Don’t support these colonialist white people stealing and profiting from native cultures while also treating their employees horribly. I worked for Pendleton and know first hand their shady practices and cost-cutting (which almost always also cut quality) schemes. How can an Oregon company do so little to educate themselves on the insensitivity of having not-native peoples design native inspired items? There is a reason Pendleton is not on the same level as other Oregon companies like Nike and Columbia despite being around almost twice as long.

Great collection of merchandise but customer service could be a lot better

Another 3 months pass and still no response...The product is great, the customer service is not. Have written to them three times with a question about the product I bought ... Im still waiting.Got your automated blah blah response, but three weeks later, Im still waiting for a real response. I keep getting your email offers to buy more stuff, so please dont use Covid as an excuse. Youre still in business, right? Still selling stuff, shipping stuff? Step up to the plate Pendelton.

Good spot for unique Oregon-based gifts. Fairly decent selection, and high quality items. Prices are steep, but everyone Ive shopped for always loves their blankets.

Great little shop selling everything Pendleton. Their items are second to none, but so are their prices. If you want the highest quality wool items out there, this is where youll find them.

What can I say, Pendleton products are so beautiful and well made, and the customer service from the team at the Home Store is second to none.The team at Pendleton are so helpful, they were amazing at helping me with the queries I had and assisted me with an online order. I cant recommend this place enough.Ian and Dana were particularly amazing and helped me arrange a courier to collect my order.Thanks!!

I love Pendleton, but I feel like this store didnt live up to my expectations. It seemed cluttered and unorganized. I was looking for a couple pillows I saw online but they didnt have them here.They claim the store is 3000 sq ft but it didnt have much of a selection. Theres much more available online, and the store on 5th Ave is definitely cleaner than this one with better customer service.

Disgusted to find that all the products in the store are actually made in China. I dont mind paying 129 for a nice woolen shirt so long as its made in the USA. They must have huge margins and making bank simply off the brand name. So sad.

The Pendleton Home Store seemed in disarray. A mishmash of products jumbled together. Shirts displayed were all small sizes with very high prices. I felt I was in a tourist trap. I walked to the other store off Yamhill. What a difference. 5 stars or more for that store.

Love the store, they have a great clearance area.
