Wonderful little coffee shop! The staff was fast, and they had a good variety.

Absolutely lovely place, all staffs are super nice. Latte is terrific and the breakfast sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. The home made spread was very tasty and added the flavour to the sandwich. I also tried the danish with strawberry and cream cheese, amazing! Highly recommended spot!!

Delicious foodHad the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with the house sauce. Absolutely delicious. Gave with good portions or bacon and egg with cheese covering all of it. Perfect. And the chocolate croissant was delicious as well. Everyone in there is knowledgeable and very pleasant.

Ordered online and picked up breakfast sandwiches and coffee from here to go. Online ordering was easy and quick. Order was ready when I went to pick up and the staff was super friendly. The liptao spread they put on their sandwiches gave it a unique flavor that you don’t have with a traditional breakfast sandwich. Definitely recommend! No indoor dining, but they did have a handful of outdoor tables and it seemed like a popular spot for people to sit and work.

Coffee and apple cider were both good and their breakfast sandwiches with liptao are DELICIOUS! We didnt try them, but they had a ton of pastries that looked awesome as well, plus theyre being very safe with their COVID protocols.

Great stop in Portland for coffee and a quick breakfast. Got the cappuccino freddo and it was delicious. The breakfast sandwich I got was a bacon, egg, liptao and cheese on a English muffin. I have never ate liptao until today. Liptao is a sauce made from a mashed potato base, roasted red peppers, feta cheese and many spices. It gave the sandwich great flavor! They also have about 6 outdoor tables to sit down, relax and enjoy your breakfast!

Yet another great coffee shop in Portland. Coffee is from coffee by design and was very good. Servers were very friendly, enjoyed their jobs and seemed to remember everyone that walked in (must have a very loyal clientele). All the interior furniture was custom made using what looked like reclaimed materials. I sat there for an hour and the crowd was diverse: Sunni Arab from Iraq with 2 other older people having a lively discussion, 2 people speaking some Slavic language, younger people and 2 older ladies who were helping each other onto the curb from their car, canes in hand. Clearly a center of community on Cumberland

Their croissants fresh out of the oven is HEAVEN ON EARTH.

The quality of the food and coffee was good but didnt match the price point in my opinion.

Tasty sandwiches friendly staff and innovative warm drinks can be found here. The coffee was well brewed and well presented. The paninis tasted great and were crisped to perfection. For drinks, highly recommended is the salep, a traditional Turkish warm aromatic milk drink. Overall solid experience and great ambiance.

Ordered a bacon guac sandwich which was excellent. Unfortunately we didnt end up getting any coffee because their espresso machine was broken. We ended up getting a refund after waiting about half an hour.

Amazing!! So fresh and flavorful. I got their BLT, their spicy aioli is so good! I also got their fresh squeezed orange juice, and strawberry cream cheese pastry. I enjoyed everything and I will definitely be back whenever I’m in Portland :)

I ordered the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese: Liptao, Egg, Chorizo or Turkey Sausage & Cheddar Cheese on an English Muffin. The liptao is Mashed potato base, roasted red peppers, olive oil, feta cheese, chives, lite garlic, and spices. Service was awesome and this place was pretty busy so if you know what you want, order ahead.

Awful service. They rang me up for stuff I didn’t order and I waited 10 minutes for someone to just pour me a cup of black coffee. 3 people just standing around and no one pouring me the 1 coffee I actually ordered. Wasn’t the only wrong order either. Not coming back.

Great selection of drinks (incredible mocha lattes!) and food - pastries, egg sandwiches, açaí bowls, and more.Can’t recommend this place enough.Also - they are being VERY careful with COVID (thank you!!) so can’t go inside but there is some outdoor seating if desired.

Big Hearts to Coffee Me Up!! ♥♥♥♥ A few weeks ago I ordered and they didnt have it made when I arrived. I unfortunately didnt have time that day to stay and wait and had to immediately leave back to work. Well today I ordered (always order the same thing, Turkey Club with some bomb spicy mayo which is delicious and comes with a pickle that I absolutely love) and arrive to pick up and they remembered my name and the forgotten incident and gave me my lunch for free today. The sweetest thing ever and will give me a smile all day! Thank you to one of the most well mannered and very respectful staff I have ever encountered. Complete sweethearts in there. The owner should be very proud to have the team they do! Thank you again. It is greatly appreciated. 👍🏽 🥰

The Vietnamese coffee does not taste like a true Vietnamese coffee, but it is still unique. I would stick with the classics.

We were looking for a good grab and go breakfast and came upon Coffee ME Up. So glad we did. Great orange smoothie and a fabulous toasted croissant with almond butter and honey on it. Yummy! Breakfast sandwich on a croissant was really good too! There was seating outside and a line of locals waiting for their orders...always a good sign.

