I can tell the people care about what they do and that goes a long way! They took the time to explain everything to me and kept me informed. Having a flat rate of $100 for diagnostic and $80 for repair is a great business model because it takes away the uncertainty, making things less stressful. I just got my computer back so well see how well it works, but the 30 day warranty keeps me at ease. Thank you for a job well done.

I initially met the staff when I purchased my computer through Hyperion. I was very pleased with their patience with me to get the initial set-up just the way I like it!! I have needed some assistance with my computer a couple times. I have been very satisfied with their service and consider Hyperion as my PC doctor! My first contact was merely by accident when misdialing for computer questions. Sometimes accidents are a blessing. Romain gave me some valuable honest information about purchasing a new air book or considering an upgrade on my old MAC. Taking his honest opinion I bought the new one from Costco but was not totally satisfied (could have been lemon). I then returned it and called Romain back and scheduled a cleaning and maintenance on my old one that I have had for many years. Afterwards It is running top notch and is malware free. It still has at least another year of life in it before Apple will no longer support my os. For time being I saved myself $875. I would recommend them highly- honest and communicative at a reasonable charge.

I used to work in a small computer repair business back in the 90s. I know what its like to trouble-shoot a computer. These days, its much more complicated. People at Hyperion are competitive-tinklers, willing to deep-dive for a solution. My son spilled a 1/2 cup of water on this labtop. I 1st did my own research via Youtube but couldnt resuscitate it. Was thinking Ill have to drop another $500-$700 on a new computer. Nope...people at Hyperion brought it back to life. Thank you...you save me much $s.

I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of my gaming laptop repair. The issue was covered by the manufacturer warranty, but sending it in for repair was going to be complicated, require me to backup and wipe my hard drive, and wait weeks for the repair. Hyperion was able to fix the problem quickly, and Romain was very communicative and friendly. I will definitely be using this business for future repairs and service issues.

Hyperion disingenuously mislead us on the purchase of an expensive iMac and acted snotty and pedantic when we inquired about the discrepancy. There are many other well behaved computer businesses in town - go there.

After spending hours and hours trying to trouble shoot my sons new custom gaming PC build that would randomly shut down in the middle of gaming we decided to give our local computer shop, Hyperion a try. The staff was wonderful to work with. They were patient, thorough, professional and technically excellent and understood what needed to be done. They went above and beyond in working with us like re-doing the cable management and setting up folders for games etc. Next time we ever have computer trouble I will immediately go back to Hyperion Computerworks.

I cannot express into words how amazing their service was! My computer was completely unworkable and I was so worried I would have to get a new computer. Over the years I have purchased a new PC every two years because of how slow they become with viruses and whatever is floating around on the internet. Two computers ago I hired a tech company associated with a retailer to clean up that computer and threw that hundredish dollars down a rat hole. With all my complaining to friends about this issue, I would constantly hear “You should buy an Apple.” But PC desktops and Apple Macs can be $1000 or more in price. As a true Luddite I just couldn’t justify the difference in price...until I finally capitulated. Researching my options I read up on purchasing a refurbished, but newer MAC. I saved nearly 60 percent by following the recommendations. I opened my perfect, new-to-me MAC and it was great...for about a month. Then it started doing weird things and I felt defeated by technology. But I had met the company owners of Hyperion and decided to take the computer to them. For $300 my Mac was cleaned up, brought up to date with the best Softwear and has been running amazingly for the past year. No glitches, no slowing, no problems. They had my computer for two days and it was ready to go. The patiently answered all my questions, dumb as they might be, without so much as an eye roll. Plus they personally seatbeltted my computer into the backseat of the car. Who could ask for more.

Ive needed tech support for awhile now and have been putting it off because of finding someone who will be patient with my level of technical ignorance. I originally saw these reviews a couple months ago and thought no one is that good. Well, they are. I wish I had called a long time ago. Today I had to call again with a new little problem, Romain said hed call back in 20 min (hes so on time!!!) and fixed it in 15 min. Believe the reviews.

I was really impressed with Hyperions knowledge and professionalism. Usually when I need high-end tech support theres a lot of hand waving and talk about how complicated computers are. Romain did an awesome job explaining the process, what I was paying for, different options I had and possible outcomes, and making suggestions on ways to get better performance and reliability out of my computer at the lowest cost. I particularly appreciated that he set up a really thoughtful plan on the work I needed, where they were checking certain components based on how likely it was that they failed and considering how expensive it might be to replace items. I think this is what sets Hyperion apart is that in addition to doing high level technical work theyre really skilled a putting together a good plan that saves their customer time and money.

When I went here several months ago I received some of the most excellent, thorough, and accommodating service I have ever experienced. I lived pretty far away and Romain even helped me out by coming by my house to pick up my computer when I was in a pinch! Hes also really good at explaining and breaking down the various elements of what could be wrong and takes the time to make sure you understand, even if just on a rudimentary level. Despite the distance I would 100% return here for any computer needs!
