I have used OSI for printing gear for my sports team three times now, and I have had pretty flawless experiences with them. The staff here took the necessary time to get my admittedly complicated order right, and then handled the actual printing very quickly. They were able to shave a week off the production time due to a deadline we had as well. The service and communication we received throughout the process was excellent, and most importantly, the print job looks GREAT. I will definitely come here for all my printing needs in the future.

I have used OSIs screen printing services for years and have been happy with their work but I recently placed an order for embroidery and was disappointed with the results. I am an embroiderer by trade but was unable to do this order due to medical issues. Their quality issues were due to only using one piece of backing on pique knits which is never adequate, and the thread tension was inconsistent creating some looping. They didnt trim the threads on the back of the embroidery either. Incentive for me to get well and get back to work!JulieKaleidoscope Design Embroidery

They have the experience, knowledge and professionalism to beat any competition in town, but the most fantastic part about OSI is they treat you like youre the most important client they have (maybe I am?) Who else will better your artwork, geek out on your printing until its perfect, source any merchandise you want, give you the best deal in town, AND hook you up with free taco tuesday in the summertime. WE WILL NEVER LEAVE THESE GUYS.