Got the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese. Really flavorful!! Coffee was GREAT!! I also had a really cool biscotti w a maringue in the middle that was great to snack on while I waited for my sandwich

Five stars bc their food is awesome and the service is wonderful. (Most polite people ever) but I can’t shake the drinks I’ve tried coffee tea and chai now and they all taste wicked chemically. Idk what you guys use for the sweetener but it’s doing you a serious disloyalty. Every drink I’ve tried has that same funky chemical taste. I think you guys should maybe use a different sweetener or something I can’t tell what it is but it’s so bad we didn’t drink our coffee or chai. So weird.

This is my favorite morning beverage & dessert spot in Portland. I love their Turkish coffee, Nitro, smoothies, pretty much everything else from the menu.Every time i come for a drink I see a lot of smiles in the eyes of Coffee Me Up family, this place is a gem!

My boyfriend and I decided to try this café out after our original breakfast plans got ruined, and it turned out to be the best experience weve had in a while. I am a current Starbucks barista, and he used to work for Starbucks as well, and we both are very picky when it comes to coffee and customer service. We both started off with pumpkin spice lattes and a bacon, avocado, egg, and cheese on an English muffin, and were so impressed with the quality that we ended up purchasing small drip coffee, a hot chocolate (pictured), iced chai latte, and a bag of ground coffee. Every employee we spoke with was extremely nice and worked to get to know us. The café was quaint and homey, and Im convinced that they serve the best hot chocolate Ive ever had. We will definitely be returning often after this first visit.

Nice small coffee shop in Downtown Portland. Ordered a chorizo egg and cheese and large hot coffee, both very good. Generous size and reasonable price for both. Menu was expansive and there are many other items I would have been interested in ordering. Ordering area (sidewalk of street) is a little cramped during COVID, and the order took a while to come out but neither detracted from the great food and drink experience.

I had an amazing turkey sausage sandwich and a delicious chai latte from Coffee ME Up. I plan on stopping here every time I come through Maine

I firmly believe theyve got the best breakfast sandwich in town. Their coffee is great, too. But what makes Coffee ME Up the amazing place that it is are the friendly people who work there. Theres no pretense or coffee snobbery to speak of: just great people and great coffee. Definitely check this place out if you havent been.

Almond snowflake is just as good as you would imagine. A hearty cookie yet somehow light and crumbly. Like a real snowflake when it starts up melt. Espresso-so good! It is spot on for sure. The baklava is a monster that warrants the knife and fork that comes with it. Convenient on the corner and right near the highway. Very clean and rustic but comfortable furniture.

My wife and I tried coffee me up this past Sunday. We waited for 30 minutes for iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. The kid who took our order “forgot” that we ordered two iced coffees. We then had to wait in line again just to get the kid’s attention in order to correct his mistake. In spite of this, we went BACK the following day. Guess what? The kid who took our order “lost our order” after we waited 30 minutes and others behind is started get their food. Coffee me up may be the least efficiently run bake shop on earth. Stop hiring high school kids with low IQ’s to take orders. The food’s decent. Service will kill this place.

I would like to suggest that you guys take the proper precautions due to the virus. I wanted to stop by for coffee today but saw a large group of kids standing near the front with no masks on. I decided to take my business elsewhere where it’s taken more seriously and masks are enforced for service. Really disappointing.

Didn’t love the caramel cappuccino to be honest. it was overly milky, and extremely sweet (even with half the normal portion of syrup). btw, the small size is still giant. it’s got a great vibe, though. very cute, bright spot with big windows and super friendly staff. didn’t order any food/pastries so not sure.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff was so kind and helpful and there’s just a positive vibe in the air. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing with their homemade spread. The lattes will warm you up! We talked with a gentleman who seemed to be the owner and he made us feel right at home. Definitely the perfect spot to add to your list!

Mateo and his team were fantastic! We had delicious mango iced teas on a near 100 degree day. It was real tea. Perfect. The food was amazing. My wife is gluten and dairy free which was not a problem. Gluten free wrapped breakfast sandwiches for the win!!!Can’t wait until we are back in Portland.

The almond milk cappuccino was delicious!! Service was fantastic!! The atmosphere was great, and outside seating was fun. I’m taking one star away because we were told we can’t get a dairy free egg and they don’t have peanut butter.

In a town of baristas on every block, this place stands out. The crew here is friendly rather than pretentious. The coffees and teas are delicious, as are the eats, especially the egg sandwiches. Theres a nice seating area outside, and the vibe is unpretentious. It may be out of the way for some, but I choose this over other Portland coffee shops for its authenticity and just plain goodness.
