or 4x60ml. The bottle sizes didnt matter as long as the total milliliters came to 240, the price would be $40. Which isnt a bad price at all for national brands. The only time Ive gotten them cheaper is when I was doing large scale bulk orders.

Great store! there was a cute elderly white couple on duty when I got there, and they were surprisingly knowledgeable about vapes, AND they are the FIRST STORE Ive been to yet in Portland that had the coils I needed for my vape. and the one item they DIDNT have in stock; they jumped on their phone and ordered it for me to be delivered in 2 days! Geniune, educated customer service is SO satisfying. I am a BIG fan of this place, theyre OBVIOUSLY my new vape shop, no contest!

Good quality Kratom at a good price. The container came in a vaccum sealed lid. My husband and I were out of town and typically purchase our Kratom online. This store has comparable prices with a better quality product. My husband and I often get nauseous if we end up driving while taking Kratom but we never felt sick with this product. Also, their customer service was fabulous! The young man was very helpful and friendly and it was probably the best customer service we experienced while in Portland. Thank you!

I bought a disposable vape from this store that was defective and they refused to exchange it. I opened it while still in the store and tried it in front of the clerk, but that didn’t matter. He then said he could sale me another on at a discounted price. No way! You already got $25 from me for something that didn’t work. Would not recommend this store

Covidien Google maps struck again with false hours on a different business so I called them up and asked if they were still open luckily they were for the next 20 minutes and lady that worked the calendar desk whatever you want to call it with such a sweetheart waited for me new exactly with me that had called when I walked in and help me out in every way shape and form I needed and ended up walking away with more than I should have but thats not a problem I will always always support a local vape shops such as this one over anything else ever

This is a fair priced neighborhood store that has very knowledgeable staff that takes there time to ensure the customer gets the right product when making a purchase. My experience this is the cheapest location offering a variety of all that vapes and accessories.

I think this is probably one of the most helpful vape stores in the Portland metropolitan area, and I highly recommend it. Prices are fair, the store is clean and not cluttered, employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry which makes it easy to find something new or just pick up your usual favourite.

Great service they are super helpful and honest about products that they believe are better even if cheaper. Some things a about a $1-$2 more expensive than the old shop I use to go too but they are a smaller owned business and its worth it because the care they give each customer :) They always great me and remembered me after one time. Had a very unfortunate experience, was sold a defective mod per the manufacturer, and they will not return, replace, or offer any assistance at all. You can get the same for cheaper online, I had assumed an in person business would be better customer service than an online website but anything you purchase here would be better and cheaper online. It would be easier to return.Edit: Raising to 2 Stars. They are still really nice people there.

The cashier 6/11/2019 about 730 pm was so sweet. I am new to vaping and she sat and helped me change my coil and showed me they have disposable ones as well. Nice workers, can mix your own juices 19 for 60ml with a good selection of flavors and can choose how much nicotine you want in the juice. And my girlfriend loved their incence.

Prices are about average on mods and accessories for vaping. Cigarettes are extremely cheap, and cigars are about average price wise. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful on the vape stuff. I would have liked to see more cigar accessories, but I understand they cater more towards the vape crowd.

Fantastically helpful! Decided I need to quit cigarettes so wanted to get a vape pen and really had no idea what to get what flavors what strength Etc. The girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. She hooked me up with the perfect vape pen and I havent had a cigarette since Saturday morning and its Monday morning! Very good experience definitely going back!

This place is a bit of a dump, and their prices arent competitive with online retailers. Expect to be constantly monitored by staff as if youre a criminal. Theres a small station inside the shop where they can whip up custom e-juice flavors for you, but everything seems dirty and cluttered.Bottom line: If you just need to pick up some smokes or e-juice its fine, but dont do anything in-depth like buy a vape here.
